About College:

The Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology (IBAB) was established by the Government of Karnataka with support from ICICI Bank.

It was set up on the recommendation of the Vision Group on Biotechnology, an advisory body to the Chief Minister of Karnataka. The Vision Group includes representatives from academia, industry and government, each recognizing the strengths of the other and the tremendous value to be gained by working together.

IBAB’s Governing Body has distinguished members from the sectors of academia, industry and government, and consequently members of all three rallied to help jump-start our courses, provide support in teaching, and offer opportunities for student internships and placements.

IBAB’s mission is to catalyze the growth of the biotechnology and bioinformatics industries in India.

About College:

Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi was established in 1914. The college and hospital was formally opened by Lord Hardinge the then viceroy of India on in 1916. Since 1950, the college has been affiliated to University of Delhi. In view of considerable demand for post-graduate students, post-graduate courses were started in 1954 in affiliation with Punjab University and later on with University of Delhi in 1956. To start with only female post-graduate students were admitted, but since 1970 both males and female students are being enrolled for various postgraduate courses.

Presently LHMC is admitting 92 PG candidates. Post Graduate admission will be increased in the coming years to implement OBC reservation. Starting in 1916 with only 80 beds for the departments of Medicine, Obstetrics and gynecology, LHMC has now bed strength of 877 beds in Smt. S.K. Hospital and 370 beds in KalawatiSaran Children Hospital. About College:

The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) had its genesis from establishment of an Agricultural School at Saidapet, Madras, Tamil Nadu, as early as 1868 and it was later relocated at Coimbatore. In 1920 it was affiliated to Madras University. TNAU assumed full responsibilities of Agricultural Education and Research and supported the State Agricultural Department by delivering research products. Till 1946, the Agricultural College and Research Institute, Coimbatore, was the only Institute for Agricultural Education for the whole of South India. In 1958, it was recognized as a Post-graduate Centre leading to Masters and Doctoral degrees. The Agricultural College and Research Institute, Madurai was established in 1965. These two colleges formed the nucleus of the Tamil NaduAgricultural University while it was established in 1971. 

In 1972, separate degree programmes of B.Sc. (Horticulture) and B.E.(Agriculture) were started. In 1979, a separate Faculty of Horticulture was established. In 1980, B.Sc.(Home Science) programme was started at Madurai campus. The third Agricultural College was started at Killikulam in 1984 and the fourth at Kumulur (Trichy) in 1989 and later shifted to Navalur Kuttappattu (Trichy) in 1992 which is named as Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College and Research Institute. During 1985, B.Sc.(Forestry) programme was started at Coimbatore. Presently the B.Sc.(Horticulture) degree programme is being offered at Horticultural Collegeand Research Institute, Periyakulam and B.Sc.(Forestry) degree programme at Forest College and Research Institute, Mettupalayam. In line with technological changes the B.E.(Agriculture) hither to offered is offered as B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) from the Academic year 2002-2003 at Agricultural EngineeringCollege and Research Institute, Kumulur, Trichy. B.Sc.(Home Science) degree program is being offered at Home Science College and Research Institute, Agricultural College Campus, Madurai. University of Rajasthan, Jaipur has announced the exam dates for University Law Entrance Test (ULET), which will be conducted in June 2016. The ULET will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016.

ULET is conducted for taking admission to Bachelor of Law (LL.B) program offered at the University Law College and University Law College Center-II for the academic session 2016-17.

Eligibility:

·         The interested candidates coming from universities other than those situated in Rajasthan should have passed with an aggregate of minimum 60 percent 

·         The candidates should have also cleared their 10+2, HSC with at least 45 percent aggregate marks to take admission to LL.B first year class. 

Age limit: 30 years 

·         The candidates belonging to the SC, ST category will be granted a relaxation of 5 years based on the guidelines provided by the Government. 

Selection Procedure: 

·         The candidates will be selected for Bachelor of Law (LL.B) first year with the help of a written entrance examination.  The students will be tested on their general awareness and language skills, where they will be given 150 objective questions to solve. Each question will carry one mark each and wrong answers would not be given any negative marking.

Admission Procedure

The admission process at School of Aeronautics (Neemrana) goes beyond looking for academically accomplished student. For each new session, we aspire to bring passionate and intellectual students with diverse backgrounds, looking at their accomplishments both in and outside the classroom,. The application form is designed to let you showcase yourself as to what is special about you.

Application Process: School of Aeronautics (Neemrana) application process has four main levels:

1. Submission - The first step is to submit the Application form with all the necessary details. All applicants can submit a hard copy of the application form or fill in the online application form available on the website www.soapalam.org. To submit the application on paper, you will have to either get the application form from the College office or download and print a PDF version from the college website.
2. Evaluation - The application form is then evaluated by the admission committee and students are asked to come for an interview at the college campus.

3. Interview - The interview process would help us to know more about the students' personality, interests and achievements.

4. Selection - The successful students will be intimated about their admission at the School of Aeronautics (Neemrana). They will also be sent a pre-induction kit.
