About College:

MANAGE was established in 1987, as the National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad, by the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India as an autonomous Institute, from which its acronym ‘MANAGE’ is derived. In recognition of its importance and expansion of activities all over the country, its status was elevated to that of a National Institute in 1992 and re-christened to its present name i.e., National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management. MANAGE is the Indian response to challenges of agricultural extension in a rapidly growing and diverse agriculture sector. The policies of liberalization and globalization of the economy and the level of agricultural technology becoming more sophisticated and complex, called for major initiatives towards reorientation and modernization of the agricultural extension system. Effective ways of managing the extension system needed to be evolved and extension organizations enabled to transform the existing set up through professional guidance and training of critical manpower. MANAGE is the response to this imperative need.

Course Name:

Post Graduate Diploma in Management- Agri Business Management (PGDM-ABM)

Eligibility:

The Minimum qualification for admission is a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of SC, ST and persons with disability) in agricultural and allied sciences or any other discipline. Details such as eligibility, selection criteria, reservation, Application form, Application procedure etc. are placed on MANAGE website.

The candidate must have a valid Score of CAT-2018 conducted by Indian institutes of Management.

Note: Candidates may apply in anticipation of CAT- 2018 results. Score card can be submitted separately after declaration of results.

How to Apply:

Application Form: Online application form can be filled on the website. Application form can also be downloaded and filled manually, though it may be more efficient and accurate to fill the form online and then take the print out. Prospectus can be obtained by sending a DD of Rs. 200/-. The filled in application form and enclosures along with application fee of Rs.1200/- (Rs.600/- for SC and ST categories) payable through Demand Draft drawn in favour of MANAGE, Hyderabad may be sent to Principal Coordinator PGDM (ABM), at the address given below:
