B.Tech: 10+2 with Physics, Maths & One Subject out of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science with minimum 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board/ University
B.Tech Lateral Entry: 3 Years Diploma in any Branch of Engg with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board/ University
M.Tech: B.Tech/BE or equivalent examination in Electronics Engg./ Electronics & Comm. Engg./ Electronics & Instrumentation Engg or M.Sc in Electronics with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering): 10+2 are equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) / Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology (PCMB)/Agriculture with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate from a recognized Borad/University

M.PTh: B.P.T./B.P.Th with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
B.Ed: A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
