Introduction 

Government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulatory Authority (ARA) as per the provision in Section 10 of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015, (Herein after called the Act) 

According to Govt. Resolution No.CET-2016/F.No.84/MSHI-2, 7th April 2016 the Competent Authority shall conduct the MAH-B.Ed. CET 2017 for the admission to the First Year of the Two Year Full Time Professional Course in Education leading to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. Regular) and B.Ed.-Special Education - Hearing Impairment, B Ed Special Education - Autism Spectrum Disorder, B Ed Special Education – Learning Disability, B Ed Special Education - Intellectual Disability/Mental Retardation B.Ed.

Special Education-Visually Impaired for  the Academic year 2017-18 

The admissions to the following institutes will be based on the score of CET, provided they are approved and recognized by Govt. of Maharashtra and are affiliated to any of the Non-Agricultural University in the State of Maharashtra State: 
1. All Govt. Colleges offering B.Ed. Course 
2. All Govt. Aided Colleges, Aided Minority Colleges offering B.Ed. Course 
3. All University Managed Colleges/Institutes offering B.Ed. Course 
4. All Un-aided Institutes/Unaided Minority Institutes offering B.Ed. Course, covered as per the Act 

MAH BEd CET 2017 Eligibility Criteria 

The Eligibility conditions for Maharashtra BEd CET 2017 is given below 

Maharashtra State Candidates: (i) Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree with subjects Sciences/Mathematics/Social Sciences (History/Geography/Economics/Political Sciences/ Psychology/ Philosophy/ Education/Library Science)/Humanity Sciences (including all Languages and Literatures like-English, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Pali-Prakrut etc. studied as Optional/Special Subject at Graduation)/Commerce and have secured minimum 50% marks for Open Category Candidates either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree (49.50% and above to be considered as 50%)(Minimum 45% marks in case of Backward Class Categories from State of Maharashtra belonging to SC, ST, VJ-DT NT-(A), NT1-(B), NT-2-(C), NT-3-(D), OBC, and SBC (44.50% and above to be considered as 45%) either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree 

(Or); 
(ii) The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree with subjects in Engineering or Technology/ (Science and Mathematics as a Special subjects) / Bachelor’s Degree and or Master’s Degree with the subjects Management / Engineering/Computers/Law/Information -Technology / Agriculture/ BBI / Medical Sciences /All Social Sciences excluding those (i) above /Fine Art / Performing Art (Music/Dance / Drama etc.) and secured minimum 55% marks (54.50 % and above to be considered as 55%) either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree (Minimum 50% marks in case of Backward Class Category candidates belonging to State of Maharashtra belonging to SC, ST, VJ-DT NT-(A), NT1-(B), NT-2-(C), NT-3-(D), OBC, and SBC. (49.50% and above to be considered as 50%) either in Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree 
(Or); 

The candidate should have passed Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree recognized as an equivalent degree by the Government of Maharashtra, in subjects mentioned in (i) and (ii) above 

(Or); 

The candidate should have passed any Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree given by Open University incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature 

Other State Candidates: 
The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed any Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree awarded by any of the universities incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature or declared to be Deemed University under section 3 of the UGC act, 1956 of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India/NCTE with minimum 55% of marks for all categories. All candidates including backward class candidates having Degree/Post Graduate Degree from Out of Maharashtra University will be considered as Open Category Candidates 
(Or); 

Candidate should be appeared for the Final year exam of any Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of the universities incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature or declared to be Deemed University under section 3 of the UGC act, 1956 of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India/NCTE. Such candidate can be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the degree exam with minimum 55% of marks 

MAH BEd CET 2017 Application Procedure 

Procedure for Online Application Form Filling and Registration MAH-B.Ed. CET2017 in order to appear for MAH-B.Ed. CET2017, the Candidates are required to apply On-Line as per the detailed procedure/guidelines given below 

Candidates interested should download the Information Brochure, read it carefully and fill in the On Line application as per the directions given in the relevant Information Brochure 

Candidates desirous of seeking admission to English Medium Colleges of Education should invariably apply for ELCT Examination while filling in the CET Form 

Candidates are advised to download the Information Brochure from www.mahacet.org andwww.dhepune.gov.in take a print -out /read it carefully and then fill in the On Line Application Form from the given link 

Candidates are advised to Scan their own photograph and signature as per the specification and keep it ready with them on the computer to fill in form. Candidates are advised to keep their Educational records such as Year of passing marks obtained etc. of all qualifications handy before beginning to fill in the Form 

Candidates are further advised to first save the form, read it carefully before finally submitting it on line. If the Form is Finally submitted, then no change in the Form is possible. Candidates are directed to take a print out of the On Line Finally submitted and approved 

Application Form and safely keep it with them. This Application form is essential document for Admission 

Candidates are directed to take a print of the e-receipt of the payment made on line and preserve it with them. It will be required at the time admission 

Candidates are further advised to preserve their Original CET Hall Ticket with them after the CET is over; the same will be required for Admission 

Candidates are advised to download the CET Score - Card from the link that will be given onwww.mahacet.org and www.dhepune.gov.in and preserve it with them, the same will be required for Admission 

MAH BEd CET 2017 Syllabus and Marking Scheme 

The On Line CET is comprising of one paper with three sections: 

1. Mental Ability - 40 No. of Questions; 01 Marks Questions; and 40 Total Marks 

2. General Knowledge - 30 No. of Questions; 01 Marks Questions; and 30 Total Marks 

3. Teacher Aptitude - 30 No. of Questions; 01 Marks Questions; and 30 Total Marks 

Total - 100 No. of Questions; 1 per Question; and 100 Total Marks 

The questions will be objective Multiple Choice Questions with Four options 

There is no Negative Marking 
The time allotted is One Hour Thirty Minutes 
Medium of Test will be English and Marathi 

Contents of the Sections: 

Mental Ability (40%): The content of this test aims to judge your reasoning power It also helps to judge how accurate you can think. This test will contain questions based on Series, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Relationship, Analogies, Classification, Problems on Dice, etc., either in Verbal or Non-Verbal form 

General Knowledge (30%): The aim of this section is to test how well you are acquainted with the happenings in the surroundings at Local, National, International Level including Past Events, Current Affairs including, Science and Technology, History, Geography, Civics, Political Science and Literature in General 

Teacher Aptitude (30%): The Test aims to know your capacity to become teacher. It will contain questions related to your keenness to update your knowledge, leadership qualities awareness about changes in Education and Society , communication and Professional commitment etc. 

MAH BEd CET 2017 Test Centers 

MAH - B.Ed. CET 2017 will be conducted in the selected cities in Maharashtra. The cities in which MAH-B.Ed. CET 2017 will be conducted are designated as “Centers” for the CET. Each Centre may have many “Venues” depending upon the number of candidates appearing at that Centre 

A candidate appearing for CET shall be give his/her preference for the Centre, however, the Competent Authority reserves the right to allocate the Centre and Venue 
CET CELL/Directorate of Higher Education shall entertain no request for change of Centre/Venue/Date / Session for the Exam under any circumstances 

Exam Fees for CET 

For all candidates from Outside Maharashtra State* (OMS), Open Category Candidates from Maharashtra State and J&K Migrant Candidates - Rs.800/- 

For Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State of Backward class Categories (SC, ST, VJDT, NT (A), NT-1 (B), NT-2(C), NT-3(D), OBC and SBC categories - Rs.400/- 

Application Form Processing Fees as stated below is to be paid through on-line system only by Internet Payment, Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the Application Form Processing Fees 

No other mode of payment shall be permitted 

The fees once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances

Conducting of Entrance Test

TSWDCET-2017 will be conducted on 16th April 2017 (Sunday) in one session from 11.30 A.M to 02.00 PM (2½ hours duration) both in English and Telugu media in four subjects i.e., English and three optional subjects as per Intermediate syllabus

Question Paper (120 Marks) will be objective type. Multiple-choice questions and the answers should be marked on the OMR Sheets

The test will be conducted in TSW Residential Schools, Jr. Colleges located in 31 new Districts basing on the option given by the candidates

How to Apply

Candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully, available in the website and satisfy herself with the eligibility criteria for appearing for the written test.

The candidate after satisfying herself about the eligibility shall pay Rs. 50/- through PAYMENT GATEWAY centres from 27th February 2017 to 26th March 2017 to enable option to submit the application through online

Candidate has to give the required preliminary data i.e., name, date of birth and mobile number at the PAYMENT GATEWAY centre

On Receipt of Fee, the candidate shall be issued a journal number with which she can proceed with submission of application through online by logging on to the website www.tswreis.cgg.gov.in

Medical (MBBS and BDS) Seats offered through NEET 2017 

Admissions to all seats of MBBS, BDS courses will be done through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) 2017. The seats are classified in the following categories: 

(i) All India Quota Seats 

(ii) State Govt. Quota Seats where the State Govt. concerned so opts 

(iii) Private, Management, NRI Quota Seats in all Private Medical, Dental Colleges or any Private, Deemed University 

Eligibility Criteria 

(i) Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRI’s), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI’s), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO’s) & Foreign Nationals are eligible for appearing in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG), 2017 

(ii) The candidate must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December 2017 i.e. the year of his,her admission to the 1st year MBBS,BDS Course 

(iii) The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission in MBBS, BDS seats shall be 25 years as on the date of examination with a relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC category 

For Candidates of Unreserved Category (UR) - born on or between 08th May 1992 & 01st January 2001 

For Candidates of SC, ST, OBC Category - born on or between 08th May 1987 and 01st January 2001 

(iv) The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at NEET (UG) shall be limited to 3 (Three) uniformly for all the candidates 

(v) The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Bio-technology at the qualifying exam 

In respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST or OBC, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Bio-technology taken together in qualifying exam be 40% instead of 50% for General candidates 

Further, for persons for locomotor disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH, ST-PH, OBC-PH are required. Those who are appearing in Class XII Exam in 2017 can also appear for the entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later 

NEET (UG) 2017 Exam Pattern 

Pattern of the Entrance Test 

The Entrance Test shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine-gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen provided by CBSE at centre only 

The duration of test would be 03 hours (10.00 am to 01.00 pm) 

Language of the Question Papers 

(i) Candidates can opt for Question Paper either in English or in Hindi; (ii) Option of medium of Question Paper should be exercised while filling in the application form and the option once exercised by candidates cannot be changed later; (iii) Candidates opting for English would be provided Test Booklet in English only and the candidates opting for Hindi would be provided Bilingual Test Booklet i.e. in Hindi and in English 

Syllabus for the Test 

The Question Papers for the test shall be based on a common syllabus notified by the Medical Council of India (Please see Appendix-I for details) Centres Cities for Entrance Test 

List of cities where the NEET will be conducted is given at Appendix-II. In case, the number of candidates opting a city as centre is less, Board reserves its discretion not to fix the centre in that City

Candidate should select Three Convenient City Codes for the entrance Test from Appendix-II 

Reservation of Seats & Admission in Medical, Dental Colleges 

1. An All India merit list and All India Rank of the qualified candidates shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the National Eligibility-cum Entrance Test and candidates shall beadmitted to MBBS, BDS courses from the said list only by following the Existing Reservation Policies 

2. All admission to MBBS, BDS courses within in the respective categories shall be based solely on marks obtained in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test 

3. All other existing eligibility criteria for admission to Medical, Dental Colleges shall be applicable as per Rules and Policies of the State, UT, Institution, University concerned 

Counselling Details 

CBSE will provide All India Rank. Result will be given to DGHS, MHFW, and Govt. of India to provide the same to admitting authorities 

Admitting authorities will invite applications for counselling and merit list shall be drawn based on All India Rank by the admitting authorities subject to their applicable rules 

Fee Details 

For General, OBC Candidates: Rs.1400/- (INR) 

For SC, ST, PH Candidates: Rs.750/- (INR) 

Candidates if required may take the assistance of Common Services Centres for filling up the application form; the details of the common services centres are given on the website www.aipmt.nic.in 

How to Apply 

Candidates can apply only online (www.cbseneet.nic.in

Online Submission of Application may be made by accessing the Board’s Website www.cbseneet.nic.in. Instructions for submitting online application and payment of fee are available on website 

Candidates may remit the fee in the following manner: 

a) Through any Debit, Credit Card using online gateway payment facility or; 

b) Through e-Challan by depositing fee in CBSE’s Bank Account maintained by Syndicate Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank directly by downloading the e-Challan Form from the Website of www.cbseneet.nic.in [For candidates deciding to pay fee through e-Challan, last date for submission of online application is 01st March 2017]

Requirement of Aadhaar Number: 

For Indian citizens and ordinary residents of India, Aadhaar Number is a requirement to fill up the online application of NEET-2017 in all States except J&K, Assam and Meghalaya 

For NRIs, Passport Number is the mandatory requirement for filling up of the online application of NEET-2017 

For Foreign Nationals, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI’s), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO’s), Passport Number is the mandatory requirement for filling up of the online application of NEET-2017

At the time of filling application form of NEET-2017, the candidates will have to enter their AADHAAR number, name, date of birth & gender and hereby give their consent to CBSE to validate the information provided by them with the UIDAI’s database. In case, these particulars do not match, the candidate will not be able to fill the application form of NEET-2017 

Therefore, the candidates are advised to ensure that their AADHAAR card has correct details of their name, date of birth & gender as per school records. If there is some mismatch in these details, the candidates should immediately get it corrected in AADHAAR data or school records, as the case may be 

Regarding requirement of AADHAAR a separate PUBLIC NOTICE is being published and also hosted on website. Candidates may follow the instructions given therein

NEET PG Medical Entrance Exam Medical 2017

NEET PG 2017 for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma Courses 2017

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduation (NEET PG) is the single entrance examination to various MD, MS and PG Diploma courses, as per the directives of Supreme Court 

NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination to various MD, MS and PG Diploma Courses as per Section (10) of India Medical Council Act, 1956 

NEET-PG is a single window entrance examination for PG Courses. No other entrance examination, either at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD, MS, PG Diploma Courses as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 w.e.f. Admission Session 2017 

National Board of Examinations has been notified by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India to conduct NEET-PG on an All-India Basis for admission to various MD, MS and PG Diploma Courses at various Medical Colleges and Institutions of the country 

NBE shall be conducting NEET-PG as a Computer Based Test (CBT) from 05th - 13th December 2016 at test centres located in 41 cities across the country

The degrees granted by the Institute under the All India Institute of Medical Science Act are recognized Council Act and notwithstanding anything contained therein, are deemed to be including in the first scheduled of that Act, entitling the holders to the same privileges as those attached to be included in the first scheduled of that Act, entitling the holder to the same privileges as those attached to the equivalent awards from the recognized University of India.

Eligibility:

1.     DM/MCh

A Candidate must possess a degree in MD/MS or DNB from a University recognized by the MCI

The candidate who are likely to complete 3 years requisite tenure and degree by 30th January, 2015 may also apply. However, the candidates who complete their 3 years requisite tenure after 30th January, 2015 are not eligible to take up this examination.

2.     MHA

The candidate must possess MBBS or an equivalent degree with a minimum experience of three years in a hospital in the relevant field or five years in general practice. A certificate issued by the District Magistrate in support of the general practice claimed should be enclosed with the application. 

The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in all MBBS professional examinations for other category including OBC category and 50% for candidate belonging to SCs/STs.

3.     PhD

A degree of Master of Sciences or Master's degree in any subject allied to Bio Medical Sciences or Master's Degree in Nursing with at least 60% marks or Master of Surgery or Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree or Diplomat of the National Board of Examinations. 

2. MBBS degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the professional examinations

4.     MD/MS/MDS

A candidate must possess MBBS degree for MD/MS and BDS degree for MDS courses of a University recognized by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and must have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating internship/Practical training on or before 30th January, 2015. The candidate who complete their internship after 30th January, 2015 are not eligible to take up this examination. 

The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in all the MBBS/BDS professional examinations for other category including OBC category and 50% for candidate belonging to SCs/STs.

The prospectus is available on the website and must be read by the applicants before applying. The cost of online Application-cum-Examination fee is Rs.1000/- (Rs.800/- in case of SC/ST candidates).

SP Jain Aptitude Test 2014

S P Jain Aptitude Test for its Masters Programs (MGB and GMBA) for January 2014 Intake on Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 12.00 noon to 1.00 pm in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Indore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.

The test venue addresses will be available on the hall ticket.

The aptitude test conducted by SP Jain is intended to test a student's IQ, mathematical ability, logic and reasoning capacity, English reading and comprehension ability. There is also a section on general knowledge. These questions are intended to test knowledge of current events and normal business awareness. The paper would be divided into different sections based on these areas. The test is for duration of 1 hour. The test paper consists of around 40 to 45 questions the format of the test may change from time to time but the testing would be on the mentioned parameters. The aptitude test will be a paper based test. There is negative marking - different questions may have a different scale of negative marking, and this would be taken into account while calculating a student's score. We do not have sectional cut offs, we expect the overall score to meet our cut off.

Bachelor of Business Administration

Eligibility:

Admission Process:

Students must have completed high school / secondary school / junior college or some equivalent form of secondary education and placed in the top 25% of their class.

Students are short listed on the basis of their Year 10 or most recent Board exam (taken in the past 2 years) and SP Jain Entrance Test (SPJET) or SAT score.

Master of Global Business

Eligibility:

As this is a post-graduate program, Master’s degree, you must already be a university graduate to apply. Candidates who do not have their final year results may apply to the program but SP Jain can only make a conditional offer.

Candidates must have completed their secondary education in English.

The candidate must have 0-3 years of work experience. Candidates with over 3 years of work experience may apply to the Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) program.

Global Masters in Business Administration

Eligibility:

As this is a post - graduate program, Master’s degree, the candidate must already be a university graduate to apply. Preference is given to those with additional relevant post - graduate qualifications.

The candidate must have a minimum of three years of full time work experience.

Candidates must have completed their secondary education in English. If required, candidates may need to provide an authorized statement confirming this.

BDes / BFTech / Master Programme Admissions-2014

BDesign: Fashion Design, Leather Design, Accessory Design, Textile Design, Knitwear Design, Fashion Communication

BFTech: Apparel Production

Master Programmes: Master of Design, Master of Fashion Management, Master of Fashion Technology

There are two exam mode:

Computer Based Test: (CBT) (for B.F.Tech. M.F.M. M.F.Tech only)

Paper Based Test: (PBT) (for all courses)

Eligibility

BDesign: The 10+2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognised Central/ State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi;

BFTech: The 10+2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognised Central/ State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi with Physics, Chemistry and Maths;

MDesign: Undergraduate degree from any institute/university recognized by law in India; or

Diploma in UG Design from NIFT/NID only

Master of Fashion Management: Undergraduate degree from any institute/university recognised by law in India; or

Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT/NID

Master of Fashion Technology: BFTech from NIFT; or

BE / BTech from any institute/university recognised by law in India

How to Apply:

Payment Mode: Credit cards /debit cards payments of application fee (Rs 1100/- or Rs 550/-) plus applicable bank charges can be made through credit cards/debit cards as explained during the process of online application

Payments of application fee (Rs 1100/- or Rs 550/-) plus applicable bank charges can be made through e-transfer as explained during the process of online application

Transfer from any Union Bank of India account will be free of charge

Applicants having no credit/ debit cards can also avail the facility of online admission by depositing application fee in cash at any branch of the Union Bank of India across the country
