Post Graduate Diploma in CAD/CAM (PGC)

Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in Mechanical/ Production/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing/Automobile Engineering or Equivalent.

Age Limit: Max 30 years as on 01.08.2019 (relaxation as per GoI rules)

Mode of Selection: Depending on the number of applications, selection mode may have Entrance Test/ Merit of the Qualifying Examination and/or Interview. Entrance test if conducted shall be aimed to judge the general aptitude of the candidate. The date of Entrance test (if any) will be notified on CSIO website later on.

Duration: 1 Year

Duration: 6 Months

Educational Qualification: Three Years regular Diploma Mechatronics/Electronics/ Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or Equivalent

Age Limit: Max 30 years as on 01.08.2019 (relaxation as per GoI rules)

Mode of Selection: Depending on the number of applications, selection mode may have Entrance Test/ Merit of the Qualifying Examination and/or Interview. How to Apply:

Application Fee: Rs 1200/- for General/OBC and Rs 600/- for SC/ST Candidates. Before filling the online application form the requisite fee must be deposited in CSIO SBI Account Number: 30267029400 (IFSC Code: SBIN0001443) through online/offline mode as per instructions given below:

(a)  Please click on https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm

(b)  Choose State of Corporate/Institution: ‘Chandigarh’ and Type of Corporate/Institution: ‘Educational Institutions’. Then Click on ‘Go’ button.

(c)  Choose Educational Institutions Name: ‘CSIO’ then click on ‘Submit’ button.

(d)  Choose Select Payment Category: ‘ISTC PGD Application Fee’. Then fill up the details as opened in new window.

(e)  After filling the details as per ‘d’ point, ‘confirm’ the filled details before submitting the Application fee.

(f)  Please select the mode of payment as per following options:

·         Online Mode: Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card. (Candidate take the print of payment make through online mode after the payment)

·         Offline Mode: ‘Other Payment Modes’ (Candidate can select this option to deposit cash in any SBI Branch after taking the print out of Pre-Acknowledgement Payment (PAP) generated by SBI Collect)

(g)  Please keep the proof i.e. hard copy of the payment receipt/DU reference number as the same would be required to be filled while filling the online application form.

Note: The documents required at the time of counseling are (a) the Print out of the System Generated Application Form with colored Photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer/ Principal, (b) Proof of the Fee paid and (c) Photocopies of all the supporting documents duly attested.
