Common Entrance Test for Admission to Super - Speciality Courses 2015-16

Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University will be conducting Entrance Test for Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute for the purpose to admit students in D.M. , M.Ch Courses for academic year 2015-16

Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, a Leader in Medical Education, among medical schools in the U.T. of Pondicherry in particular, has been affliated to Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University

The application is meant for registering the candidates for Common Entrance Test conducted by Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University for Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Pudvaicuddalore Main Road, Pillaiyarkuppam, Pondicherry-607403.

DM Cardiology: 01 Seat

M.Ch Urology: 01 Seats

M.Ch Cardio Vascular and Thoracic Surgery: 01 Seat

M.Ch Neuro Surgery: 01 Seats

Duration: D.M., M.Ch.: 3 Years

Eligibility:

Eligibility Criteria for SBVUMCET DM MCh 2015

For DM Course: For DM Course in Cardiology applicant must have obtained a post graduate degree in General Medicine from a recognized University as per the requirements of the Medical Council of India

For M.Ch Course: For DM Course applicant must have obtained a post graduate degree in General Surgery from a recognized University as per the requirements of the Medical Council of India

Exam Pattern for SBVUMCET DM MCh 2015

The SBVUMCET 2015 Written Test paper consists of 100 multiple choice questions carrying One Mark each. There is no negative marking

Paper I: Basic Surgical or Medical related subject: Maximum 50 Marks

Paper II: Super Speciality subject: Maximum 50% Marks

Candidates desirous of appearing for the Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University 2015 Medical Common Entrance Test conducted by Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University should be fill their Applications in the prescribed format and send directly by post

The cost of SBVUMCET 2015 DM, M.Ch Application Form: Rs. 2000/-. SBVUMCET DM, M.Ch 2015 Application Form can be downloaded from the SBVU Website 

Downloaded SBVUMCET DM,M.Ch 2015 Application Form should be accompanied with Demand Draft for Rs. 2000/- in favour of "Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University" payable at Pondicherry after processing, if found eligible the hall ticket will be sent to the candidate by post Secretary, Selection Committee

The completed application form should reach the office before 05.00 pm on 17th July 2015 University will not be responsible for postal or any other delay. Incomplete, Wrongly filled application will be summarily rejected

Hall Ticket for SBVUMCET DM MCh 2015

The Hall Ticket containing the Name, Registration Number and Photograph will be sent to the candidates by post; the hall ticket must be produced at the time of Entrance Test

Without the Hall Ticket no candidate will be permitted to write the test

Duplicate Hall Ticket for SBVUMCET DM MCh 2015

If the Hall Ticket is not received by 20th July 2015 the candidate should contact "Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research (MGMCR)", Puducherry with two passport size photographs and Proof of having applied of the test to get the duplicate hall ticket
