RUPGCET 2017 Application Procedure

For online submission go to the website www.rudoa.in, https://ruk.ac.in and click on online registration button 

A candidate has to pay Rs.400/- (Rs.300/- for SC, ST, PHC) (Plus Bank charges applicable for the mode of payment selected) as Registration and Application Processing Fee (and late fee if applicable) by opting any of the following modes of payments: Debit, Credit Card, Net Banking 

A Separate registration is required for each Test 

i. Steps for Online Registration: Read the eligibility conditions given in prospectus for the test to be taken (Ex: Test 09-Electronics); go to the website www.rudoa.in and click on online registration button, link 

ii. Select a test from the list: Fill all the details and press the submit button to get challan. A challan (with three parts) appears on the screen with your name, Application No. & Fee to Pay; print the challan and pay the amount as per challan in any State Bank of Hyderabad, Andhra Bank branches only; payments in other banks are not allowed 

iii. Uploading Challan: After payment in the bank the candidate should scan and upload the challan (University Copy) on website; the upload file format should be in jpeg,jpg with less than 100 KB in size; after authorization of your challan, payment the candidate will get a confirmation SMS to his mobile which was given at the time of registration 

Without getting confirmation, SMS the candidate will not be able to logon to the web site and fill the online application form

RUPGCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria 

The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 40% marks in the subject concerned. For the courses where admission is based on the degree as a whole, the aggregate percentage of marks in the group subjects should be at least 40% 

For admission to M.Ed., the aggregate marks in B.Ed, B.El.Ed should be at least 50% and in case of D.El.Ed with UG Degree course with 50% marks in each course. A pass is sufficient for SC, ST candidates for admission to any course 

For admission to M.Sc in Data Science and MA in Educational Leadership and Management, a minimum of 50% marks in-group subjects is compulsory; a minimum of 40% marks in group subjects is compulsory for SC, ST for admission to MSc in Data Science and MA Educational Leadership and Management 

Candidates who have already passed the qualifying exam or who have appeared, are appearing for the final year annual exam in 2017 are eligible to apply

RUPGCET 2017 Exam Pattern 

There is a prescribed syllabus for each Entrance Test as given 

Each Entrance Test will be of 90 minutes'duration with 100 multiple-choice questions. Each questionwill be for one mark and there will be no negative mark fora wrong answer 
The question paper for Data Science, Educational Leadership & Management, English, and Computer Science will bein English only 

For Telugu, question paper will be in Telugu only. For all other Tests, the question papers will be in both English and Telugu 

Candidates can download their Hall Tickets from the website using their registration details 

Candidate should answer only on the OMR SHEET provided to them with their name, Hall Ticket number, and Photo printed on it

Ranking 
The minimum qualifying mark in the Entrance Test is 25. However, for SC,ST candidates there is no minimum qualifying mark; when there is a tie on the basis of marks obtained in the Test as a whole, it will be resolved on the basis of marks obtained in Section-C

WBJEE 2017 exam dates have been announced by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB). The WBJEE will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2017.

WBJEE is conducted for taking admission to undergraduate level program of Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture in Universities, Government Colleges as well as Self Financing Engineering & Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal for the academic session 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for WBJEE 2017:

·         Applicant must be a citizen of India.

All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi and Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh jointly has announced the exam dates for Research Management Aptitude Test (RMAT-2017), which will be conducted in February 2017. The RMAT will be held on February 11, 2017. RMAT is conducted for taking admission to Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Business Administration program for the session 2017.

Eligibility:

Candidates should have:

·         Master’s degree in Management or allied subjects from Commerce, Humanities, Science, Engineering and Law etc. or a PGDM/PGDITM approved by AICTE with not less than 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or any other professional qualification which are considered equivalent to master degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. In addition, the candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation. And

·         Minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in industry at the managerial level or a minimum 5 years of teaching experience as full time Faculty in a Management Institute approved by AICTE or affiliated to a university.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) September, 2016

The Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi will be conducting the 10th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 18.09.2016 (Sunday) for a candidate to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII. Candidates can apply only on-line for CTET-SEPT 2016 on CBSE, CTET website 

Eligibility:

The candidates having the following minimum educational qualification are eligible for appearing in CTET.

1. Minimum Educational Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage):

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.

OR

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

2. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

OR

Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A, B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed, B.Sc.Ed.

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)*.

3. Note:

i.        Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the minimum Educational Qualification for eligibility shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC, ST, OBC, Differently abled.

ii.      Diploma, Degree Course in Teacher Education: For the purposes of this Notification, a diploma, degree course in teacher education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) only shall be considered. However, in case of Diploma in Education (Special Education) and B.ED (Special Education), a course recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) only shall be considered.

iii.    Training to be undergone: A person with D.Ed (Special Education) qualification shall undergo, after appointment an NCTE recognized 6-month Special Programme in Elementary Education.

iv.   The minimum qualifications referred above apply to teachers of Languages, Social Studies, Social Science, Mathematics, Science etc. In respect of teachers for Physical Education, the minimum qualification norms for Physical Education teachers referred to in NCTE Regulation, dated 3rd November, 2001 (as amended from time to time) shall be applicable. For teachers of Art Education, Craft Education, Home Science, Work Education, etc. the existing eligibility norms prescribed by the State Governments and other school managements shall be applicable till such time the NCTE lays down the minimum qualifications in respect of such teachers.

v.     Candidates who are appearing in the final year of Bachelor Degree in Education or Diploma in Elementary Education etc. are provisionally admitted and their CTET Certificate shall be valid only on passing the aforesaid Examinations.

vi.   The candidate not having any of the above qualification shall not be eligible for appearing in Central Teacher Eligibility Test.

How to Apply:

Instructions and Procedure for submission of Online Application Form of CTET - SEPT 2016

1. Please read the Information Bulletin of CTET - SEPT 2016 carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form.

2. Candidates can apply for CTET - SEPT 2016 ‘ON-LINE’ through website

For ‘ON-LINE’ SUBMISSION - website 

Candidates can apply ‘ON-LINE’ at CTET website. The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form. Candidate should enter his particulars i.e. Name, Father Name, Mother Name & Date of Birth as per his, her Secondary Education Board Class X Certificate. Candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated Confirmation Page with Registration Number after successful submission of data.

4. Application Procedure: 4 Simple Steps to be followed to apply online

Step 1: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down system generated Registration No. The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form. The Application Form mainly contains the personal details and contact details of the candidates. After successful submission of the data, Registration No. will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence.

Step 2: Upload Scanned Images of Photograph and Signature 

Note: 
The scanned images of photographs and signature should be in jpg format.

Size of the photo image must be greater than 4 kb and less than 100 kb.

Size of the signature image must be greater than 1 kb and less than 25 kb.

Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) * 4.5 cm (Height) only

Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm (length) * 1.5 cm (Height) only

*NOTE: THE Candidate particulars can be edited till the payment of fees by Debit, Credit Card has not been made or the challan is not downloaded. Once the payment of fee has been made, challan downloaded, candidate particulars cannot be edited at this stage. Thereafter corrections can be made only during the period in which on-line corrections will be allowed as per the given schedule of CTET - SEPT 2016.

Step 3: Pay Examination Fee by challan or debit, credit card: 

For Payment by Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank challan: The candidate has to select “Bank e-Challan” (Syndicate, Canara Bank) to submit the application fee through bank. As soon as he, she selects, an e-Challan will be generated containing details of the candidate along with amount to be paid as per their category and paper(s) opted. The candidate has to take a printout of the same and take it to the nearest Core Banking Service (CBS) facility enabled Branch of the respective Bank for making payment. After payment, the candidate has to login again to the system and enter the details written on the e-Challan by the bank official like Transaction ID, Branch Code, Branch Name and date of fee deposit. After the details are uploaded, a Confirmation Page will be generated. OR Candidate can also pay fee by Debit, Credit Card of any bank.

Step 4: Download Confirmation Page for your record and future reference, if required.

Note: Candidates are NOT REQUIRED to send hard copy of confirmation page to CTET unit. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application i.e. confirmation page, challan if fees is paid by challan, for future reference

JEE Advanced 2016

The Joint Entrance Examination JEE-Advanced is an all-India examination administered and conducted in seven IIT zones across the country by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) for admission to Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s and Dual Degree programs in the sixteen IITs (IIT Bhubaneswar, Bombay, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Chennai, Mandi, Patna, Roorkee, Ropar, Varanasi) and the Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad.

All the candidates aspiring to take admission in the undergraduate programmes at IITs and ISM Dhanbad, for the year 2016 will have to appear in the Paper-1 of JEE (Main)-2016, which will be conducted by JEE Apex Board during the month of April, 2016

Criterion 1 – Performance in JEE (Main) 2016: The candidate should be among the top 1,50,000 (all categories included) in JEE (Main) 2016. The percentages of the total number of candidates for various categories is as follows:

50.5% for GEN (from the common merit list), 27% for OBCNCL, 15% for SC and 7.5% for ST. Within each of these four categories, 3% horizontal reservation is available for PwD candidates.

Criterion 2 – Age limit: The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1990 if belonging to the GEN or OBC-NCL category and on or after October 1, 1985 if belonging to the SC, ST or PwD category.

Criterion 3 – Number of attempts: A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years. Therefore, JEE (Advanced) 2015 should be either the candidate’s FIRST attempt OR the SECOND consecutive attempt.

Criterion 4 – Appearance in Class XII (or equivalent) examination: The candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in all the subjects in either 2015 or 2016.

Number of Attempts in JEE (Advanced)

A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years. Therefore, JEE (Advanced) 2016 should be either the candidate’s FIRST attempt OR the SECOND consecutive attempt.

Earlier Admission Taken Through JEE Advanced-2016:

Candidates who had earlier taken admission (irrespective of whether or not they continued in any of the programmes) or accepted admission by paying the admission fee at any of the IITs or ISM Dhanbad, are Not Eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced)-2016.

Type of Exam:

In JEE (Advanced)-2016, there will be two papers, each of three hours duration. 

The question papers will be printed separately in English and Hindi. 

Candidates have to specify their choice of question paper language at the time of online registration for JEE (Advanced)-2016.

Each of the question papers will consist of three separate parts in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. 

The questions will be of objective (multiple choice) type, designed to test comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of candidates.

Registration Process For JEE Advanced-2016

Candidates should register for appearing in JEE (Advanced) 2016.

Registration is through the online portal only.

The candidate should satisfy each and every one of the five eligibility criteria [see 9. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR APPEARING IN JEE (ADVANCED) 2016].

Registration will be cancelled if, at a later date, it is found that the candidate does not meet even one of these five eligibility criteria.

Even if a candidate did not opt for appearing in JEE (Advanced) 2016 while registering for JEE (Main) 2016, he, she can register for JEE (Advanced) 2016.

Application for JEE (Advanced) 2016 CANNOT be withdrawn after registration is completed.

Registration fee is NEITHER refundable NOR transferable.

Admit Card For JEE Advanced - 2016

Candidates who successfully complete registering for JEE (Advanced) 2016 can download the admit card from the online registration portal.

The admit card will bear the following details of the candidate: Name, Roll number for JEE (Advanced) 2016, photograph, signature, date of birth, address for correspondence, category and language of the question paper. 

In addition, it will have the name and address of the examination centre allotted to the candidate.

Candidates should carefully examine the entries in the admit card and in case of any discrepancy, contact the Chairman, JEE (Advanced) 2016 of the respective zonal IIT.

In case the admit card is not available for downloading, the candidate should contact the Chairman, JEE (Advanced) 2016 of the respective zonal IIT.

A copy of the downloaded admit card should be produced at the time of examination. The original admit card will be issued to the candidate during the Paper 1 examination. This original admit card must be retained safely till all the formalities of admission are complete.

All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination, AIPGMEE-2016

National Board of Examinations (NBE) has announced the exam dates for All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination (AIPGMEE-2016), which will be conducted in December 2015. The AIPGMEE will be held from Wednesday, December 02, 2015 to Tuesday, December 08, 2015.

AIPGMEE is conducted for taking admission to Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery, Post Graduate (MD, MS, PG) diploma medical programs offered at government-run medical colleges as well as institutes in all states, excluding the states of Jammu and Kashmir as well as the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh (Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) for the academic session 2016.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         A candidate, who holds M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized medical college or a foreign medical degree included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and who has obtained full registration either from the Medical Council of India or any of the State Medical Councils after completing compulsory rotating internship shall be eligible to take this examination.

·         Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

After filling the form correctly, click the button "Proceed next". The data filled by you will be displayed. In case you wish to change any information, click "Back to Edit Application Form" button. If there is no change in information, click "Submit" button. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.

An auto-generated Application Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online Application form and will appear on print version of the Application Form.

Before taking the print out, save the print version of application form using ‘SAVE AS’ function in the ‘FILE’ menu of the window.

After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph & put your signature in the space provided and attach the Demand Draft with the print version of application.

You must keep an additional copy of the application form for all future reference.
