About College:

Jaipur National University (JNU), Jaipur came into existence in the year 2007. Two professional institutes of the Seedling Group, established in 2002, with several technical & professional programmes of studies, were merged with the University to form its major part. In 2008, an expert panel of UGC members accorded approval to our programmes under Clause 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The School of Distance Education and Learning was accorded approval by the Joint Committee of the UGC- AICTE- DEC for offering programmes through Distance Education mode. Besides these mandatory recognitions, the University has earned the trust and goodwill of aspiring students, parents, public and concerned agencies, based on excellence in teaching and sincere emphasis on high standards of research.

Eligibility:

For Ph.D: Master in social work/ sociology [any stream] [50%]

For Ph D. in CSE/CS: M.Tech / MS in  Computer Science/IT with minimum 55% in qualifying examination

For Ph. D. in English: M.A. English with minimum 55%.

For Ph.D. (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering): For Computer Science: MCA/ M.Sc. (Comp. Sc.)/ M.Sc. –IT with minimum 55%.

For Ph.D. (Law & Governance): LL.M. with minimum 55%. aggregate

For Ph.D. (Management): Master's Degree in Management/Commerce and allied subjects with at least 55% marks

For Ph.D. in Education: M.Ed./M.A. in Education, M.Ed. (special) with at least 55% marks

For Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences: M.Pharm. with minimum 50%. agg.

For Ph.D.(Biotechnology /Microbiology /Biochemistry /Chemistry): Post Graduation with minimum 55%.

For Ph.D.(Electronics & Communication Engineering): M.Tech / MS in EC/ Computer Science/EE with 55%

For Ph.D.(Mass Communication): PG with 55% in MJMC
