DTE Maharashtra MAH MArch CET 2017 for MArch Admission

The Competent Authority shall conduct the MAH M.ARCH-CET 2017 for admission to First year of two-year full time Post Graduate Degree Course in Architecture (M. Arch), for Academic Year 2017-18. 

The admissions to the following institutes will be based on the score of CET, provided they are approved & recognized by Government of Maharashtra and are affiliated to any of the Non- Agricultural University in Maharashtra State 

1. All Government Aided Institutes offering M.ARCH Course 

2. All Un-Aided M.ARCH Institutes covered as per the Act 

About the CET Cell 
As per the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015), the Competent Authority is conducting CET (MAH-M. ARCH-CET 2017) for admission to courses in Master of Architecture 

The online applications are invited for CET for admission to First Year of Two-year full time Post Graduate Degree Courses in Master of Architecture (M. ARCH) in the Government/Aided and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State 

MAH MArch CET 2017 Eligibility Criteria 

Candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: 

(i) The candidate should be an Indian National; 

(ii) Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Govt. approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class Categories and PwD belonging to Maharashtra State only) 

(iii) Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for CET) 

Note: 

Aggregate marks mean the grand total of marks obtained by the candidate in subjects on which the class declaration is made in the particular University from which the candidate is passing the qualifying exam 

In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the University/institution from where they have obtained the bachelor's degree 

Percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to two places after decimal 

Test Centre for MAH MArch CET 2017 

MAH-M.ARCH-CET-2017 will be conducted in the selected cities in Maharashtra State. The Cities in which MAH-M.ARCH-CET-2017 will be conducted are designated as "Centre" for the CET 

A candidate appearing for CET shall give his/her preference for the centre, however the Competent Authority reserves the right to allocate the centre and venue 

The exam will be conducted online at venues given in the respective Hall Ticket 

MAH MArch CET 2017 Syllabus 

The Online test will have 50 Questions based on Topics. The test will comprise of multiple choice objective type questions (Four Options). There is no negative marking System for this test 

Test Duration: 60 minutes 

Medium of CET: English 

Mode of Examination: Online 

MAH MArch CET 2017 Schedule 

MAH-M.ARCH-CET 2017 shall be conducted only in the ONLINE mode. MAH-M.ARCH-CET 2017 will be conducted on 28th May 2017 in multiple sessions (if required) 

Candidates shall appear for the CET strictly as per the date and session allotted to them at allotted centre. No candidate shall be allowed to appear for test in other than the allotted session 

MAH MArch CET 2017 Application Procedure 

Candidates to go to the http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/MARCH2017 website and click on the option "Apply Online" which will open a new screen 

To register application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen 

Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. 

It is mandatory for all aspiring candidates to Register & Confirm the Online Application Form for MAH-M.ARCH-CET-2017 at www.mahacet.org and at www.dhepune.gov.in 

Exam Fees 
Application form processing fees as stated below is to be paid through online system only by Internet Payment, Credit Card/Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the application form processing fees. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances: 

a) For all candidates from Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), Open Category Candidates from Maharashtra State - Rs.1000/-

RIST ERDF CET 2017 Results 

The results for RIST ERDF common Entrance Test will be declared in the last week of June 2017

RIST ERDF CET 2017 Eligibility 

H.S (10+2) Science or equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology / Biology having passed in each of the subjects with 45% marks in the above subjects taken together (40% marks for SC/ST/Minority) 

Criteria for Selection 

(i) Rank in ERDF CET OR (ii) Vaild JEE(Mains)/State CEE Ranks (upto 15% of total Intake) OR (iii) Nomination by the concerned Directorate of Technical & Higher Education 

Exemption from the Admission Test 

Candidates nominated against reserved seats for other North Eastern states, by their respective governments/Technical Directorate, provided they satisfy the conditions for eligibility of ERD Foundation 

Candidates ranked within first 10 positions in the Meghalaya & Assam Higher Secondary (Science stream) examination, provided they secure not less than 75% marks in aggregate in the year in which they seek admission. Such candidates must apply for their direct admission within 15 days of publication of their qualifying examination results 
10 % of seats will be filled through the quota reserved for the State of Meghalaya 
5% of the seats will be filled through the quota reserved for other states of North east. 
15% of seats will be filled through AIEEE. These seats will be known as AIEEE seats 

However, should a vacancy remain in any of the reserved category seat at the end of the counseling for ERDF CET seats, the same shall be converted into a general seat 

Lateral Entry: 
Candidates who have passed the final Diploma examination in a branch of study (as per AICTE guideline) conducted by any State Board of Technical Education in respective branch of Engineering/Technology (after 10th or 10+2). Securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate will be eligible for admission into the 3rd semester of B. Tech Course 
B.Sc. degree holders with Maths & Physics are also eligible 

Special Allocation 
10% seats of the total intake are reserved for the State of Meghalaya and other state of North East through nomination by the respective directorate shall be considered subject to the admission policy of the management 

Reservation for Girls 
33% seats shall be accommodated for girl students including all branches. 25% seats will be available to students from different Minorities/tribal and other backward communities subject the fulfillment of admission policy of ERDF. The Management reserves the right of “special category admissions” under Management Quota( 10% of the total capacity) 

Free Admission for Meritorious Poor Students 
ERD Foundation has taken an initiative to support and provide free education to the exceptionally meritorious students belonging to families of BELOW POVERTY LINE as they cannot afford the financial liability of such courses 
Till date the Foundation has given 12 (Twelve ) free admissions & 30 (thirty ) students have been given concessional admissions in different branches of B.Tech Programmes

The first entrance exam will be held on 28th May 2017 (10.00 am - 12.00 noon) at following centres:

Admission Procedure

The University holds an all India basis Common Entrance examination to admit candidates to various UG, PG, Diploma and PhD Programmes offered by the University

The admissions will be offered to the students in the order of merit as per the results of entrance exam and the reservation policy of the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh in respect to IGNTU at Amarkantak and that of the Govt. of Manipur in respect to RCM at Imphal

Candidates, whose qualifying exam results are not declared at the time of admission, will be given provisional admission and their admissions will automatically stand cancelled if they will fail to secure the required percentage of marks in their qualifying exam or if they fail in the said exam

The candidates so selected are required to give an undertaking in the format given in the prospectus stating that their admission to any of the programmes shall be cancelled if they fail to submit the marks-card of the qualifying exam to the Dept. concerned latest by 31st August 2017

The University shall not consider the marks of the supplementary exam or the marks of improvement or the marks of re-evaluation

Medium of Instruction

The medium of instruction for all the Hons (UG) Programmes shall be either English or Hindi (except the language courses). However, the medium of exams for BBA, B.C.A and B.J.M.C programmes shall be in English only

The medium of instruction and examinations for all the PG, Diploma and PhD programmes shall be English (Except the languages course)

How to Apply

Candidates are required to apply online through the website www.igntu.ac.in

Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and a mobile number. They should be kept active till the completion of the programme, if admission is granted. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, she/he should create a new e-mail ID before applying online

Candidates are required to upload their recent photograph and signature. Before applying online, a candidate is required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature

Candidates can pay the application fee through Bank Challan. The Bank Challan is generated after filling the online application form and she/he can deposit the fees in the following University’s Account Number. State Bank of India through any nationalized Bank (NEFT mode) on the next working day. One day after the payment is made the candidate can take the print out of the application form by using the username and password

Rs.300/ for General/OBC and Rs.100/-for SC/ST/ PH along with the bank service charges

Special Education-Visually Impaired for  the Academic year 2017-18

The Eligibility conditions for Maharashtra BEd CET 2017 is given below 

Maharashtra State Candidates: (i) Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree with subjects Sciences/Mathematics/Social Sciences (History/Geography/Economics/Political Sciences/ Psychology/ Philosophy/ Education/Library Science)/Humanity Sciences (including all Languages and Literatures like-English, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Pali-Prakrut etc. studied as Optional/Special Subject at Graduation)/Commerce and have secured minimum 50% marks for Open Category Candidates either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree (49.50% and above to be considered as 50%)(Minimum 45% marks in case of Backward Class Categories from State of Maharashtra belonging to SC, ST, VJ-DT NT-(A), NT1-(B), NT-2-(C), NT-3-(D), OBC, and SBC (44.50% and above to be considered as 45%) either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree 

(Or); 
(ii) The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree with subjects in Engineering or Technology/ (Science and Mathematics as a Special subjects) / Bachelor’s Degree and or Master’s Degree with the subjects Management / Engineering/Computers/Law/Information -Technology / Agriculture/ BBI / Medical Sciences /All Social Sciences excluding those (i) above /Fine Art / Performing Art (Music/Dance / Drama etc.) and secured minimum 55% marks (54.50 % and above to be considered as 55%) either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree (Minimum 50% marks in case of Backward Class Category candidates belonging to State of Maharashtra belonging to SC, ST, VJ-DT NT-(A), NT1-(B), NT-2-(C), NT-3-(D), OBC, and SBC. (49.50% and above to be considered as 50%) either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree

The candidate should have passed Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree recognized as an equivalent degree by the Government of Maharashtra, in subjects mentioned in (i) and (ii) above 

(Or);

Eligibility Criteria

Students appearing for Senior Intermediate Examination to be held in March 2017 to be conducted by Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana State or equivalent to it and who have secured 40% or more marks in the 01st year Annual 2016, Advanced Supplementary 2016 Exams are alone eligible to appear for the test

Students who have passed in Intermediate Annual Examinations in 2016, 2015 conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana State or equivalent to it and who have secured 40% or more marks are alone eligible to appear for the test

Conducting of Entrance Test

TSWDCET-2017 will be conducted on 16th April 2017 (Sunday) in one session from 11.30 A.M to 02.00 PM (2½ hours duration) both in English and Telugu media in four subjects i.e., English and three optional subjects as per Intermediate syllabus

Question Paper (120 Marks) will be objective type. Multiple-choice questions and the answers should be marked on the OMR Sheets

The test will be conducted in TSW Residential Schools, Jr. Colleges located in 31 new Districts basing on the option given by the candidates

How to Apply

Candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully, available in the website and satisfy herself with the eligibility criteria for appearing for the written test.

The candidate after satisfying herself about the eligibility shall pay Rs. 50/- through PAYMENT GATEWAY centres from 27th February 2017 to 26th March 2017 to enable option to submit the application through online

Candidate has to give the required preliminary data i.e., name, date of birth and mobile number at the PAYMENT GATEWAY centre

On Receipt of Fee, the candidate shall be issued a journal number with which she can proceed with submission of application through online by logging on to the website www.tswreis.cgg.gov.in
Issue of journal number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application online. It is only a confirmation for the fee received

Candidates can download their Hall Tickets from the website at www.tswreis.cgg.gov.in from 06th April 2017 to 15th April 2017 with the reference number allotted to them
No printed hall ticket shall be issued, posted to the candidate

Joint CSIR-UGC Test for Jr. Fellowship & Eligibility for Lectureship 2017 

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi invited applications for the Single MCQ Examination (Joint CSIR - UGC Test) for the Award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) NET and appointment for Lecturer (NET). The eligible candidates can apply Online for the examination through the CSIR, HRDG’s Website (csirhrdg.res.in) on or before 08th March 2017

CSIR will hold the Joint CSIR-UGC Test Tentatively on Sunday 18th June 2017 for determining the eligibility of the Indian National candidates for the award of JRF NET and for determining eligibility for appointment of Lecturers (NET) in certain subject areas falling under the faculty of Science & Technology 

A candidate may apply either for ‘JRF’ OR for ‘Lectureship (LS) only’ He/she may indicate his/her preference in the Online Application, as the case may be. CSIR may consider candidates for ‘JRF’, or ‘Lectureship only” depending on number of fellowships available & performance in the test, subject to the condition that they fulfill the laid down eligibility criterion 

If a candidate is found to be over-age for JRF (NET) he/she will automatically be considered for Lectureship (NET) only. Candidates with M.Sc. qualification OR under M.Sc. Result Awaited (RA) category shall be eligible for LS subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria as laid down by the UGC 

Two separate merit lists, one comprising the candidates qualifying for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF-NET) and the second, of those candidates qualifying the Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET), will be made on the basis of their performance in the above Test. Candidates qualifying for JRF (NET), will also be eligible for Lectureship (NET) subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by UGC 

The candidates qualifying for Lectureship will be eligible for recruitment as Lecturers as well as for JRF-ship in a Scheme/Project, if otherwise suitable. However, they will not be eligible for Regular JRF-NET Fellowship. Candidates qualifying for the award of JRF (NET) will receive fellowship either from CSIR or UGC as per their assignment or from the Schemes with which they may find association 

The candidates declared eligible for Junior Research Fellowship under UGC scheme and Lectureship will be governed by UGC rules/regulations in this regard 

The final result of this Single MCQ test may be declared sometime in the month of Sept/Oct, 2017 and fellowship to successful candidates will be effective from 01st January 2018 with the validity period of 2 years for joining the fellowship under CSIR Scheme

ELIGIBILITY

Education Qualification (CSIR UGC NET Test 2017)

Candidates should have M. Sc or equivalent degree/Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/B Tech/B Pharma/MBBS with at least 55% marks for general and OBC-Non Creamy layer candidates (Central list only as provided in National Commission for Backward Classes website) and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with disability (PwD) candidates 

Candidates enrolled for M.Sc. or having completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination as on 01st March 2016, are also eligible to apply in the above subject under the Result Awaited (RA) category on the condition that they complete the qualifying degree with requisite percentage of marks within the validity period of two years to avail the fellowship from the effective date of award 

Such candidates will have to submit the attestation format (Given at the reverse of the application form) duly certified by the Head of the Department/Institute from where the candidate is appearing or has appeared 

B.Sc. (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD Programme with at least 55% marks for general and OBC (Non Creamy layer) candidates; 50% marks for SC/ST, Persons with disability (PwD) candidates are also eligible to apply 

Candidates with bachelor’s degree will be eligible for CSIR fellowship only after getting registered/enrolled for PhD/Integrated PhD program within the validity period of two years 

The eligibility for lectureship of NET qualified candidates will be subject to fulfilling the criteria laid down by UGC. PhD degree holders who have passed Master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for Lectureship only 

The candidates with the above qualification are advised to fill up their degree with percentage of marks in column No. 18 to 21, as applicable

Exam Date 

The single paper MCQ based test will be held tentatively on 18th June 2017 (Sunday). The examination will be held in two sessions; morning 09.00 AM to 12.00 noon and afternoon 02.00 PM to 05.00 PM 

The CSIR UGC NET pattern for the Single Paper MCQ test shall be as given below: 

The MCQ test paper of each subject shall carry a maximum of 200 marks; the exam shall be for duration of three hours. The question paper shall be divided in three parts. 

Candidates should use only black ballpoint pen and not pencil to fill in their particulars in the OMR Answer Sheet/Question Paper Booklet and to darken the appropriate circle to mark their answers in their OMR answer sheet. The Question Booklet for this test will be printed in Hindi & English Version 

Age limit and relaxation

For JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years as on 01st January 2017 (upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer)/ Persons with disability (PwD) and female applicants) 

For LS (NET): No upper age limit

SYLLABUS OF THE TEST

The question paper shall be divided into three parts, (A, B & C) as per syllabus & Scheme of Exam 

Part 'A' shall be common to all subjects. This part shall contain questions pertaining to General Aptitude with emphasis on logical reasoning, graphical analysis, analytical and numerical ability, quantitative comparison, series formation, puzzles etc. 

Part 'B' shall contain subject-related conventional Multiple Choice questions (MCQs), generally covering the topics given in the syllabus 

Part 'C' shall contain higher value questions that may test the candidate's knowledge of scientific concepts and/or application of the scientific concepts. The questions shall be of analytical nature where a candidate is expected to apply the scientific knowledge to arrive at the solution to the given scientific problem

The Exam Scheme for Chemical Sciences has been revised from June 2017 CSIR-UGC (NET) Exam onwards. The revised exam scheme and model Question paper may be seen at CSIR HRDG website www.csirhrdg.res.in 

Negative marking for wrong answers, wherever required, shall be applicable as per subject wise scheme of Exam

Examination centres

The test will be held at 27 Centres spread all over India, as specified - Bangalore, Bhavnagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guntur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Jorhat, Karaikudi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Pilani, Pune, Raipur, Roorkee, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur and Varanasi 

Exam Fee 
Candidates applying for the Test may deposit their Examination fee, after verifying their eligibility, in any branch of the Indian Bank throughout the country by paying the following fee in cash through bank challan to be downloaded from the CSIR website OR through NEFT from any other Bank branch 

The journal number or the UTR number given by the Bank is to be filled in the payment details while submitting the application form: 

For General - Rs.1000/- 

For Other Backward Classes (OBC) - Non Creamy Layer - Rs.500/- 

For SC/ST/Physically Handicapped (PH) or Visually Handicapped (VH) - Rs.250/-

Candidates may also deposit their fees through RTGS or NEFT by giving particulars of the Indian Bank, as notified in the fee deposit challan 

OBC candidates whose caste is not listed in Central List (as available on National Commission for Backward Classes website www.ncbc.nic.in) and who are not covered under the provisions as applicable to OBC - Non Creamy Layer (NCL) candidates, shall be treated as General Category candidates for all purposes

How to apply

Interested & eligible candidates may apply Online through a link available at CSIR, HRDG website www.csirhrdg.res.in 

In order to apply Online the candidates are required to download Bank challan Performa from the above website and then deposit the requisite examination fee in any of the Indian Bank branches throughout the country 

Before applying Online, candidates are advised to go through detailed notification available at CSIR, HRDG website 

Candidates must write their name, father/mother's name as written in their Matriculation (Xth Class Board) Certificate and should ensure that the same are matching with their educational qualification certificates and caste certificate except for married females who may submit relevant certificate regarding change of their name while filling their online application form 

The hard copy of filled online application form, duly completed with requisite enclosure should be sent by Ordinary post to the Deputy Secretary (Exam), Examination Unit, Human Resource Development Group, CSIR Complex, Opposite Institute of Hotel Management, Library Avenue, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 so as to reach Examination Unit CSIR on or before 14th March 2017 

For candidates applying from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of J&K State, Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshdweep, the application form must reach to the Deputy Secretary, Examination Unit, CSIR on or before 21st March 2017
