NICMAR NCAT 2019 - National institute of Construction Management and Research invites applications for NICMAR Entrance Test for Post Graduate Courses Admission 2019. NICMAR has been constituted as a non-profit organisation with the express objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries.

NICMAR Courses and Eligibility:
Two Year Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Mgt. (PGP ACM) Course Offered from Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi), Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) and Indore Campuses
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks
Two Year Post Graduate Program in Project Engineering & Mgt. (PGP PEM) Offered from Pune and Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campuses
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Two Year Post Graduate Program in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure Mgt. (PGP REUIM) Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks
Two Year Post Graduate Program in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM) Offered from Pune Campus

Eighteen Month Post Graduate Program in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB) Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business
One Year Post Graduate Program in Contemporary Smart City Development &Mgt. (PGP CSCDM) Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Work experience will be an added advantage.
One Year Post Graduate Program in Quantity Surveying and Contract Mgt. (PGP QSCM) Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Mgt. (PGP HSEM) Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria
Note: Final year eligible graduating students can also apply.
Selection Procedure
Selection of students is made by the selection committee. Admissions are administered centrally from Pune campus.
Applications are scrutinised, and eligibility is established on the basis of documents submitted Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises of NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) (or, other entrance exams as specified below), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA). The details are as follows:
· NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) - 150 marks
1. Quantitative and Analytical Ability - 60 marks
2. Data Interpretation - 30 marks
3. Verbal and General Ability - 60 marks
OR, Candidate may also submit valid CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT scores secured
· Personal Interview (PI) - 50 marks
· Rating of Application (RA) - 50 marks
The RA is calculated on the basis of weighted scores of the cumulative academic performance along with work experience (wherever applicable) obtained from the documents submitted to NICMAR by the candidates. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit. The merit list is drawn on the basis of performance in NCAT/CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT, PI and RA. Admission offer letters are issued in the order of merit. Candidate's preference of Program/Campus will be considered, but the allotment will be done at the sole discretion of the admission dept., NICMAR
Admission under Management Quota
The Institute has the policy of admitting a limited number of students under sponsored category, not exceeding 5% of the total students admitted.
Candidates to be considered for admission under sponsored category must fulfil the following requirements:
· Satisfy all the eligibility criteria for admission to the respective two-year full time post graduate programs of the Institute as mentioned in the NICMAR website
· Must have appeared for the admission process of the Institute including NICMAR Common Admission Test (or, other entrance exams as specified in admission procedure) and Personal Interview
· On selection, should be willing to pay tuition fee, which will be 50% higher than the regular tuition fee for the respective program
· All students who successfully complete the programme under this quota will also be eligible for on campus placement assistance both for summer internship as well as final Job placement.

Interested in admission to the various programs may apply online, pay fees and upload documents through the website www.nicmar.ac.in or direct link http://admission.nicmar.ac.in or download the application form from website send duly filled application form to the "Dean-Admissions, Research and Publications, NICMAR, 25/1, Balewadi, N.I.A. Post Office, Pune-411045, along with the application fee and required documents as mentioned in the application form within fee specified date. All specified documents must be submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application Fee:
The Application Fee for one Program was Rs.1900/- plus Transaction charges and for more than one programme was Rs.2500/- plus transaction charges
The application fee is non-refundable

Last Date of Issue and Submission of Applications: 20th December 2018
Date of Admission Process (NCAT & PI): 21st January to 25th January 2019
Date of Declaration of Admission Results: 01st February 2019
Last Date for Payment of Tuition fees (First installment): 14th March 2019
Date of Commencement of Programs: All Programs will commence from 24th June 2019 while MFOCB & CSCDM Programs will commence from 15th July 2019
