About College:

National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) was founded by Sir Robert McCarrison in the year 1918 as ‘Beri-Beri’ Enquiry Unit in a single room laboratory at the Pasteur Institute, Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. Within a short span of seven years, this unit blossomed into a "Deficiency Disease Enquiry" and later in 1928, emerged as full-fledged "Nutrition Research Laboratories" (NRL) with Dr. McCarrison as its first Director. It was shifted to Hyderabad in 1958.

M.Sc. (Sports Nutrition) Conducted By Ministry Of Youth Affairs and Sports – National Institute of Nutrition Department of Sports Sciences

Eligibility:

·         Candidates should have passed Bachelors in Life Sciences/Nutrition or any other examination recognised equivalent thereto or higher degree.

·         Any Medical (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BPT/Allied Medical Science) Degree.

·         The minimum percentage of marks at graduation level required to qualifying for admission / entrance examination is 50% with weightage for SC/ST Candidates as per rules.

Number of seats: 15 students from India and abroad will be admitted to the course. GOI norms would be followed for Admission process.

List of Eligible Candidates & Entrance Test: Admission will be made in the order of merit and based on the aggregate marks secured in the qualifying exam by the candidate in the optional subjects. If the numbers of qualifying candidates are more, an entrance examination will be conducted. The list of eligible candidates for admission / to appear for the test will be uploaded on NIN Website on 10.08.2018. The candidates should download their hall tickets from NIN Website from 15.08.2018 or from the exam venue on the examination date two hours prior to exam time. Entrance Test will be conducted in Hyderabad on 21.08.2018 at 11:00 AM. Results of the Entrance Test will be uploaded on the website on 23.08.2018. First Counseling session will be held at NIN on 31.08.2018 from 10:00 AM onwards. Classes will commence from 10.09.2018.

Application Forms: Application forms along with prospectus can be obtained in person from the Head of the Department (HoD), Extension & Training Division, National Institute of Nutrition, Jamai-Osmania PO, Opp. Tarnaka Metro Station, Hyderabad – 500007 or can be downloaded from the website: www.ninindia.org and www.osmania.ac.in. The applications will be available from 10:00 AM of 18.07.2018 to 5:00 PM of 05.08.2018.

Last date for submission of applications: The duly filled in applications, along with the demand draft of Rs. 3,000.00 (for OC/BC/OBC Candidates) and Rs.2,700.00 (for SC/ST Candidates) towards registration fee from any nationalized bank drawn in favour of “The Director, NIN” payable at Hyderabad and necessary enclosures should be submitted to the HoD, Extension & Training Division, National Institute of Nutrition, Jamai-Osmania PO, Opp. Tarnaka Metro Station, Hyderabad – 500007 on or before 06.08.2018 by 5:00 PM

National Institute of Rural Development is an autonomous organisation of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. List of eligible candidates & Entrance Test: The list of eligible candidates to appear for the test will be uploaded on NIN’s Website on 21st June 2018. The candidates should download their hall tickets from NIN website from 4th July 2018 onwards or from the exam venue, on exam date 2 hrs prior to exam time. The entrance test will be conducted in hydrabad, telangana on 08.07.2018 (sunday) at 11.00am. Results of the entrance test will be uploaded on the website on 27.07.2018. First counseling will be held at NIN on 14.08.2018 from 10.00am onwards. The classes will commence from 20.08.2018.

How to Apply:

Application Procedure for P G Diploma in Embedded Systems in Central Institute of Tool Design, CITD, Hyderabad

Cost of Application Rs. 400/- for general and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST category candidates and for PWD candidates fully exempted. However, SC/ST/PWD category candidates need to enclose proof of their category duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Application form and prospectus can be obtained from Training, Department, MSME Tool Room / Central Institute of Tool Design, Balanagar, Hyderabad – 500 037. on any working day between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM. (Weekly holiday on Sunday) by paying application cost prescribed in the form of crossed demand draft drawn in favour of Principal Director, CITD, Hyderabad, on any Nationalized Bank, preferably on State Bank of Hyderabad, Balanagar Branch, Hyderabad – 37.

Application form can also be downloaded from www.citdindia.org and the filled in application forms can be sent to the Director (Trg), CITD, Hyderabad, along with prescribed application cost by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal Director, CITD, Hyderabad Reservation for SC/ST/PWD quota exists as per Govt. of India norms.
