About Us:

The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), has been constituted as a non profit organization with the express objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries. Besides that, NICMAR’s objectives include undertaking special projects, collaboration with other organizations, dissemination of knowledge through seminars / conferences, etc; publishing literature, undertaking consultancy and taking necessary actions conducive to fulfillment of the objectives of the Society. Under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, NICMAR was registered as a Public Trust in 1982. The NICMAR Society was constituted in 1984 and registered under the Societies’ Registration Act, 1860.

Course Name:

Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGPACM) Offered from Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi) and Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) Campuses

Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Programme brochures and application form for all the programmes can be obtained from NICMAR Pune on payment of Rs. 2100/- for one programme or Rs. 2620/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune"
