BLDE University is amongst the reputed universities in Karnataka providing education in various medical courses. Housed in a sprawling campus at Bijapur in Karnataka, it was declared a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956 and approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development. Selection Process:

After the BLDE UGET 2016 has been conducted a selection panel comes up with a merit list based on the marks secured by the candidates in BLDE UGET 2016, the merit list is published on the official website of the conducting authority and candidates are called upon for seat allocation and counseling.

Exam Pattern:

BLDE UGET 2016 will be a 3 hour exam consisting of 180 questions with each question carrying 1 mark. 60 questions each will be asked from Physics, Chemistry and Biology There will be no Negative marking for a wrong response.

Exam Syllabus:

BLDE UGET 2016 will be based on the standard 1st and 2nd PUC syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), established by an Act of Parliament in 1985, has continuously striven to build an inclusive knowledge society through inclusive education. Eligibility for Bed Admission:

1.      A Bachelor's degree or a Higher Degree with fifty (50%) percent marks from a recognized University. However, the requirement of 50% marks shall not apply to the teachers appointed prior to the commencement of NCTE Regulation Norms and Procedures, second amendment regulation.

2.      Serving teachers with two years (2 years) full time teaching experience in a Government or Government Recognized School.

3.      The reservation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central/State Government whichever is applicable. There shall be relaxation of 5% marks for them.

Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination (Bachelors/Higher Degree) and the results are awaited can also apply.

All questions will be compulsory.

There will be 200 questions.

Total duration of the test will be 180 minutes.

No credit will be given for multiple answers for single question.

There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

About College:

North-Eastern Hill University was set up by an Act of Parliament and notified on 19th July 1973. The objectives of the University, as laid down in the act, are "to disseminate and advance knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities in such branches of learning as it may deem fit; to pay special attention to the improvement of the social and economic conditions and welfare of the people of the hill areas of the North-eastern region, and in particular, the intellectual, academic and cultural advancement".

The jurisdiction of the University extended originally to the states of Meghalaya and Nagaland and the erstwhile Union Territories of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram. With the establishment of the Nagaland University on 6th September 1994, the jurisdiction of NEHU ceased over Nagaland. The NIUM PGET will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Eligibility Criteria for PGET 2016:

A candidate must have obtained the Kamile Tib o Jarahat (BUMS) degree or any other degree in Unani Medicine as recognized by CCIM and must have completed 06 months/12 months internship/house job as the case may be, on or before 10th September 2016.
