About College:

Indira Gandhi National Open University, Regional Centre, Chandigarh was established on 1st January, 2009 with a few Study Centres inChandigarh and it adjoining regions of Punjab & Haryana. It is one of the fast upcoming Regional Centres in the country in terms of student enrolment, number of Learner Support Centres, programmes activated and various decentralized operational functions. Since then with the consistent efforts, the enrolment of various programmes has been increased steadily. The Regional Centre is providing best possible support services through the network of 26 LSC’s in the region.

In open and distance teaching learnering process the role of Regional Centre occupies pivotal position in monitoring, coordination and delivery of programmes. The IGNOU Act defines the “Regional Centre” as a centre established or maintained by the University for the purpose of coordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres in the region and for performing such functions as may be confirmed by the Board of Management of the University. Regional Centre is considered as face of the University for all its practical purposes. Under the diversified delivery system, the University has also introduced the concept of Programme Specific Study Centres for professional courses and Special Study Centres for remote and rural areas, women, minorities etc. Regional Centre maintains effective link between the different Schools and Divisions of the University and Learners Support Centres, between IGNOU and respective State Governments and between IGNOU and the general stakeholders.

KIITEE Management 2017

KIIT University has announced the exam dates for KIITEE Management exam, which will be conducted in January 2017. The KIITEE Management exam will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 to Tuesday, January 31, 2017.

KIITEE Management exam is conducted for taking admission to Master of business Administration (MBA) and MBA in Rural Management programs at Management and KIIT School of Rural Management respectively for the academic year 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for KIITEE Management 2017:

·         Graduates in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA). The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned university/institution.

·         Where the university/institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, percentage score would be calculated by dividing the obtained CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

·         Those who are in the final year and expect to complete all the requirements of graduation before June 30, 2017 can also apply.

Application Procedure for KIITEE Management 2017:

·         Candidates can apply online.

·         Application form and prospectus will be available on payment of application fee of Rs. 1250/- in cash/demand draft drawn in favour of “KIIT School of Rural Management” payable at Bhubaneswar, from the following sources:

·         If a candidate marks more than one answer for a question, the answer will be treated as incorrect and will fetch negative marks.

Established on 2nd April 2003, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa is named after Jan Nayak Chaudhary Devi Lal, the former Deputy Prime Minister of India and the former Chief Minister of Haryana.
