The Advanced Training Institute popularly known as ATI Kolkata was established on 23.9.1961 as pioneer training institute under DGET, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India. Established on 2nd April 2003, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa is named after Jan Nayak Chaudhary Devi Lal, the former Deputy Prime Minister of India and the former Chief Minister of Haryana.
