About College:
The Maharaja Institute of Engineering and Technology is an institute being run under the aegis of “Maharaja Educational Society” which is in the field of education since 1999-2000. MIET was established by its founder director with a dream of change in education system. The society is registered with the registrar of societies, Government of Rajasthan vide registration number 589/JP99-2000 & Government of India Registration Number 20845/Delhi/2003. With an aim of providing quality education society established its first institution, Maharaja Institute of Engineering and Technology in the year 1999. The institute is associated with Vinayaka Mission University, Institute of Advance Studies in Education, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Deemed University, EIILM University, CMJ University, Karnatka State Open University & with many other state government universities. All universities are approved by UGC, HRD, AIU, DEC (IGNOU) New Delhi.
MIET offers Ph.D, M.Phil, degree & diploma engineering & many other PG, UG, PGD. Diploma, Certificate programmes in various disciplines. MIET is an institution committed to deliver quality education. Admission is purely based on University norms. The application form for admission should duly completed in all respects i.e. required document, photographs & attestation along with fee in DD/Cash Mode prescribed for the desired course. (Demand draft in favor of MAHARAJA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY payable at Jaipur.)
§ Fee deposited once will not be refundable or transferable in any case.
§ Institute has the right to add/delete/change the syllaby, Course structure. fee structure, rules & regulations as & when required, as per change in the environment.
§ Institute will forward the form to the University only after depositing the full amount of the fee prescribed for the course & filling the application form duly completed in all respects.
§ 75% attendance is must in every regular course otherwise candidate will not be permitted to appear in University examination.
§ 25-30% internal assessment will be based on the candidates attendance, his performance in the class test & his behavior in the institute.
§ In any circumstances if candidate fails to appear in the examination, Institute will not be responsible for it & candidate has no right to legally object on it.
§ Institute is not bound to intimate the dates prescribed for the examinations by the university.
§ Remaining amount of the fee should be deposited within one month form the date of registration: otherwise the registration of the candidate will be cancelled.
§ Any dispute arising in matter including admission, lessons, examinations, fees and any other disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Jaipur only.
