About College:

NITIE Alumni Association (NAA) has been functioning to maintain the alumni relations of NITIE amongst the past students. Maintaining a strong alumni relations program is essential to the growth and development of our institute. With this motive in mind, the Executive Committee of the NAA has approved a proposal to create a Corpus Fund from the Alumni of NITIE. The donations will be accepted for both specific projects and general purposes. General contributions will be credited to the corpus fund. The management of the fund will be looked after by a committee chaired by the director and comprising of two senior faculty members and two representatives of Alumni.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, the candidate has to have a full-time Engineering/Technology degree in any branch from a recognized university with aggregate 60% marks(relaxed by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) and a valid CAT score.

Students in the final year of graduation can also apply subject to the following conditions:

·         Provided they qualify the above criteria for examinations appeared till date.

·         Complete their examination, viva voce etc, by the time of joining the Institute.

·         Submit the final year mark-sheet and provisional certificate, latest by September 2018.

Applicants should take the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2017 conducted by the IIMs in order to apply for the programs.

How to Apply:

Application Process

·         The application process is common to both PGDIM/PGDISEM program. Candidate can apply for more than one Program. If applying for more than one program, candidate needs to give his/her preferences and pay the applicable application fees.

·         Application Fee for each program is Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates) for applicants from India and SAARC countries and USD 50 for International students, plus bank charges as applicable. This fee can be paid through payment gateway.

·         The eligible candidates should apply through ONLINE mode only and register themselves on the Admissions Portal.

Course Name:

Diploma in Packaging (24th Batch (2019-2020) Through Correspondence

Duration: 18 Months

Eligibility:

Graduation in Science, Engineering, Technology, Commerce and Arts from UGC recognized University, Diploma from recognized technical board in Engineering, Technology are eligible for the course. Candidants should have minimum one year industrial experience in the operational areas like Production, Purchase, Marketing, Quality Control R & D, product development etc.

How to Apply:

Application form along with prospectus and syllabus can be obtained from any centers of Indian institute of Packaging by paying Rs. 100/- only by DD in favor of Indian institute of Packaging.

The Application forms should be sent directly to the “Indian Institute of packaging Mumbai” along with the fee by demand draft in favor of Indian institute of Packaging, Payable at Mumbai. Fee can be paid in 2 instalments i.e Rs. 55,000+Service Tax/GST along with application form and Rs. 10000+Service tax/GST within 6 months. Fee once paid will not be refunded. For overseas candidates, the admission entire fee to be paid at the time of registration.

The Application form can also be downloaded from website. Form fee of Rs. 100/- is to be added in 1st instalment of Fee.

Eligibility:

12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, Degree in any branch and a zest to make a career in the field of packaging.

Candidates who desirous to take admission in this course may fill the application form after paying a sum of Rs. 100/- in cash or by demand draft in favour of “Indian Institute of Packaging” payable at Mumbai and deposit the mentioned fees. The application form can also be filled online / offline through Institute website and the form fee of Rs. 100/- to be added while depositing the course fees.

The registration to this course can be done by sending duly filled application form along with attested copies of last examination passed & work experience, if any, with requisite fees either by Demand Draft in favour of “Indian Institute of Packaging” payable at Mumbai or by NEFT transfer at the earliest to reserve the seat.
