About College:

It is well known that the Cooperative Movement envisaged to provide answers to the problems of rural credit in India, owes its origin to the sponsorship of Government. Beginning with Sir Fredrick Nicholson's Report in 1885 on the issue of training to the Cooperative leadership entrusted with the duty of building up the Cooperative Movement, has always been emphasized. But, it was not until 1945 that the Saraiya Committee on Cooperative Planning recommended the establishment of a CooperativeTraining College at the State level and Central level. The Cooperative Training College was established in 1947 when late Shri Vaikunth Mehta was the Minister for Finance, Cooperation and Village Industries with a view to bringing concepts of management training to the service of the Cooperatives.

Course Name:

Post Graduate Diploma in Management Executive (PGDM Executive)

Eligibility:

·         For applying PGDM Executive, candidate should have a minimum of five years relevant managerial /supervisory experience and having valid test scores of one of the National Level Common Entrance Tests - CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT of AICTE. These guidelines may get modified / subject to be modified depending upon AICTE or Government guidelines from time to time.

·         Reservation of seats for OBC (Non Creamy) / SC / ST/Differently Abled persons as per Govt. of India rules.

·         The Personal Interviews will be conducted at Pune and selected Centres during July 2019, subject to sufficient number of candidates opting for it.

Admission Process for PGDM Executive 2019-20 batch is in progress.

The selection to PGDM- Executive programme is based on Entrance Examination which is comprising of

(1) Latest valid test score of CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT of AICTE at the time of application &

(2) Personal Interview (PI).

HOW TO APPLY:

The prescribed application form may be downloaded from the VAMNICOM website and applied with valid score of CAT/ MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT of AICTE from 11th January, 2019 to 30th June 2019 by post along with demand draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of "The Director, VAMNICOM, Pune”.
