The selected candidates are to deposit the first installment of tuition fee within the given time frame in the offer letter to ensure their admission, failing which the offer is passed on to the waitlisted candidates. The fee for boarding/lodging would be given separately at a later date.

Institute does not entertain any request for extension of the deadline for submission of fee.

DRC may consider the eligibility for admission of such candidate base on his/her published work/patents etc. If deemed necessary, DRC may suggest completion of few audit/credit courses for such candidates

How to Apply:

Applications are invited on prescribed application form only which can be filled online/collecting hard copy from University/downloading application and sending complete form along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 1200/- (One Thousand Two Hundred Only) in favour of Sharda University, payable at Greater Noida.

Admissions to different Ph.D. courses (1802) of Sharda University will be made strictly on merit and availability of seats through Entrance Test followed by an Interview. The Ph.D. Programme is governed by Ph.D. Ordinance 2017 (available on university website) of Sharda University. The total number of seats in each subject is indicated in table on university website against each School/ Department. Full-time eligible students are entitled for the monthly “fellowship cum assistantship” as per Sharda University rules.

Eligibility:

Eligibility for Lateral Entry in MCA 2^nd year: Passed BCA/B.Sc. (IT/CS) of minimum three years duration from any recognized university or it’s equivalent recognized by AIU, securing minimum marks as prescribed by AICTE/qualified the relevant national/state entrance test. For registration submit a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 25000/- favor of “Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology” payable at delhi/Noida/Greater Noida.

• Admission strictly on merit as per AKTU norms.
• For successful Candidates, Rs. 25000/- will be adjusted in their academic fee and for unsuccessful candidates, Rs. 1000/- will be deducted as registration fee and balance of Rs. 24000/- will be refunded.
