PES University (PES), Bangalore has announced the exam dates for PES Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT 2017), which will be conducted from January-July and May 2017. The PESSAT for B.Tech program will be held in the month of May, 2017 and for all other programs, PESSAT will be conducted from Saturday, January 07, 2017 till July, 2017. PESSAT is conducted for taking admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs such as Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Design (B.Des), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), BBA in Hotel and Event Management, Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs for the academic session 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for PESSAT 2017:

In order to appear for PESSAT for B.Tech program, the candidate should have atleast 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th std or equivalent.

By Challan: Candidate has to print both application form and challan, carry both to bank for payment. Submit hard copy of application along with copy of stamped challan.

Paper Pattern for PESSAT 2017:

There is no negative marking in PESSAT.

For B.Tech Program:

Section 1: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry – 11th class and 12th class CBSE questions

Section 2: 20 questions from English grammar

Indian Institute of Management (IIM-K), Kozhikode has announced the exam dates for Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT), which will be conducted in August 2015. The EMAT will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015.

EMAT is conducted for taking admission to 2 years executive Post Graduate Program (EPGP) in Management for the academic session 2015-17.

Eligibility:

Candidates should have bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline with aggregate 50% mark or equivalent CGPA. Those with CA/ICWAI/CS are also eligible to apply.

Candidates should have 3 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after graduation.

Paper Pattern for EMAT 2015:

The contents of the test will be questions on testing logical reasoning in addition to questions for testing numerical, data interpretation and verbal skills of the candidates.

The test will be of one hour fifteen minutes duration consisting 30 questions.

The three separate sections are those which test (i) Numerical ability & Data Interpretation (ii) Verbal ability and (iii) Logical reasoning.

Each section will consist of ten questions.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU), Pune has announced the exam dates for B-MAT-II, which will be conducted in June 2015. The B-MAT will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2015.

B-MAT-II is conducted for admission to 2 years full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource, Financial Market and dual specialization MBA programs for the session 2015-16.

Eligibility Criteria for B-MAT-II 2015:

·         Candidates should be a graduate with bachelor or master’s degree from any discipline who has passed with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate (45 % in case of SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university.

·         The candidates in the final year degree (bachelors or masters) are also eligible to apply.

·         The candidate should be an Indian national.

Paper Pattern for B-MAT-II 2015:

The B-MAT 2015 test will consist of in all 200 marks. It consists of 200 multiple choice questions one mark each with four alternatives with only one correct or most appropriate answer. There is no negative marking. The break-up off marks will be as follows:
