KMAT Kerala Entrance Examination 2018 for MBA Admission

KMAT Kerala 2018 will be conducted by the University of Kerala for the candidates seeking admission to various MBA Courses. The online applications are invited for the MBA Entrance Examination

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must be an Indian citizen

Domicile: Aspirant should be a native of Kerala

All candidates desirous of getting MBA 2018 admission to Universities/Institutions in Kerala and who have not qualified CAT/MAT/CMAT, the KMAT 2018 text, proposed to be conducted in all the Districts in Kerala by the Kannur University under the supervision of Admission Supervisory Committee, is mandatory

KMAT Kerala Admit Cards

After the successful application process, the admit card will be issued the candidates before the date of examination; the candidate will have to download the admit card using their Application Number and other required details on the official website

As the admit card will be important document without which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination

There, the candidates must carry the admit card along with the photo ID proof on the day of the examination

KMAT Kerala 2018 Result

Aspirants can access the KMAT Kerala result 2018 from the website. KMAT Kerala 2018 results will be released through online mode only. Candidates can check their result in the month of March 2018. The result will not be sent to the any aspirant individually

How to Apply:

Application Form

Application for admission to Entrance Examination of MBA course in Kerala can be submitted only through online in the website www.kmatkerala.in. Application fee can be remitted online from 15th November 2017 to 19th January 2018

There are two steps for submitting the application

Step-I Remitting Application Fee Online

Select category “APPLICATION FEE FOR GENERAL CANDIDATES” or “APPLICATION FEE FOR SC/ST CANDIDATES”. Fill all the details correctly and complete the online fee payment process. Note that the details entered during online fee payment such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and E-Mail ID cannot be changed later

So, enter these details with utmost care. The date of birth has to be strictly entered to in dd/mm/yyyy format

Application Fee for General Candidates is Rs.1000/- and SC/ST Candidates is Rs.750/- payable through online only by way of Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card facility of any bank. Fee once remitted will not be refunded. Bank Charges, if any, will be levied by the candidate in addition to the application fee

On successful payment of the Application fee online, the candidate will get a ‘SB Collect Reference Number’ and a receipt of fee payment. The candidate is advised to take a printout of the online receipt. The candidate has to note that the ‘SB Collect Reference Number’ which is needed for later logging into the site to continue with Step-II

Step-I Completing Online Submission

On the next day of payment of the Application fee, the candidate can complete online submission of application [Note: if the next day is a Sunday / Public holiday(s), then you can complete the online submission only on the next working day]

From the Home Page of the website, the candidate has to login by entering the ‘SB Collect Reference Number’ and Date of Birth. The candidate is taken to a page where he/she is asked to fill in personal and academic details

The candidate should take utmost care in filling in these details. Also, a unique Application Number will be generated and displayed on the top of this page. Candidate has to keep record of this Application Number, which is later required to print the Hall Ticket. It is also required for future correspondence

Eligibility Criteria for NALSAR NMET 2018 

Graduates of any discipline with at-least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/university and candidates appearing in the qualifying exam (Final Year) are also eligible to apply 

Apply for N-MET 

(N-MET Syllabus is similar to CAT; it consists of total 100 marks - two sections of 50 mark each, for a total 100 marks. Section - A consists of 25 questions in verbal ability and 25 questions in logical reasoning. Section – B consists of 25 questions in quantitative ability and 25 questions in data interpretation. No negative marking and all questions are of multiple choice type); or 
With valid CAT -2016/ XAT-2017/GMAT-2014 /GRE-2014 /C- MAT-2016 scores can also apply - (Percentile) 

Selection Process for NMET 2018 

The selection process for Indian Nationals will be based on following components: 
a. Score of NALSAR MANAGEMENT ENTRANCE TEST (N-MET)/CAT/XAT/GMAT/GRE 
b. Academic credentials/ Professional achievements 
c. Statement of Purpose (SOP) 
d. Group Discussion 
e. Personal Interview

Applications NALSAR NMET 2018 

Fill in the MBA Application Form for 2018-20. The same is also available for download or filled in online from the given above link www.cms.nalsar.ac.in 
Attach the Demand Draft of Rs.1100/- (Rs.800/- for SC/ ST/ PWD) drawn in favour of ‘Registrar, Nalsar MBA A/c’ payable at Hyderabad 
Attach one page Statement of Purpose (SOP) including personal career goals not exceeding 500 words as to why you want to join this course 

The S.O.P has to be TYPED (Font - Times New Roman, Size - 12 and 1.5 lines spacing) and the name of the candidate should be mentioned along with their signature 
Attach Self-Attested copy of the marks statement of 10th Standard 

Attach a Self-Attested Copy of the statement of marks of the qualifying exam and the Degree Certificate (i.e. an exam equivalent to Graduation) 

In case of grades, conversion of grades to percentage issued by the University/ College is to be enclosed

How to Apply:

Pearl Academy Entrance Exam 2018 Process

Step 1: Fill Pearl Academy Application Form

In order to apply for design programmes offerd at the college, aspirants need to fill Pearl Academy Entrance Exam 2018 application form either in the online or offline mode. In the application form for Pearl Academy admissions, candidates need to fill information such as their personal details, choice of course, educational qualifications and work experience.

Step 2: Download Pearl Academy Admit Card

After candidates have successfully registered for Pearl Academy entrance exam 2018, they will be provided with an admit card which is a mandatory document that they need to carry to their exam centre. Aspirants are informed that they need to download their Pearl Academy Entrance Exam 2018 admit card from the official website. No separate admit card will be sent to students by post. Admit cards will be provided to students for written test as well as personal interview round conducted for Pearl Academy admissions 2018, four days before the Pearl Academy entrance exam.

Step 3: Appear for Pearl Academy Entrance Exam

Pearl Academy admission process is conducted in three cycles. Aspirants can appear for Pearl Academy entrance exam in any of these three admission cycles conducted in a given academic year. Pearl Academy admission cycles are conducted in the months of January, April and June, each year. The Pearl Academy entrance exam pattern and test duration varies from course to course.

Step 4: Appear for Personal Interviews

Candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Pearl Academy entrance exam need to appear for a personal interview round. In the personal interview round conducted for Pearl Academy admissions 2018, aspirants are evaluated on the basis of their portfolio/studio test (conducted for Design streams).

Step 5: Check Pearl Academy Entrance Exam Results

In order to secure admission in any course offered at Pearl Academy, candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in both – Written Test and Personal Interview/Studio Test. Candidates who make it to the final merit list for Pearl Academy admissions will be allotted the programme as well as campus basis their rank and preference. Pearl Academy Entrance Exam 2018 results for each admission cycle will be declared separately. 

Candidates who are shortlisted for admissions at Pearl Academy are sent a formal “Admission Offer Letter” after the result is declared. “Candidates will be required to pay the fees by stipulated date to secure their seats. In case a successful candidate does not pay the fees within the stipulated date, the seat will be offered to other deserving candidates”, informs the official website.

Note: In a situation wherein a candidate is not selected for admission in his/her desired programme in a given admission cycle then such an aspirant is eligible to apply again in the next admission cycle.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria of WBJEE 2018 include the restriction on nationality, age, educational qualification, and domicile

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian nationals

Age Limit

The lower age limit to appear in WBJEE 2018 is 17 (seventeen) years as on December 31, 2018. There is no upper age limit for WBJEE 2018. In the case of Marine Engineering, the lower age limit is 17 (seventeen) years, and upper age limit is 25 (twenty-five) as on 31st December 2017

Educational Qualification

Eligibility criteria with regards to education is again specified separately for candidates who come under GMR and PM. For Engineering Admission - Those who will appear in both Paper I and Paper II 

They must have passed class 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics both, along with any one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects. In each of the 3 subjects individually they must have obtained passing marks

Aggregate marks in the 3 subjects should be 45% (40% for reserved category candidates). They must have passed English in class 12th with at least 30%

For Pharmacy Admission- Those who will appear in only Paper II 

They must have passed class 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry both, along with any one of Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects. In each of the 3 subjects individually they must have obtained passing marks

Aggregate marks in the 3 subjects should be 45% (40% for reserved category candidates). They must have passed English in class 12th with at least 30%

Important consideration in terms of academic qualification: A candidate appearing in the Qualifying Examination i.e. the ‘10+2’ Examination in 2018 may sit in the WBJEE-2018 but shall not be eligible for allotment of seat for admission if he/she does not pass the Qualifying Examination with the required minimum eligibility criteria

a) 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together with individual pass marks (both in theory and practical where ever applicable) in each of the said subjects; 

b) Minimum of 50% marks in English as subject in either in ‘10’ standard or in ‘10+2’ standard 

c) These requirements are applicable for the Marine Engineering Course in any of the participating Institutions 

Five Year Degree Course in Architecture: 

a) As per the norms and standards of the Council of Architecture (COA): 

No candidate with less than 50% marks in aggregate shall be admitted to the architecture course unless he/she has passed an examination at the end of new ‘10+2’ scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject of Examination at the 10+2 level 
Candidate must also qualify either in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi or in Paper 2 of JEE Mains conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education 

These requirements are applicable for the five year degree course in Architecture in any of the participating Institutions except the Jadavpur University, for which the academic eligibility criteria 

Reservation of Seats 

Reservation of seats for students Merit listed in JEE (Main) 2018 Applicable for candidates merit listed in the JEE-Main-2018 Seats are available for students merit listed in JEE (Main) 2018 up to the extent of 10% of the approved seats in all Self Financed Engineering & Technology Colleges of West Bengal

Allotment of seats shall be strictly on the basis of merit and preference of students through the e-counselling process conducted by the WBJEE

However, Institutions may or may not opt for admission of students under such quota

Subjects of Exam 

The “WBJEE-2018” will be on Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Two papers of examinations will be there

Application Procedure

West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam Application has to be filled up online at the portal of the board, www.wbjeeb.nic.in 

The candidates need to visit the portal and click the requisite link Online Application WBJEE-2018 and thereafter will be directed to the actual application form; the form is interactive in nature and the fields required to be filled up are categorized in different sub-sections 

The application form is broadly categorized into three steps: filling of Personal Details; Document Uploading and Fee Payment 

Candidates need to fill in the first part i.e. Personal Details and will thereafter be directed to document uploading; once the documents are successfully uploaded, the system enters into the fee payment 

Finally, the candidate may take a printout of Confirmation Page Generated upon successful Fee Payment for his or her own record; there is no need to send any document by post 

Application Fee Details 

The candidate will be directed to the page of fee payment and will have following two options: 

Payment by Debit/Credit Card: The candidate has to select Debit/Credit Card option to pay the fee and follow the instruction to complete the payment process; after successful payment, candidate will be able to print the "Confirmation Page"

The amount of application fees to be paid for appearing in the WBJEE-2017 is Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) plus the Bank’s Service Charges as applicable. The Examination Fees can be paid in cash less mode by ‘Net Banking’/ ‘Debit Card’/ ‘Credit Card’ or in cash using Allahabad Bank e-challan 

Payment status is updated online and hence should show ‘OK’ immediately after the payment. But in some rare cases it may be delayed due to the Bank’s network delay/failure or transaction failure at the Electronic Payment Gateway (EPG) 

Bank e-Challan: The candidate has to select “Allahabad Bank e-challan” to submit the application fee through bank. As soon as he selects it an e-Challan will be generated containing details of the candidate 

The candidate has to take a printout of the same and take it to the nearest Core Banking Service (CBS) facility enabled Branch of the Bank for making payment. After payment, the candidate has to login to the system and upload the details written on the e-Challan by the bank official

UPSC CDS Exam (I) 2018

Exam Details:

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) 

UPSC conducts CDS examination 2 times in a year and thousands of applicants take part in this examination every year. Combined Defence Services examination is scheduled to recruit eligible & deserving applicants in Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy & Indian Air Force Academy. The official notification for the examination releases in the month of October & June every year and the examination are conducted usually in the months of February & November every year. CDS 2018 Exam Syllabus

CDS 2018 Selection Process

LSAT India 2018 is a law entrance exam conducted offline (paper-pencil based) for admissions tofive-year integrated undergraduate and two-year postgraduate law programmes in over 85 law schools of India 

This year, Pearson VUE administered LSAT India, which is a standardized test of reading and reasoning skills will be conducted on 20th May 2018 

The Paper-Pencil based law school admission test for India will have as many as 100 questions and are to be attempted within two hours and twenty minutes (140 minutes) 

Candidates seeking admissions in the Undergraduate & Postgraduate Law Programs across the participating Indian law schools were needed to apply for LSAT India 2018 by 04th May 2018 

LSAT-India Test Duration: 2 hours 20 minutes without any break 

Eligibility LSAT India 2018 

Pearson VUE has notified LSAT India 2018 eligibility criteria on October 3, 2017 for those seeking admissions through the law school admission test. As per the eligibility criteria of LSAT India 2018 

Applicants need to be a citizen of India. Candidates should have qualified 12th board examination of 10+2 education system of CBSE or any other equivalent education board, if applying for undergraduate law programmes including BA LLB

LSAT India Exam Pattern 2018 

USA based LSAC has announced the exam pattern of LSAT India 2018, which mentions that candidates will be examined upon good thinking skills, therefore there will be no questions for assessing prior legal knowledge or mathematical skills or updates on general knowledge and current affairs 

LSAT India 2018 will be held on 20th May 2018. The offline question booklet will have as many as 100 questions of objective (multiple-choice) nature. The applicants will need to attempt the LSAT India 2018 questions within 140 minutes where they have to mark the most appropriate choice among those given against each question 

The Pearson VUE administered entrance exam will be covering three parts: 

i. Analytical Reasoning 

ii. Logical Reasoning and 

iii. Reading Comprehension 

The Logical Reasoning will be further divided into two parts, thence dividing the LSAT India 2018 question paper into a total of four sections. Each section needs to be attempted in a time limit of 35 minutes 

No candidate will be allowed to attempt the question of other sections, after or before the commencement of respective section 
There will be no negative marking for any wrong answer, therefore it is advised not to leave any question unmarked. Further candidates are to note that there will be no breaks given during the 140 minute-LSAT India 2018 offline test

Pearson VUE will release LSAT India 2018 admit card on 05th May 2018. Applicants can download their admit card of LSAT India 2018 till 19th May 2018 by logging into their registered accounts of law school admission test 

The LSAT India admit card will be hall tickets to appear in the law school aptitude test 

LSAT India 2018 admit card (hall ticket) will mention the examination and candidature details including exam name, programme level, exam duration, timings and venue besides the roll number, name and date of birth of the candidates 

In case any candidate finds any mistake in their LSAT India admit card 2018 details including their names and date of birth, they need to bring it to the notice of exam officials, immediately and get it rectified 

No applicant in any case will be allowed to appear in the admission test without a valid LSAT India 2018 admit card

M.Phil/Ph.D & Ph.D(Through JRF)

Pass M.Sc in relevant subject.

Candidates who have qualified for the examination for a fellowship through a national level written test, i.e. JRF category under CSIR/UGC National Eligibility Test (NET)-JRF, DBT-JRF (Category-I), ICMR-JRF, INSPIRE Fellowship, Ayush Fellowship, Bioinformatic National Certification (BINC) examination (conducted by DBT) or any other fellowship awarded from Government of India.

JNUEE Exam Pattern 2018

The JNUEE 2018 exam pattern include details about number of questions, subjects, marking scheme, etc. For each programme of JNU, there shall be different exam pattern.

Exam Mode: The examination will be written in offline mode.

Number of Questions: There shall be different number of questions for each programme.

Subjects: The subjects that includes in question paper will depend upon the course. Subjects varies from course to course.

Negative Marking: There shall be negative marking for incorrect answers.

Exam Duration: The time provided for completing the examination will be 3 hours.

Courses

Exam Pattern

M.Sc. Environmental Sciences

Question paper will be of objective type and include questions in two parts.

Part-1: Include questions from Science and Mathematics of 10+2 standard.

Part-2: Include questions from Physics,

Chemistry, Mathematics, Geology, Botany and Zoology at the B.Sc. level.

MCA

It includes the multiple choice questions. 10+2/Graduate level Mathematics and Probability (80% questions) and General Aptitude and reasoning (20% questions).

M.A. in Economics (with Specialization in World Economy)

The paper tests the candidate’s knowledge in micro-economics,  macro-economics, mathematics and statistics, International trade  and  some related  disciplines,  such  as  public economics and economic development.

Objective type questions will be asked in examination comprising of 100 marks with negative marking.

B.A. (Hons.) 1st year in Foreign Languages

The paper judges General Knowledge, General  English and Elementary Knowledge on the culture  and civilization of the languages/country  concerned and aptitude for language skills.

B.A. (Hons.) 2nd year in Foreign Languages

Knowledge of basic and applied grammar, besides some competence for simple  translation from the language concerned into English and vice-versa and familiarity with the culture and civilization of the country  concerned.

The paper will be set in respective foreign language.

M.Phil/Ph.D and M.Tech/Ph.D

The entrance examination will consist multiple choice questions.

The question paper has Graduate/Post  graduate  level Mathematics and Statistics, Graduate/Post  -graduate level Computer Science and General Aptitude.

JNUEE Application Form 2018

Get details of the JNUEE 2018 application form including mode of filling the application form, application fee, etc.

JNUEE 2018 application form can be filled through online mode only.

The application form has been released from 15th September 2017.

Candidates have to upload the scanned images of photograph & signature.

Photograph (with specification 150 px width and 200 px height, size less than 20-50 KB) and signature (140 px width and 60 px height size less than 10-20 KB) has to be uploaded in the application form.

Pay the application through the prescribed modes.

Last date to submit the application has been extended till 17th October 2017.

Candidates are suggested to take the printout of confirmation page for further use.

Note: Candidates can fill maximum three fields of study in a single application form for the same level of programme (like COP, B.A.  (Hons.) or M.A./M.Sc./MCA or M.Phil./Ph.D., M.Tech./Ph.D., MPH/Ph.D.). They are not required to fill in separate application forms. In case a candidate submits more than one application form for the same level of programme, his/her candidature will be rejected.

Those who have completed Graduate from any recognized/statutory University or Institute with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST), Programmes, which require specific discipline/ subject specialisation need to be checked for eligibility as given by the respective Institute

Total No. of Questions: 150 and 150 Marks 

SNAP Test duration is of 120 minutes 

Date of SNAP Test - 17th December 2017 (Time: 14.00 hrs. - 16.00 hrs) 

SNAP Test is an objective test. Each question has 04 responses. Candidate should choose an appropriate response. 0.25 marks will be penalized for wrong answers. Each wrong answer attracts 25% negative marks. 

Candidate must use Blue or Black ball point pen only 

Selection Process for SNAP 2017: 

On the basis of their overall percentage of SNAP, a cutoff list (category-wise) will be prepared and uploaded on the official website of respective institutes. According to these cut off lists, students will be shortlisted for the GE-PI WAT

IGNOU MBA Entrance Test 2018 -: IGNOU has released the notification for MBA Entrance Test -XLIII for admission to the various Management Programmes starting from January 2018

The complete detail of IGNOU MBA Entrance Test 2018 - OPENMAT XLIII such as application form, eligibility criteria, selection process etc is given below.

IGNOU, the National Resource Centre for Open and Distance Learning (ODL), with international recognition and presence, shall provide seamless access to Sustainable and Learner - Centric Quality Education, Skill Up-gradation and training to all by using innovative technologies and methodologies required for promoting integrated national development and global understating.

Courses Offered through IGNOU OPENMAT- XLIII

School of Management studies offer Master of Business Administration (MBA) and various Post Graduate Specialisation Diplomas

a. Master of Business Administration (MBA), or

b. Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), or

c. Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM), or

d. Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM), or

e. Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM), or

f. Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets Practice (PGDFMP)

All the above programmes have multi-media design, and technology aided delivery systems. Theses are offered through countrywide network of study centres.

The University will be admitting the students for the above Degree/Diplomas in Management starting from January 2018 through an Entrance Test "OPENMAT- OPENMAT XLIII - 04th February 2018 (Sunday) all over the country.

Eligibility Conditions for IGNOU OPENMAT 2018

Eligibility for admission to Management Program

The eligibility criteria for admission to MBA programme would be as per the AICTE norms viz.

Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category as per government of India rules

Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU

Entrance Test (OPENMAT XLIII)

Admission to Management Programmes of IGNOU is done through OPENMAT Entrance test, held twice a year. For appearing in the entrance test (OPENMAT) a student has to fill up Application Form for OPENMAT ENTRANCE TEST (Form 1) which is provided separately in an envelope along with this Student Handbook & Prospectus

The Entrance Test will be held on the following dates:

OPENMAT XLIII - 04th February 2018 (Sunday, 10.00 am - 01.00 pm)

A student can appear in anyone of the above OPENMAT Examinations. If a student wants to appear in more than one OPENMAT Exams, she/he is required to apply separately

Admission Procedure

Admission to the Management Programme (MBA and specialisation PG Diplomas in HRM, FM, OM, MM and FMP) will be done on the basis of the score obtained in the OPENMAT, conducted all over India twice a year as per above schedule. A result card will be sent to all the candidates who have appeared in the OPENMAT Exam

It will indicate whether the candidate has qualified or not qualified for admission on the basis of cut-off score as decided by the University

After qualifying in OPENMAT, a learner will have to apply for admission on the specified APPLICATION FORM (Form 2) which is given in the Prospectus alongwith required documents to the Regional Director concerned

Semester I: Any five courses from MS-1 to MS-11 excluding MS-10

Semester II: Rest of five courses

Semester III: MS-10, MS-95, two specialisation courses of your choice and MS-100

Reservation

The University provides reservation of seats for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, non-creamy layer of OBC, War Widows, Kashmiri Migrants and Physically Handicapped Learners, as per the Govt. of India rules, for admission to its various programmes.

However, submission of forged certificate under any category shall lead not only to cancellation of admission but also be legally implicated as per govt. of India rules.

Fee Structure

Course fee of Rs.1500/- per course can be paid through a Bank Draft obtained from any one of the scheduled banks in favour of "IGNOU" and should be payable at the city where your Regional Centre is situated (both at the time of Admission and Re-registration).

Please write your Name, Enrolment No. & Address on the back of the Bank Draft to ensure proper credit to your fee account.

Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances. It is also not adjustable against any other Programme of this University.

Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the website www.ignou.ac.in and sent along with a DD/IPO for Rs.1050/- for Management Programme n favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi by Registered /Speed Post to Registrar (SED), IGNOU Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068, Prospectus will be sent to such applicants after receipt of Rs.1050/- as explained above.

Hall Ticket

Hall Tickets will be only uploaded on the University website 10 days before the exam. Candidate can download hall ticket from IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) and report to the examination centre for appearing in the entrance test

The OPENMAT Result Card will be sent to the students within 6-7 weeks from the date of the OPENMAT Examination. In case of non-receipt of the result card, result card can be downloaded from the IGNOU website
