Burdwan is an anglicised version of the Sanskrit Vardhamana and the corresponding Bardhaman in Bengali. F       Students who pass with 60% and above marks in 10+2 examinations. 

F       National-level Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) / State Level Law Entrance test scores are accepted; but they are not mandatory.

If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the program, his/her admission will be cancelled. 1.      Payment of Fee: The provisional admission will be deemed to be confirmed for the provisionally admitted candidates fulfilling the required eligibility criteria and on payment of fee of the first semester by July 29, 2016.

2.      Eligibility Criteria: Candidates have to submit their original certificates of qualifying examination (10+2) for verification on August 01, 2016 at Faculty of Law, IFHE, Hyderabad and complete the verification process for the required eligibility criteria.

For final year (10+2) students: Final-year students of (10+2) who have not received the original certificates from the Board by August 01, 2016 will have to submit the same along with a set of photocopies on or before October 01, 2016. Their admissions will be confirmed only on receipt of the original certificates, and will be subject to their obtaining minimum stipulated percentage for admission into the BBALLB (Hons.) Program.

The aggregate percentage of marks secured by the applicant at 10+2 will be determined based on the procedure used by the respective University.
