About College:

The Faculty of Fine Arts, one of the premier art school of India, is dedicated to the education of professional artists and scholars of theory of art more than half a century. It has been recognized on global level as the foremost institute in India in the field of Visual Arts. As part of the dissemination and expansion of the art and design curriculum, Faculty of Fine Arts has established in 2013, a National level Design Institute under its auspices. Bachelor of Design (BDes)

Eligibility:

A Candidate must have passed HSC (General or Science stream) Examination of Gujarat State or an equivalent examination only, as a REGULAR student with minimum of 50 percent of marks in aggregate only shall be eligible to apply. All those students who have appeared in the HSC examination of Gujarat State HSC Education Board or any other equivalent examination in the current academic year only as a REGULAR student with ENGLISH as one of the subject and waiting for the result of the Final Examination. Reservation policies shall be in accordance with the rules of the Government of Gujarat in force from time to time. All the admissions, till the issuance of the Enrollment Certificate, shall be regarded as provisional and subject to confirmation and approval by the appropriate authority of the M.S. University of Baroda.

Eligibility:

Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar (IIPHG) is India’s first Public Health University. The Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar (IIPHG) is working towards building a healthier India. Eligibility:

To be eligible for admission to the FPRM 2020 programme an applicant must satisfy the following two conditions:

Anybody with a postgraduate or postgraduate equivalent degree/diploma from a recognized university or institution in any discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade can apply. (5% less for those eligible for reservations). Those expecting to complete the final exams of these degrees by July 01, 2020 may also apply.

Qualifying Exams: Having valid scores/results of the last five years in any of the following standard qualifying exams or tests.

·         The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned university or institution. In case the university/institution does not have a scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence will be established by IRMA by dividing the obtained CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant with 100. Applicants, who expect to fulfill the eligibility requirements before July 01, 2020, are encouraged to apply.

·         The cut-off period for validity of the qualifying exam or test score is five years preceding the last date specified for the submission of application form to FPRM. Valid scores obtained from February 20, 2014 onwards in all the specified qualifying exams are eligible.

·         Those with PGDRM from IRMA and PGP from any of the IIMs (including Agri-Business Management) are exempted from the above qualifying tests or validity period.

·         IRMA follows the statutory reservation policy of Government of India. Seats not filled by candidates of the reserved category will be offered to the general category.

·         Merely fulfilling eligibility criteria may not entitle a candidate for a personal interview or automatic admission to FPRM.

Research Proposal:

All eligible applicants must submit along with their application a preliminary research proposal of about 2000 words. The proposal should cover topic/problem of the proposed research, its relevance, objectives and methodology of the study, and expected results or findings.

Selection Process

The applications will be screened by the designated selection committee of IRMA on the basis of multiple parameters like academic qualification, test scores, research proposal, and reservation. The selection committee will arrive at screening and cut-off criteria depending on the response. Those found eligible as per screening will be called for the personal interview (PI). The final selection will consist of presentation of the research proposal and personal interview and will focus on assessing research aptitude, subject knowledge/clarity, analytical abilities, general personality, and perseverance of the candidate. The selection committee, if necessary, may conduct a short written test for those called for PI to assess their analytical and communication abilities. The decision of selection committee regarding the process and criteria will be final.

Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme

Eligibility:

·         The applicant for the Post- Doctoral Fellowship Programme shall possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree from a recognised University, other than Nirma University.

·         The applicant should have three publications in high quality Journals (listed in the Web of Science / SCOPUS / Hein Database / Indian Citation Index / ABDC / EBSCO – Art & Architecture Database or similar international agency).

·         The upper age limit of the candidate is 40 years (at the time of the submission of application). Age relaxation of 5 (five) years is given to the women candidates.

·         The candidates, who have completed their earlier post-doctoral fellowship assignment are also eligible.

Procedure of Admission

For admission to the Postdoctoral Fellowship Programmes, the University invites the applications through advertisement in newspapers, social media and the University website. The candidates have to apply in a format prescribed by the University and also have to submit necessary copies of certificates, biodata, list of publications, detailed Research Proposal, etc. The Research Proposal should include the Research Project Title, Research Objectives, Project Summary, Expected Outcomes of the proposed Research, Requirement of Infrastructure/Equipment/Software, Timeline of the Research, etc. The candidate would make a presentation of Research Proposal before the Selection Committee. Followed by the presentation, there will be personal interview of the candidate. PG Diploma in Management Business Entrepreneurship (PGDMBE)

Eligibility:

Eligibility for Indian Nationals: A three-year (10+2+3) University Degree in any discipline or a four year (10+2+4) Engineering / Technology / Medicine / Other, recognized by the UGC/AIU/AICTE are eligible for Post Graduation, with not less than 50% overall aggregate marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to the Reserved category, as per norms). Candidates interested in applying for the programme but still appearing for their final year examinations towards their Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed or have appeared for their graduation examination from a University where Grade Point Average is given should produce in writing from the University concerned about the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained.

Eligibility for PIO/NRI/Foreign candidate

Admission to the PGDM-BE programme requires a Bachelor's degree (in keeping with the 10 + 2 + 3 system) with minimum 50% marks, or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Procedure for Indian Nationals: The admission process consists of taking any of these tests—CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT. Candidates have to apply to EDI by acquiring application form which can be downloaded from the website or can be filled online. Applicants who want to apply online can make payments online. The duly filled in downloaded form should be sent to EDII along with a Demand Draft of Rs.1,500/- (Rs. 1,000/- for female candidates and candidates under reserved category) drawn in favour of 'Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India', payable at Ahmedabad or by transferring the amount to the EDI PG admission account (details given below). Eligible candidates will be called for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA, of any University incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956. The Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. In case of the candidates being awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence would be based on the equivalence certified by the university/ institution from where they have obtained a bachelor’s degree. Candidate who has appeared for the final year examination of bachelor’s degree or equivalent can also apply. Such a candidate must produce a certificate from the authority of the university/ institution certifying that the candidate has obtained 50% marks or equivalent based on latest available grades/marks (i.e. all the years’ grade/marks except the final year grade/marks).

How to Apply:

Application Process

Eligible Candidates can apply in the prescribed online form on website https://ahduni.edu.in with payment of non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1200 (inclusive of GST). Upon online registration, candidates will be issued a unique login id which should be used for subsequent admission process correspondence. Duly filled application form along with the application fee can be submitted by February 15, 2020

Mode of Payment

All candidates offered admission can pay the fees by logging again to the application portal with the unique user id and password and pay the fees. Modes available for payment Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Cheque and Demand Draft. In case of Cheque and Demand Draft the candidate/s need to fill the Cheque/Demand Draft details in the system and generate challan. The challan along with Cheque/Demand Draft can be submitted to any nearest ICICI Bank branch.

Eligibility:

School of Petroleum Management uses CAT/XAT score as an input for the admission process. The minimum eligibility criterion for admission to the programme is a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC-ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA of any of recognised university in India or abroad.

The Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. The basis of computing the percentage obtained by the candidate in bachelor’s degree would be as per the practice followed by the university/ institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case of the candidate being awarded grades / CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence of percentage will be considered.

Option 1: By Applying Offline: By downloading the Admission Application Form and sending the duly filled- in application form (available at Offline Admission Form) along with the payment of the application fee of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable). The application fee can be paid via a demand draft drawn in favour of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, payable at Ahmedabad.

Candidates are required to send filled application form by registered post, or through DTDC courier to reach us on or before the last date specified. For late receipt of the forms or loss of form in transit beyond prescribed last date, SPM-PDPU shall not be responsible.

Option 2: By Applying Online: Candidates who wish to use online application facility are required to fill in Online Application form available on link Apply Online. Candidates applying online shall have the facility to make online payment through the payment options available in the online application process.

Eligibility:

A three-year bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with atleast 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing in the final year of the Bachelor’s Degree can also apply provided they furnish the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria by September 21, 2020. They should have appeared in all the examinations of their graduation by the time of commencement of the programme. The candidates failing to meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be asked to withdraw from the programme. The tuition fee paid by such candidates will be forfeited unless such vacant seats are filled by other candidates.

Entrance Test

·         Applicants are required to appear for the Common Admission Test [CAT 2019] conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM). The CAT exam conducted at different centres all over the country on 24th November 2019.

·         The candidates aspiring for admissions at the Institute of Management, Nirma University are required to apply to the Institute separately. The Institute will receive the test scores from IIM for those candidates applied to the Institute.

·         IIM, have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.

·         Foreign students/NRI/Person of Indian origin/Gulf Countries and South Est Asia candidates can be considered for admission on the basis of their GMAT scores also [not taken before July 2018].

·         However, NRI sponsored candidates will be considered for admission only on the basis of CAT-2019 scores. GMAT scores will not be considered for NRI sponsored categories.

Scholarship: To encourage the meritorious students and also needy students, the University offers two types of Scholarships i.e. (i) Merit Scholarship (ii) Merit-cum-Means Scholarship. The scholarship is applicable to the students of Master of Business Management programme who are admitted in general category only

In such a case, the candidate is required to make a payment of an additional processing fee of Rs.4500/- or US$ 100 and submit it along with a written application referring the original application Form No. on or before the last date.
