About College:

G.H.G. Khalsa College of Pharmacy, Gurusur Sadhar (Ludhiana) was established in 1984 under the aegis of governing Council, G.H.G. Khalsa College. Gurusur Sadhar (Ludhiana), a registered body already running two premier reputed Higher Education Institutions (HIE) in rural Punjab. The college is housed in a magnificent three storeyed building with 42,000 sq. ft. roofed area designed by Sh. H.S. Chopra, Formerly Additional Chief Architect Punjab. The foundation of this building was laid by H' E. Sh V.V Giri, President of India in 1971. This building was primarily meant to accommodate Post Graduate Regional Rural Center.

Eligibility:

All those candidate who have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with not less than 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) from an institute affiliated to Punjab State Board of technical Education & Industrial Training or any other State Board of Technical Education provided that the diploma course or the institute should be approved by the PCI/AICTE.

A Candidate must have passed D.Pharm from a Pharmacy Council of India approved institution.

M. Pharmacy in (Pharmaceutical Chemistry), (Pharmacology), (Pharmacognosy)

Eligibility:

A Candidate must have passed Bachelor in Pharmacy with not less than 55% marks (50% in case of case of candidate case of candidates belonging to reserved category) with valid GPAT score from any institute affiliated to Punjab Technical University Jalandhar OR any other state/central university provided that the degree or the institute should be approved by the PCI / AICTE.

Eligibility:

A Candidate must have passed class 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics with minimum 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) from an institute affiliated to Punjab State Board of technical Education & Industrial Training or any other State Board of Technical Education provided that the diploma course or the institute should be approved by the PCI/AICTE.

About College:

Guru Nanak Dev University was established at Amritsar on November 24, 1969 to mark the 500th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. It is both a residential and an affiliating university. In conceiving the future course of the University, the objectives enshrined in the Guru Nanak Dev University Act 1969, emphasised that the new University would make provision for imparting education and promoting research in the humanities, learned professions, sciences, especially of applied nature and technology.

The University is successfully catering to twenty thousand students in various faculties at University Campuses and Constituent Colleges.
