The Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing is a pioneer institute for nursing education in India and South East Asian region offering basic and higher education programmes. It is controlled financially by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and academically affiliated to University of Delhi as Department of Nursing under faculty of science. The primary objective of the College is to provide and promote education and research in the field of nursing. The College was established in 1946 and initially B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing programme was formulated to train young women as professional nurses for meeting the health needs of the country. In 1959, the University approved the initiation of two years Master of Nursing programme, M.Phil, in Nursing was star ted in 1986 as a foundation course for undertaking doctoral work and in the year 1992, Doctoral programme in nursing was started under Department of Nursing, University of Delhi.

Eligibility:

Candidate seeking admission to First Year B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing course must have passed the Examination as listed below:

Senior School Certificate Examination/ Indian School Certificate Examination (12 years Course)and / or examination recognized as equivalent with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of 4 subjects including English core/Elective, Physics, Chemistry and Biology provided the student has passed in each subject separately. Those who have appeared in S.S.C. or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English in 2019 are eligible for applying for admission to selection test. Minimum age requirement is 17 years by 1st October, 2019. Only women candidates are eligible. Admission will be made on the basis of merit based on selection test to be held on 16th June, (Sunday), 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the venue mentioned in the admission ticket. Names of the selected candidates will be put on the college notice board and website on the dates as declared in the prospectus.

No Correspondence/Telephonic information in this connection will be entertained. Counseling will be done for final admission.

Note: The Timing for supply/procurement of forms will be from 2:00 p.m. on all working days i.e. Monday to Friday except gazette holidays.

Application Procedure

Prescribed application forms with prospectus for the Session 2019-20 can be downloaded from College website from 5th March 2019 to 18th April, 2019 and should be submitted (by hand or by post) in the college till 18th April, 2019 by 5:00 pm. On payment of Rs.550/- by Demand Draft in favour of Principal, Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing payable at lajpat nagar, New Delhi, in case of non-payment of demand draft along with the downloaded application form, the application form will be summarily rejected and no request will be entertained in this regard. Students should apply on the application form issued by the college for the session 2019-2020. Application forms of previous years will not be entertained.

The Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June, 2019 can also apply, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 1st October, 2019; otherwise they may be asked to withdraw from the programme.

·         The basis for computing the percentage obtained by the candidate would be based on the practice followed by the university/ institution/board from where the candidate has obtained the degree/certificate. In case of the candidates being awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence would be based on the equivalence certified by the university/institution/board from where they have obtained bachelor’s degree/certificate. Selection Process Candidates who are able to furnish valid score of CAT would be short listed on the basis of the details in the application form and the CAT scores. Only the short listed candidates will then be called for Group Discussion followed by Personal Interviews at one of the centres, viz. Procedure for Applying to ISB&M

1. At Institute Counter

Candidate can obtain the ISB&M Prospectus along with the Application Form by paying Rs.1000 at the institute counter.

2. Online Registration

Candidates can open institute website and click on "Apply Online" to fill up the Application form. For payment.

One can use Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking. Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation of successful registration.

One can make a Demand Draft of Rs.1100 in favour of "International School of Business & Media" payable at Pune and send it to ISB&M Admissions Office, Pune.

A Student can apply in any of the following three ways:

Visit ISB&M admission office & apply: A student can purchase ISB&M Prospectus from any ISB&M Campus admission office by paying Rs. 1000/- in cash, complete the form and submit to the admission office, along with the photocopy of all the documents. (10th, 12th, graduation mark sheets and entrance test score card & 2 passport size pictures). Completed application form can be submitted in person or by courier / speed post.

Download PDF Form: A student can download the PDF Form using the button Download PDF Form, complete it manually and paste a passport size photo on the form. Attach all the documents (Demand Draft of Rs 1100/- in favor of "International School of Business & Media" payable at Pune towards the application form fees and al ong with the photocopy of all the documents. (10th, 12th, graduation mark sheets and entrance test score card) and send it to the admission office ofISB&M campus. Once the admission office receives the form, the admission office will send mail/courier the prospectus to the student.

Online Application: A student can opt for completing form online; by clicking the tab Apply Online. Once a student complete the application, he/she will get the auto generated 6-digit ISB&M ID (Roll number)

Pay Online:

By using the ISB&M ID, the student will have to pay the application form fee (Rs. 1100/-) by clicking the Pay Online tab using Debit/Credit card.

After successful completion of online payment, the student will get an Online Payment Receipt. A printout of the Online Payment Receipt should be taken for future use.

After successful completion on the online application form, student needs to take a print out of the application form by pressing the Print Online Form TAB, using the 6-digit ISB&M ID (Roll number)

After taking the print out, the student need to send the print out of application form to the admission office of ISB&M campus, along with the photocopy of all the documents. (10th, 12th, graduation mark sheets and entrance test score card & 2 passport size pictures) Once the admission office receives the form, the admission office will send the prospectus to the student. For your own records, keep a copy of completed form for your reference.

Forest Research Institute (FRI), Dehra Dun made a humble beginning as Forest School established in 1878. The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MOP&NG), Government of India set up The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) at Jais, Dist. Eligibility:

Candidates for admission to the Ph D. programme shall have a Master's degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master’s or MPhil degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational Institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.

A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (noncreamy layer)/Differently-abled and other categories of candidates as per UGC Guidelines from time to time, or for those who had obtained their Master's degree prior to 19th September, 1991. The eligibility marks of 55% (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and the relaxation of 5% to the categories mentioned above are permissible based only on the qualifying marks without including the grace mark.

Admission Process

The admission process will include three steps: screening of applications, IIHMR Research Aptitude Test (IRAT) and personal interview.

IIHMR Research Aptitude Test (IRAT)

The IIHMR University will conduct a qualifying test after screening of applications and short-listing candidates. IRAT will be a written test consisting of multiple choice questions from English language proficiency, reasoning, basic quantitative analysis and research aptitude. Admission to the Research Degree program shall be subject to the fulfilment of the minimum cut-off marks as prescribed from time to time by UGC. Final selection for admission shall be made on the basis of the merit of the composite score.

Exemption from IRAT: The following categories will be exempted from the written IRAT: UGC CSIR qualified JRF & NET, SLET, GATE and Teacher Research Fellowship holder and have passed M Phil programme in relevant subjects.

Personal Interview

Personal interview will be conducted on the day of IRAT or next day after IRAT at the IIHMR University, Jaipur. All categories of candidates will be required to appear in the Personal Interview. at the time of interview the candidates are required to discuss their research interest/area through a presentation.
