MHT-CET 2017 FOR ADMISSION TO B.E/B.TECH AND B.PHARM./ PHARM. D. COURSES FOR THE YEAR 2017-18

As per the provision in section 2(e) and section 10(4) of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015), the Competent Authority is conducting CET (MHT-CET 2017) for admissions to Engineering and Pharmacy Under Graduate Courses for Academic Year 2017-18. The Online applications are invited for CET for admission to First Year of full time Under Graduate Degree courses in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) and Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm D.) in the Government, Govt. Aided, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State, as per following schedule.

Eligibility Criteria

Here we have mentioned the eligibility criteria for engineering courses:

Applicant should be an Indian citizen.

No age limit criteria for engineering courses.

Students must have passed HSC or equivalent examination from any recognized board.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.

How to Apply

Application Fee

Candidates can pay the application fee through online system only by Credit Card/Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets. The fee is non-refundable. The application fee is given below:

Candidates of Backward Class Categories [SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC] and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only.                                                                    Rs. 600

How to Fill the MH CET 2017 Application Form

Candidates will be required following details/documents at the time of filling the MH CET application form 2017:

Documents/Details Required:

Valid Email ID and Mobile Number.

Candidate’s personal, academic and communication details.

Scanned image of recent colored photograph in jpeg format. The image size should be between 15 KB to 50 KB.

Scanned image of signature in jpeg format with maximum size between 5KB to 20 KB. The signature should be made in small letters on a white paper with black ink.

Online application starts – 14th February 2017

Last date to fill the application form – 23rd March 2017

Online Application with late fee of Rs. 500 starts – 24th March 2017

Last date of form filling with late fee – 30th March 2017

Exam date – 11th May 2017
