Ambedkar University, Delhi (AUD) was established by the Govt. of the National Capital Territory of Delhi through and Act of Legislature in 2004 and was notified in July 2008

Two-year (full time) MBA Program

SBPPSE endeavours to develop an environment of research and teaching of business, public policy and social entrepreneurship in an integrated fashion; based on a stakeholder theory rather than a shareholder approach, acknowledging the close linkages that exist between business, public policy and social enterprises, elements of Public Policy with focus on Social Entrepreneurship have been integrated into the programme structure and course curriculum of the MBA program

The two year (full time) MBA programme aims to impart professional education to future managers, to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the personnel already engaged in the corporate world and to develop motivation and skills in the participants to initiate new enterprises, especially in the social sector

The MBA programme will be of two year duration; instruction will be imparted in three trimesters each year with a total of six trimesters in two years; students have to take courses totaling 86 credits to be eligible for the award of the MBA degree

MA in Social Entrepreneurship (MASE)

Following the vision of the School and realizing the growing importance of social entrepreneurship, the school launched a two-year (full-time) MA in Social Entrepreneurship (MASE) in 2014

The first year of the programme is common with the first year of the MBA programme, while the second year of the MASE programme exclusively focuses on concepts, issues and practices of social entrepreneurship and will be linked to the activities of the Incubation Centre for Social Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

ELIGIBILITY:

3-year Bachelor's Degree securing at least 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Disabled (PD).

How to Apply:

ADMISSION PROCEDURE: Candidates should apply by filling up the on-line application form which has been uploaded on our website and making payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PD). Payment can be made either on-line or through Demand Draft made in favour of 'Ambedkar University Delhi'. Eligible applicants will be invited to take the written Admission Test. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of scores obtained in the Admission Test, will be invited for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

RESERVATION: As per norms of the NCT of Delhi.

Fee Structure: The fees for two year MBA programme payable to AUD is Rs. 225,500/- for Indian Students and Rs. 93500/- for Foreign Students

The fees for the year MASE programme payable at to AUD is Rs. 220,000/- for Indian Students and Rs. 388000/- for foreign students

The fees for the first year MBA and the first year MASE are payable at the time of taking admission to the programme in April-May 2015 and that for the second year will be payable at the beginning of the next academic session in June 2016.

Important Dates:

Online registration opens on 13th of October 2014 and will close on 31st of December 2014

Admission Test will be held on Sunday 15th February 2015
