About College:

The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), has been constituted as a non profit organization with the express objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of training, research, professionalism and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries. Besides that, NICMAR’s objectives include undertaking special projects, collaboration with other organizations, dissemination of knowledge through seminars / conferences, etc; publishing literature, undertaking consultancy and taking necessary actions conducive to fulfillment of the objectives of the Society. Under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, NICMAR was registered as a Public Trust in 1982. The NICMAR Society was constituted in 1984 and registered under the Societies’ Registration Act, 1860.
The Board of Trustees, the Board of Governors and the Director General, referred in the Memorandum of Association as the ‘Chief Executive’ of the Society, are responsible for all the decisions and actions related to NICMAR. At the Institute level, there is an Academic Council chaired by Director General which is responsible for all academic decisions. There is also Research Advisory Board and an Academic Advisory Council to provide advisory support in areas referred to these bodies. There is a well developed internal organizational structure with well defined roles and responsibilities for regular administration and management of the Institute.

Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGPREUIM) [Offered from Pune Campus] Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Course Name:

Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGPIFDM) [Offered from Pune Campus] Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Course Name:

Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGPMFOCB) [Offered from Pune Campus] Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility:

Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business.

Course Name:

Post Graduate Programme in Contemporary Smart City Development and Management (PGPCSCDM) [Offered from Pune Campus] Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility:

Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Work experience will be an added advantage.

Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management(PGPQSCM) [Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus] Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Course Name:

Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGPHSEM) [Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus] Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

Candidates can apply, pay fees and upload documents online through the NICMAR website or click on direct link: http://admission.nicmar.ac.in or download the application form from the website and send duly filled application form along with the application fee and required documents. Programme brochures and application form for all the programmes can be obtained from NICMAR Pune on payment of Rs. 2000/- for one programme or Rs. 2500/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune"

Expected admission test Centers: Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh), Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.
