National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology and its affiliated Institutes constantly endeavor to impart Hospitality, knowledge, skills, concepts and techniques in the right environment for the students to learn and emerge as global Hospitality Service providers.

Eligibility:

A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.

Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE 2015 on provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of counseling or at the time of admission or latest by 06.04.2015.

The offer of admission is subject to verification of original certificates/documents at the time of admission. If any candidate is found ineligible at a later date even after admission to an Institute, his/her admission will stand cancelled.

QUALIFYING EXAMINATIONS FOR INDIAN STUDENTS

·         Plus two level examination in the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education of any recognized Central/State Board, such as Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination or State Boards of Secondary Education.

·         Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University.

·         General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.

·         High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University.

·         Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in a foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education.

·         H.S.C. Vocational Examination.

Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects including English as one of the Subjects.

How to Apply:

Filling of JEE 2015 Application Form Online

Payment through Credit Card/Debit Card (Approved by Master/Visa):

You have to provide certain details from the Card at the time of filling online application. Therefore, you must have the Card ready before filling up the Application Form.

You are required to pay a fee of Rs 800/- for General / OBC categories and Rs 400 for SC/ST/PD categories.

In case of any Payment

Due to any network communication/connectivity problems, if your application form does not get materialise and the amount has been debited from your account, the same will be refunded back to your account after the reconciliation with Bank and declaration of the JEE 2015 result.

In Such cases candidates are advised to register again.

Obtaining of Demand Draft (Pre-Requisite):

You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online registration. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the Registration Form.

You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs 800/- for General/OBC categories and Rs 400 for SC/ST/PD categories drawn in favour of 'NCHMCT' payable at Noida / Delhi, in advance.

Application submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted

Fill Online Application Form:

With the Demand Draft ready, you can Fill Online Application Form. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.

After filling the form correctly, click the button "Proceed next". The data filled by you will be displayed. In case you wish to change any information, click "Back to Edit Application Form" button. If there is no change in information, click "Submit" button. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.

An auto-generated Application Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online Application form and will appear on print version of the Application Form.

Before taking the print out, save the print version of application form using ‘SAVE AS’ function in the ‘FILE’ menu of the window.

After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph & put your signature in the space provided and attach the Demand Draft with the print version of application.

Every candidate will be required to produce graduation/provisional graduation certificate before admission. However, those who submit a provisional certificate must submit the final graduation certificate on or before December 2012, to be eligible to continue the programs.

How to Apply:

STEP 1:

The Prospectus and the Application Form can be obtained by following any one of the two options given below.

§         The Prospectus and the Application Form can be obtained in person or by post from the admissions office located at Sri Sri University Corporate Office, 2nd Floor Rose Dale, 139 District Commercial Centre, Behind BPCL Petrol Pump, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Orissa-751016 on payment of ` 1150/- by Cash or DD drawn in favor of “Sri Sri University” payable at Bhubaneswar.

§         The Prospectus and the Application Form can be downloaded from the admission section of the website www.srisriuniversity.edu.in. Filled in Application Forms along with all relevant documents should reach Sri Sri University Corporate Office on or before deadline (See Table) along with the Application Fee of ` 1000/- by cash or DD drawn in favor of “Sri Sri University” payable at Bhubaneswar. Filled in Application Form, along with all relevant documents and three self-addressed stamped envelope should reach to Sri Sri University Corporate Office on or before deadline (See Table)

STEP2:

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend the GD & PI round. The Admissions Committee may choose to invite applicants to any center other than the indicated preferences.

STEP 3:

Applicants will be notified about final selection as per deadlines (See Table).

STEP4:

Selected applicants should confirm their acceptance by remitting the admission fee & first installment of fee by the dates as per deadlines (See Table).
