Asso CET 2015 is a national level examination conducted by the Association of Management of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges, Maharashtra (AMUPMDC), and is the pre requisite exam for admissions to undergraduate health sciences courses i.e. MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing/BAMS/BPTh/BOTh in various private colleges across the state of Maharashtra.

Eligibility:

-        A candidate who has passed final MBBS / BDS Examination from a recognized Medical/ Dental College included in the schedule of the Indian Medical Act 1956/ Dentist Act, 1993 and who has obtained full registration either from the Medical Council of India/ Dental Council of India or Maharashtra Medical/ Dental Council or State Medical/ Dental Council after completing one-year compulsory rotating internship will be eligible to appear for APGM/APGD-CET 2015.

-        The full/ permanent MCI/MMC/DCI/MDC registration is a condition precedent for appearing at APGM/APGD CET and its proof including submission of application for registration should be enclosed.

-        A candidate who has completed one year compulsory Internship or is likely to complete the same on or before 31st March 2015 can appear for APGM/APGD-CET 2015.

-        Candidates likely to complete their internship on or before 31/03/2015 should submit documentary proof from their Principals/Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of Internship. Candidate will be fully responsible for submitting correct information in the Application Form.

-        Candidates who are previously registered and pursuing / completed the course are not eligible for appearing at APGM/APGD-CET 2015. Candidates who have completed PG Diploma is eligible to appear for the APGM CET-2015 for admission to PG Degree in the same subject only.

-        Candidate should preserve the printout of Application Form for his/her personal records and for subsequent use.

CANDIDATES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APPEARING

-         Candidates who are not completing internship on or before 31/03/2015.

-         Candidates who are registered for PG Degree/Diploma and have not completed the terms.

-         Candidates who are previously registered and pursuing / completed the PG degree course or have obtained PG degree.

-         Candidates who have NOT obtained permanent MMC/MCI/MDC/DCI registration at the time of submission of application form along with those who will be completing internship by 31/03/2015, such candidates will have to submit it by 02/05/2015 latest.         

How to Apply:

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: The information Brochure and online application Form will be available from 05/01/2015 to 24/01/2015. Before filling Online Application form download information brochure of APGM CET 2015 and APGD CET 2015 and read the same carefully. The online form should be submitted as mentioned below.  Online application for APGM CET-2015 and APGD CET 2015 Link will be available on website.

-        Go through the Instructions for filling online form. After reading Instructions, applicant has to click NEXT button to display Online Application form.

-        Application form will be displayed.

-        Candidate should fill all the application form along with Scanned photograph and signature.

-        System will validate required fields before allowing him for submission.

-        Eligible Candidate only will be able to submit the form. There is provision to make changes in the Application Form. However, before Clicking on the “SUBMIT” Button, Candidate should verify the Correctness of entries made in application form. There is no provision to make changes in the application form once “SUBMIT” button is clicked.

-        During submission system will ask the Candidate for Password.

-        Bank Challan will be Displayed in duplicate.

-        Candidate should take printout of Bank Challan, With this Challan pay the fee towards the Processing & Exam total of Rs 3,000.00 by cash in account of AMUPMDC in any Branch of State Bank of India on next Working Day onwards, from the day of Printing of Challan and obtain your copy of Challan showing Journal ID/Transaction ID. -        Unique Application No./Username will be available on challan for the fee Rs. 3,000/- for Processing Fee & Examination Fee and same details will be mailed to the Candidate on his given E-mail ID.

-        ‘LOG IN’ Link will be available on website

-        Candidate should login with Application No. /User Name and Password to Verify the Application Form.

-        Applicants need not send copy of Application Form or any Document to this office. However he can take printout of Application Form for his/her personal records.

-        The Applicants must possess the required criteria and education qualification as mentioned in the Information Brochure of APGM CET 2015 and APGD CET 2015.

-        Please note that if you commit any mistake in filling the online Application Form, it cannot be corrected by this office. The office will take no responsibility of any kind for such Forms.

-        From scheduled date, Candidate can take printout of Admit card.

-        Candidate has to go to Centre with original Admit Card and Photo ID proof.

-        No documents to be attached with the application form.

Common Entrance Tests for Admissions

There will be a CET common to all UG programmes, one CET for two MBA programmes; another CET common to the 2 M.Tech programmes; and yet another CET for the LLM (Maritime Laws)

The Indian Maritime University was set up to promote maritime studies, training, research and extension with focus on emerging areas like oceanography, maritime history, maritime laws, maritime security, search and rescue, transportation of dangerous cargo, environmental studies and other related fields, and to achieve excellence in these areas.

Eligibility:

For Graduate: Candidates must be passed in 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with good academic record from any affiliated board.

For Post Graduate: The candidates must be graduated in any field with good academic record form reputed University.

Selection Process: Students will be selected through their performance in Common Entrance Test 2015

How to Apply:

Application Fee: Appliers have to pay application fee of Rs. Rs. 1000/- for unreserved category candidates and Rs. Rs. 700/- for SC/ST category candidates in the form of Challan in any branches of State bank of India or Indian bank.

Paper Pattern:

For UG programmes question paper will comprise of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, English, General Knowledge and Aptitude questions at Plus 2 level (CBSE, ISE and State Boards).

For the MBAs questions will be asked from English, General Knowledge, Aptitude, Financial Accounting, Economics, Maritime Affairs, Mathematics at UG level

For the M.Tech questions will be asked from English, General Knowledge, Aptitude, Mathematics and Engineering.

For LLM (Maritime Laws) questions will be asked from English, General Knowledge, Aptitude and General Laws.

The exam will be Computer-based or online and questions will be of multiple choice type.

Candidates who are shortlisted based on CET scores will be called for Counselling at designated IMU Campuses and will involve verification of original mark sheets and certificates, physical fitness clearance, and allotment of seats in the IMU Campuses or Affiliated Institutes.

EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Examination) 2015 is a state level examination for those seeking the admission into UG courses conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad on the behalf of the state council of technical education. The rank will be provided on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in EAMCET 2015 examination for admissions. The minimum qualifying marks will be 25% of the total marks for General and OBCs and there is no criterion for minimum qualifying score for SC and ST candidates. Eligibility:

The JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University) will conduct the EAMCET 2015 examination on the behalf of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State Council of Technical Education. The Council has decided the minimum eligibility to appear in EAMCET 2015. Before filling the form, the candidates must have to check their eligibility whether it is meeting with the norms. The minimum eligibility criterion is as the following:

Ø       The candidates must have completed their 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2015.

Ø       The candidates must belong to the Andhra Pradesh state.

Ø       The candidates must be of Indian Nationality, Overseas Citizen of India – OCI (card holder) or person of India Origin (POI).

Ø       The candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology with minimum 45% marks for General or 40% marks for the reserved categories to meet the eligibility of EAMCET 2015.

Ø       The candidates those appearing in the 10+2 or its equivalent examinations, will also eligible to appear in EAMCET 2015. They should have to show their passing certificate at the time of admission.

How to Apply:

Application Form

The EAMCET 2015 application form has been available online on the official website from 28th February 2015. The aspirants may fill the form only via online mode. No other mode of application will be acceptable except online. First, the aspirants shall have to register for application form then they will be eligible to fill the form via online mode. The aspirants must have to feed the required details in the application form. After the completion of application form filling process, one need to go for submission of the application form fee also via online through debit card/ credit card/ Mee Seva online centre/ AP online centre. The application fee is Rs. 250/- for engineering applications and Rs. 250/- for agriculture and medical applications. The aspirants wish to appear in all examinations, must have to pay application fees as Rs. 500/- for engineering, agriculture and medical examinations. The candidates may pay the application fees by sending a DD along with the filled application form to the address given as mentioned below. Examination Pattern

The AP EAMCET 2015 examination will be held on the 10th May 2015 and the TS EAMCET 2015 examination will be held on the 14th May 2015 in two shifts as 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. the exam will be comprised in two papers, as one for engineering aspirants and other for agriculture and medical aspirants. Both papers will be asked separately in 160 objective type questions of 3 hours duration. There is no clause for negative marking. Each correct answer will be rewarded with one mark. The examinations will be asked in two languages as English and Telugu. Only at the Hyderabad centre, there will be liberty to choose the Urdu language in EAMCET 2015. In Each question paper there will be 40 questions based on Physics, 40 questions based on Chemistry and 80 questions based on Mathematics subject. All candidates are advised to carry the EAMCET 2015 admit card along with them.

EAMCET 2015 Syllabus

EAMCET syllabus will include in three major subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates should have a thorough knowledge in order to crack the EAMCET 2015.

Physics syllabus

The topics from Physics, which can be asked in EAMCET 2015 examinations, will be as physics world, units and measurements, elements of vectors, dynamics and kinematics, centre of mass, frictions and collisions, elasticity, gravitation and fluid mechanics.

Chemistry syllabus

The chemistry will cover the topics as atomic structure, classification of elements, chemical bonding, molecular structure, states of matters, periodicity in properties, solutions and electrochemistry.

Mathematics syllabus

The main topics which will include in mathematics syllabus will be as numbers, trigonometry, algebra, probability, vector algebra, calculus, and co-ordinate geometry.

The Banaras Hindu University shall conduct Postgraduate Entrance Tests, hereinafter called „PET, during May and 1st week of June, 2015 for admission to various Postgraduate Courses as gicven hereunder for the Session 2015-2016. Admissions will be made according to merit in the PET, subject to fulfilling of eligibility requirements mentioned below and availability of seats in the particular Course for which the candidate has applied for and appeared in the Entrance Test. B.A. (Hons.)/B.A. with Sanskrit/Prakrit as a subject (in all the three years) under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at B.A. level except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) marksheet.

(e) ACHARYA in Dharmagama: Duration: 4 Semesters (2 Years) Shastri (Hons.)/Shastri under at least 10+2+3 pattern, with subject Dharmagam/Yogatantra/Agamatantra/ Agam/Shaivagam (studied in all the three years) securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at Shastri level except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) marksheet,

In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST or any other categories notified by the Govt. the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together in qualifying examination & competitive entrance examination be 40% instead of 50% as stated above

Provided that a candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination the result of which has not been declared, he may be provisionally permitted to take up the competitive entrance examination and in case of selection for admission to the BDS course, he shall not be admitted to that course until he fulfils the eligibility criteria as per above regulations.

Pattern of UPCAT-Dental

All candidates should appear for the Uttar Pradesh Common Admission Test (UPCAT-DENTAL)

The entrance examination will comprise of an objective type examination of 180 minutes duration containing 200 questions of 200 marks. There will be 50 questions each for Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany

The syllabus for entrance examination will be as per the 10+2 examination (ICSE/CBSE/U.P. Board or equivalent)

The question paper will be given in English only

The candidate is required to answer 200 MCQs in 3 hours. Each question shall carry equal marks

All questions will be objective type with Multiple (1, 2, 3, 4) choice of which, only one will be the appropriate response and therefore the correct choice

Each correct answer will be awarded one mark. Zero marks shall be given to no response

There will be no negative marking for incorrect answer or more than one choice indicated against a question

Eligibility:

1.     DM/MCh

A Candidate must possess a degree in MD/MS or DNB from a University recognized by the MCI

The candidate who are likely to complete 3 years requisite tenure and degree by 30th January, 2015 may also apply. However, the candidates who complete their 3 years requisite tenure after 30th January, 2015 are not eligible to take up this examination.

2.     MHA

The candidate must possess MBBS or an equivalent degree with a minimum experience of three years in a hospital in the relevant field or five years in general practice. A certificate issued by the District Magistrate in support of the general practice claimed should be enclosed with the application. 

The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in all MBBS professional examinations for other category including OBC category and 50% for candidate belonging to SCs/STs.

3.     PhD

A degree of Master of Sciences or Master's degree in any subject allied to Bio Medical Sciences or Master's Degree in Nursing with at least 60% marks or Master of Surgery or Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree or Diplomat of the National Board of Examinations.

4.     MD/MS/MDS

A candidate must possess MBBS degree for MD/MS and BDS degree for MDS courses of a University recognized by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and must have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating internship/Practical training on or before 30th January, 2015. The candidate who complete their internship after 30th January, 2015 are not eligible to take up this examination. 

The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in all the MBBS/BDS professional examinations for other category including OBC category and 50% for candidate belonging to SCs/STs.

Karnataka CET (Common Entrance Test) is a state level common entrance examination for the admission to the various UG courses offered by the institutions located within the limits of Karnataka state. ·         Medical/Dental/Other – Must have 50% marks (40% for reserved categories) in PCB with English.

A candidate may apply either for ‘JRF’ OR for ‘Lectureship (LS) only’ He/she may indicate his/her preference in the Online Application, as the case may be. CSIR may consider candidates for ‘JRF’, or ‘Lectureship only” depending on number of fellowships available & performance in the test subject to the condition that they fulfill the laid down eligibility criterion. If a candidate is found to be over-age for JRF (NET) he/she will automatically be considered for Lectureship (NET) only, except for Engineering Sciences. Engineering Sciences candidates will only be eligible for CSIR JRF ship and are advised to opt for JRF only in the application form. Candidates who qualify M.Sc. OR under M.Sc. RA category shall be eligible for LS in the subjects except Engineering Sciences, subject to the eligibility criteria as laid down by the UGC.

Two separate merit lists, one comprising the candidates qualifying for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF - NET) and the second, of those candidates qualifying the Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET), will be made on the basis of their performance in the above Test. Candidates qualifying for JRF (NET), except Engineering Sciences will also be eligible for Lectureship (NET) subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by UGC. The candidates qualifying for Lectureship will be eligible for recruitment as Lecturers as well as for JRF-ship in a Scheme/Project, if otherwise suitable. However, they will not be eligible for Regular JRF-NET Fellowship. If a candidate is found to be overage for JRF (NET) he/she will automatically be considered for Lectureship-(NET) only. Candidates qualifying for the award of JRF (NET) will receive fellowship either from CSIR or UGC as per their assignment or from the Schemes with which they may find association. The candidates declared eligible for Junior Research Fellowship under UGC scheme and Lectureship will be governed by UGC rules/regulations in this regard.

The final result of this Single MCQ test may be declared sometime in the month of September/October, 2015 and fellowship to successful candidates will be effective from 1st Jan, 2016 with the validity period of 2 years for joining the fellowship under CSIR Scheme.

Eligibility:

1.     EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

BS-4 years program/BE/BTech/BPharma/MBBS/Integrated BS-MS/MSc or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks for general and OBC (50% for SC/ST candidates, physically and Visually Handicapped candidates).

 

Candidates enrolled for M.Sc or having completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination are also eligible to apply in the above subject under the Result Awaited (RA) category on the condition that they complete the qualifying degree with requisite percentage of marks within the validity period of two years to avail the fellowship from the effective date of award.

Such candidates will have to submit the attestation format (Given at the reverse of the application form) duly certified by the Head of the Department/Institute from where the candidate is appearing or has appeared.

BSc (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD program with at least 55% marks for general and OBC candidates; 50% marks for SC/ST candidates, physically and visually handicapped candidates are also eligible to apply. Candidates with bachelor’s degree, whether Science, engineering or any other discipline, will be eligible for fellowship only after getting registered/enrolled for PhD/Integrated PhD program within the validity period of two years.

The eligibility for lectureship of NET qualified candidates will be subject to fulfilling the criteria laid down by UGC. PhD degree holders who have passed Master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for Lectureship only.

The candidates with the above qualification are advised to fill up their degree with percentage of marks in column No. 18 to 21, as applicable.

2.     AGE LIMIT& RELAXATION

For JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years as on 01-01-2015 (upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC, Physically handicapped/Visually handicapped and female applicants).

For LS (NET): No upper age limit.

The subject wise schedule of examination will be notified later on. The subject wise Schedule, date and timing of the Test is liable to be changed at the discretion of CSIR. To enable the candidates to go through the instructions printed on the OMR Answer Sheets and also to correctly fill up the required particulars in the said OMR Answer Sheet, the same will be distributed 15 minute before the schedule time of start of the examination. The question paper booklet shall be distributed 5 minutes before the scheduled time of the exam & candidates are permitted to take duplicate copy of their OMR Answer Sheet while leaving the exam venue. The actual number of questions in each part and section to be asked & attempted may vary from exam to exam.

Candidates should use only black ball point pen and not pencil to fill in their particulars in the OMR Answer Sheet/Question Paper Booklet and also to darken the appropriate circle to mark their answers in their OMR answer sheet. Candidates are not permitted to erase, scratch out or use whitener fluid/eraser fluid to change their answers in the OMR sheet otherwise that particular answer will not be evaluated.

The Question Booklet for this test will be printed in Hindi & English Version except in Engineering Sciences, where the question booklet will be printed in English version only. The candidate opting for Hindi medium in the Application Form, will be given bilingual Question Booklet and Candidate opting for English medium including candidates in Engineering Sciences, will be given Question Booklet printed in English Version only. The candidate will be required to answer as per option exercised in the application Form.

 

4.     SYLLABUS OF THE TEST

The question paper shall be divided into three parts, (A, B & C) as per syllabus & Scheme of Exam.

# Part 'A' shall be common to all subjects including Engineering Sciences. This part shall contain questions pertaining to General Aptitude with emphasis on logical reasoning, graphical analysis, analytical and numerical ability, quantitative comparison, series formation, puzzles etc.

# In Engineering Sciences, Part ‘B’ shall contain questions pertaining to Mathematics & Engineering Aptitude & Part ‘C’ shall contain subject related multiple choice questions (MCQs), generally covering the topics in the syllabus.

And for other disciplines:

# Part 'B' shall contain subject-related conventional Multiple Choice questions (MCQs), generally covering the topics given in the syllabus.

# Part 'C' shall contain higher value questions that may test the candidate's knowledge of scientific concepts

and/or application of the scientific concepts. The questions shall be of analytical nature where a candidate is expected to apply the scientific knowledge to arrive at the solution to the given scientific problem.

# Negative marking for wrong answers, wherever required, shall be applicable as per subject wise scheme of Exam.

5.     EXAMINATION CENTRES

The test will be held at 26 Centres spread all over India, as specified below:

Bangalore, Bhavnagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guntur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Karaikudi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Pilani, Pune, Raipur, Roorkee, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur and Varanasi.

A candidate may opt for any of the above centres. No request for change of centre would ordinarily be granted. However, a request in writing for change of Centre may be entertained on merits, if received in this unit latest by 20.04.2015.If sufficient number of candidates do not opt for any of the above Centres, that particular Centre may stand deleted from the above list OR otherwise also, the concerned candidates may be allotted another Centre nearest to their place of residence, at the discretion of CSIR. No TA/DA will be admissible to any candidate for attending the test, in any circumstances.

7.     APPLY THROUGH ONLINE APPLICATION:

Interested & eligible candidates may apply Online through a link available at CSIR, HRDG website. In order to apply Online the candidates are required to download Bank challan Performa from the above website and then deposit the requisite examination fee in any of the Indian Bank branches throughout the country. Candidates after successfully submitting application online are required to take print out of the Application Form, paste his/her recent black & white photograph, put his/her signature at the required space, attach requisite certificates and send along with CSIR marked copy of fee deposited Bank Challan in an envelope super scribed with Subject Code, Centre Code & Medium Code to Sr. Controller of Examination, Human Resource Development Group, Examination Unit, CSIR Complex, Library Avenue, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 so as to reach on or before 17.03.2015 (23.03.2015 for remote areas). Before applying Online, candidates are advised to go through detailed notification available at CSIR, HRDG website.

Online applications without hard copy or bank challan receipt or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected. Candidates should note that successful submission of online application does not mean that they have been registered for this test. To ensure their candidature, candidates should check their registration status on our website tentatively between 15th May, 2015 - 20th May, 2015 and afterwards their request shall not be considered.

Examination fee paid through Bank Challan for a particular examination will neither be adjusted for any subsequent examination nor refunded under any circumstances. Candidates should also check all the columns of Bank Challan, online application, which are to be filled in properly to avoid cancellation of application, Please note that Fee submitted by any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. will be summarily rejected.

IN ORDER TO AVOID LAST MINUTES RUSH, THE CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO APPLY EARLY ENOUGH. CSIR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NETWORK PROBLEM OR ANY OTHER SUCH TYPE OF PROBLEM.

8.     CANDIDATE SEEKING FEE CONCESSION

The candidate should attach an attested copy of his/her category certificate as a proof of his/her claim. An application form (through online), claiming any concession in fee, age & education qualification but without an attested copy of a valid SC/ST/OBC/PH/VH certificate from a competent authority and in prescribed format, will be summarily rejected.

Candidate must note that CSIR follows only Central Govt. lists and not state Govt. lists. Similarly, candidate applying under physically handicapped (PH)/ visually handicapped (VH) category may note that Govt. of India rules will be applicable in this regard, otherwise they shall not be eligible for any concession.

9.     THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:

The copy of online application form, duly completed with requisite enclosure should be sent by Ordinary post to the Sr. Controller of Examination, Examination Unit, Human Resource Development Group, CSIR Complex, Opposite Institute of Hotel Management, Library Avenue, Pusa, New Delhi 110012 so as to reach Examination Unit CSIR on or before 17.03.2015.

For candidates applying from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of J&K State, Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshdweep, the application form must reach the Sr. Controller of Examination CSIR on or before 23.03.2015.

The candidates are advised in their own interest to apply early enough to ensure timely receipt of their applications by the Examination Unit on or before the closing date. CSIR shall not be responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit of the application.
