D. for Rs. 100/- from any nationalized bank drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Kuvempu University, payable at Shimoga/ SBI, Shankaraghatta to The Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta-577 451, along with a self-addressed 24cm x 30cm size envelope affixing postal stamps worth Rs. 25/-.
