CUCET will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 and Thursday, May 18, 2017. CUCET is conducted for taking to admission to into the UG / Integrated program, post graduate program and the research program respectively in these nine Central Universities.

 

All candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying for the course, because, different universities have different eligibility criteria for similar courses, hence, students would be themselves responsible if they opt for course for which they are not eligible

How To Apply:

Applications should be submitted online only; offline applications will not be accepted

There are various Integrated and Under Graduate Programmes available under 7 participating Central Universities (PUs) Eligibility for all integrated and undergraduate programmes is successful completion of 10+2 or equivalent Candidates who have appeared for the final examinations are eligible to apply.

Online: Candidates can apply and pay online at the university website. On successful online application submission with online, debit card, creditcard successful payment an automated e-mail and SMS will be sent to the mail id & mobile number you have given in the application form. For online application and payment made through “Challan” you may have to wait for 7-days and if you do not receive it within 07 days, you may send an email to CUCET email.

Offline: Candidates wishing to apply offline can download the form website or form the website of any of the seven participating Universities.

The filled in form is to be submitted in person or through post to the nearest participating Central University along with a payment authentication challan.

Candidates can also obtain the form in person from the office of the any of the seven participating Central Universities on payment of Rs. 700/- in cash (Rs. 350/- for SC, ST candidates)

The filled in form has to be submitted to the same University from where the form has been purchased

In the challan, all the important details are already pre-filled

Paper Pattern for DAVUET 2017: The question paper shall be based on CBSE syllabi of 10+1 and 10+2.

Question paper will be in English language only and questions will be of multiple choices (MCQ) type.

Each question will have 4choices out of which only one correct answer has to be chosen and the appropriate circle is to be shaded on the provided OMR sheet.

Each question will carry one mark.

·         All the questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

·         Total number of questions in one set are 90 with maximum time limit 120 min. Number of questions in each section will be as mentioned below:

Physics: 25 questions

Chemistry: 25 questions

Mathematics, Biology: 25 questions

English: 25 questions

·         No marks would be awarded if more than one choice has been selected for any question.

·         Approximately 1.25 minute per questions on the average are reserved for solution of each questions.

·         Four marks would be awarded for each correct entry and one mark will be deducted for wrong entry.

·         The difficulty level of the questions has been carefully maintained according to the maximum time.

Candidates appearing for more than one test need to submit separate application along with the prescribed fee of Rs. 300/- for each test.

All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2016

NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY DELHI

All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2016 exam dates has been announced by National Law University (NLU), Delhi. The AILET is scheduled to be held on Sunday, May 01, 2016 from 3 pm to 4.30 pm at various centers across India. AILET is held on the first Sunday of May every year.

AILET is conducted for taking admission to 5 years Bachelors of Arts. Bachelors of Law (B.A.LL.B) honors, 1 year Master of Law (LL.M) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programs for the session 2016.

Eligibility:

·         For B.A.LL.B (Hons.) Program:

·         Candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination and scored a minimum of 50%. However, candidates appearing for 10+2 examinations in the year of the AILET can also apply provided they meet the above condition at the time of admission.

·         Candidates should be less than 21 years of age or 23 years in case of SC, ST candidates.

·         For LL.M Program: Candidate should have passed the LL.B. or an equivalent degree from a recognised University with not less than 55% marks on aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC, ST, Persons with Disability).

·         For Ph.D Program:Candidates should have:

·         Obtained a master’s degree in law from any recognised university securing not less than 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC, ST, persons with disability). Or

·         Obtained a degree in law and a masters degree with M.Phil in social sciences or humanities of any recognised university with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent. Or

·         Provided that candidates with qualifications in social sciences and humanities may be admitted to the program if the research they wish to pursue interfaces with the discipline of law with a special focus on Public Policy of Law.

·         AILET 2016 Exam Pattern: The Exam Pattern of AILET 2016 will help you in drawing an overview of the law admission test of NLU-D. AILET 2016 Exam Pattern details about the NLU-D admission test pattern including number of questions, total marks, exam duration and marking scheme. As per the exam pattern of All India Law Entrance Test, NLU Delhi will be conducting the admission test in an offline mode for a maximum of 90 minutes. How to Apply:

Interested candidates may apply along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) for General Candidates, Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) in case of SC,ST and Persons with Disability (PD) drawn in favour of "REGISTRAR, NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI", payable at Delhi along with copies of requisite Caste, Person with Disability Certificate. Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC, ST category are exempted from application fee. For further details relating to Application Form, Eligibility Criteria, Pattern of Entrance Test etc. visit University website. The All India Bar Examination intended to test an advocate’s ability to practice the profession of law in India.

The All India Bar Examination shall be mandatory for all law students graduating from the academic year 2015-2016 onwards. Candidates may apply to appear for the All India Bar Examination only after enrolling as an advocate under Section 24 of the Advocates Act, 1961 and will have to submit suitable proof of such enrolment along with the application form for the All India Bar Examination.

Registration Number and Password of your Account is generated and will be sent back to your e-mail ID

Now click ‘Login button on AIBE Site and enter your Registration Number and Password. Then get printout of your Challan Copy

Deposit Fee only on the said printed challan at any branch of SBI after 24 hrs. of registration

After 24 hrs again Login to your account and take a print of the application form, written down Journal number provided by SBI on it send its hard copy along with requisite documents at BCI

Complete the application form and send it to "All India Bar Examination" Bar Council of India, 21 Rouse Avenue Institutional Area, ITO, Near Bal Bhawan New Delhi-110002

Important Instructions for candidates

Details mentioned in this form should be as per your documents and the same will reflect on your COP in case you clear the examination

Payment Conditions:

Every Candidate, be it fresh or repeat candidate, is required to pay Exam Fee of Rs. 2500/- plus Rs. 60/- Bank Charges

Payments must be made through challan generated after 24 hrs of registration in any Branch of SBI

Payment made through any other form (like Demand Draft, online payment, Cheque etc) would not be accepted nor shall any request of its refund be entertained by BCI
Fee once paid against any application number is final; any request for refund or to adjust the fee against any another application number will not be entertained
(Payment once made is non-refundable in any circumstances)
In case of any extension, alteration of examination date, any request for refund, adjustment of fee will not be entertained. In cases, where candidates want another application form because of any reason, they have to submit the fresh fee against the new application number

Admit Card

It is made clear that no admit card copy shall be send to the address of candidate through post
