In response to the acute need for world class management professional, and to contribute to the process of National development , St.Joseph’s Institute of Management , through its Department of Management Studies , Conducts a full time programme in Business Administration viz., M.B.A – Master of Business Administration, approved by All India Council for Technical Education , New Delhi and affiliated to Bharathidasan University , Trichy. 
JIM was started primarily to form socially and ethically committed management professionals through a two year full time MBA programme, to lead complex organizations in a cross-continental environment. Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum of 50 per cent marks in the aggregate in the major and allied subjects are eligible to apply.

Students waiting for their final semester Results can also apply with the V/VII Semester Results.

Candidates can obtain the application form and must be sent along with a DD. for Rs. 750/-.

The prospectus and application form can be obtained by paying cash/demand draft for Rs. 750 (Rs.775-by post) drawn in favour of St. Joseph's Institute of Management, payable at Tiruchirappalli.

Selection Procedure for St.Joseph’s Institute of Management:

The candidate should have taken anyone or more of the common entrance test like XAT/CAT/CMAT/TANCET.

Short listing is done on the basis of UG marks.

Short listed candidates will receive call letters for JIM selection process. The selection process includes a written test, group discussion and personal interview.
