Eligibility:

Maximum age limit is 45 years as on 1st July 2019. A Bachelors degree with at least 50 percent marks and Masters degree (minimum two years prescribed duration after 10+2+3 years of formal education) in relevant discipline (relevancy has to be decided by the IIFM) with minimum 55% marks (absolute) including Five year/Four-year Integrated Master's Degree programme and with good academic records., or Professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with minimum 55% marks (absolute) or for IIFM Graduates, who have done PGDFM and IIM graduates who have done PGDM, the minimum OGPA of 3.00 in 4.33 maximum scale, is required or For MRM Post Graduates from IIFM, with 3.00 CGPA. Note: For those qualifications where the above 4.33 scale is not available, the eligibility will be decided by the Equivalence Committee constituted by the Director, IIFM and its decision will be final.

Financial Assistance

Each student would be given a monthly fellowship of Rs.16,000/- in first and second year; Rs.19,000/- in third and fourth year during the programme. A contingency grant of Rs.35,000/- per year would also be provided.

About College:

Center of Innovative and Applied Bioprocessing (CIAB), an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, is the only institute in the country which works mainly on Secondary Agriculture and development of value added products from different types of bio resources. Its mandate fits well with the of Govt. of India`s programme on “Doubling the Farmer`s Income” with the same inputs. It also become more relevant in present context when Indian Agriculture is going on complete transformation with limited land resources and increasing input costs. We all are aware that the agricultural wastes are being burnt by many farmers. If this Agri-waste is used to isolate bioactive compounds with high market value, it can directly benefit the farming community by increasing their farm income. It will not only provide new avenues to establish industrial units on utilization of Agri-waste but will also provide new employment opportunities to the rural masses. 

With its five years of establishment, besides moving to its new campus in Sector 81, Knowledge City Mohali, CIAB has made substantial contributions in developing various processes to derive products from the agricultural waste. The Scientists of the institute have been able to transfer two technologies, i) D-psicose-a nearly zero calorie sugar production from the biomass and ii) a liquid whey beverage product named CIAB-NAVITA to the industries. Also, CIAB has signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for three technologies with the industries who have expressed their interests. In addition, institute has developed several other technologies which are at different stages of scale up and commercialization.

The National institute of Financial Management (NIFM) was set up in 1993 on the basis of a proposal made by Ministry of Finance, which was approved by the Union Cabinet. The Union Cabinet envisaged that NIFM would begin as a training institution for officers recruited by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) through the annual Civil Service Examinations and allocated to the various services responsible for manning senior and top management posts dealing with accounts and finance in the Government of India. (i)           Participants must have completed their Graduation with at least 50% in aggregate from an Indian University / institution recognized by Association of Indian Universities. Preference would be given to the participants having Professional Qualifications such as CA, CS, CWA, CFA, BE/B. Tech, etc.

(ii)          Candidates must have qualified in any one of the all India Common Admission Tests i.e. CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT or GMAT and submit the valid test scores not more than 2 year old

The decision of the Selection Committee of NIFM for selection will be final and no correspondence in this matter shall be entertained by NIFM.

Government Officers

1.    Minimum percentage of marks at graduation level should be 50%.

2.    The upper age of participant is 40 years on the date of commencement of the programme.

3.    Officers at middle/senior level working with the Central or State Governments, Public Enterprises and autonomous organizations belonging to State / Central Government or similar participants from foreign countries are eligible to apply for admission.

4.    Government officers/PSU officers are exempted from Common Admission Tests i.e. CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT

Candidates perusing final examination of their Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply but on selection they shall be given provisional admission subject to the following conditions:

i.              Such candidates must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in pre- final examination with passing back paper(s), if any in previous semesters / years.

ii.             Candidates must produce the mark sheet of the final examination in original with minimum marks referred above under eligibility, before 30th September 2019 or within the extended time (not beyond 15th October 2019) ,which may be given by the University on the written request of the student giving reasons for non-production of the mark sheet of the final examination. University reserves the right to deny the request of the student.

iii.            Mid-Term examination result of such candidates shall not be declared.

iv.           If condition No’s. (i) and (ii) referred above in this paragraph are not fulfilled, the provisional admission shall stand automatically cancelled and the University shall have no obligation to give any notice before such cancellation.

Last date for applications shall be 15th June, 2019.First ranking list shall be published by 20th June, 2019 with waiting list of five candidates. Selected candidates shall be required to deposit the fees by 25th June, 2019. Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) is an Institute of National Importance. It was formerly known as Maulana Azad College of Technology (MACT), which was India's one of the first eight Regional Engineering Colleges. The institute has been named after the great scholar, educationist and the first education Minister of Govt. of India, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. The Govt. of India and Govt. of Madhya Pradesh jointly sponsored the Institute in 1960 to attract bright young students from across the country. Eligibility:

i.              Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks (CGPA 6.0) and Bachelors Degree with minimum 65% (CGPA 6.0), from a recognized University/ Institution. For reserved category student’s i.e. SC/ST/PwD a relaxation of 5% (0.5 in CGPA) is applicable. Reservations are as per prevailing GOI norms.

ii.             Candidate should have GATE qualified or NET qualification.

iii.            The Syllabus of entrance test (Compulsory paper) in Mathematics and English will be given along with advertisement.

How to Apply:

Applications are invited for Full Time Ph.D. Programme in the Departments under specialization listed in point 2:

a)    The application form can be downloaded from the Institute website. Duly completed application form in the prescribed format will only be considered.

b)    Completed form along with non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1500/- (Unreserved) and Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates should be submitted to Assistant Registrar (Academic), MANIT Bhopal – 462003 upto 31st May 2019. The payment of processing fee is to be done only through SBI online “SBI Collect” into the account of the Director, MANIT, Bhopal. The envelope must contain the following header, “Application form for Ph.D. Admission in …………………………… Department”. Applicant must submit separate application form along with separate processing fees, if he/she wishes to apply in different departments. Applications received after due date will not be entertained.

No individual communication via postal or e-mail shall be made regarding the written test by the institute. The schedule of the Written Test will be displayed on the institute website. Candidates are advised to visit the institute website regularly for further updates.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Full time

Eligibility:

The candidate must hold a bachelor degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 55% (CGPA 5.5), for reserved category students SC/ST/PWD relaxation of 5% (0.5 in CGPA) shall be applicable and either Valid CAT or GMAT score. Short listed candidates will be called for group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI). Selection depends on rank list prepared by the Institute giving weightage 70% Valid CAT/ GMAT score, 20% group Discussion and 10% personal interview. The reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH will be as per Government of India norms.

How to Apply:

The list of selected candidates will be made available on the Institute website. All candidates are required to visit the Institute website regularly for updates. No Individual information will be sent. The application form completed in all respect along with the (State Bank of India collect receipt) non refundable processing fee of Rs.1000/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PH candidates application should be submitted to Assistant Registrar (Academic/Exam), MANIT, Bhopal 462003 on or before 24/06/2019. Eligibility:

Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent level exam with science stream in 2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply for admissions. Candidates will be admitted to IISER only through following three channels.

1.    Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) channel

2.    Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Advanced) of the Indian Institutes of Technology

3.    State and Central Boards Channel (SCB)

These channels will be referred to as KVPY, JEE, and SCB, respectively.

Indian nationals and students belonging to PIO or OCI category are eligible to apply provided they satisfy the eligibility criteria described below.

KVPY Channel

Candidates having a valid KVPY fellowship commencing from 2019-20 academic session are eligible to apply for admissions. Additional cut-off criteria for marks obtained in 10+2 board examination is also applicable.

JEE-Advanced Channel

Candidates in General category securing a rank within 10000 in the Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Advanced 2019 are eligible to apply. For candidates belonging to the reserved category (OBC-NC, SC, ST, PD), their category rank should be within 10000. Additional cut-off criteria for marks obtained in 10+2 board examination is also applicable

SCB Channel

·         Students who have passed 10+2 level with science stream in 2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply for admissions and appear for IAT 2019.

·         However, they will be considered for admissions to the degree programmes only if they obtain the cut-off marks specified for their board.

·         Students applying through SCB channel will have to appear in the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) which will be conducted at various centres across the country.

·         IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2019 will be conducted in a fully computer-based test mode.

How to Apply:

·         In order to apply for IISER Admissions 2019, a candidate has to first do online registration using the Registration link given on the website.

·         After successful registration, you will receive login id  on your registered mobile number along with the password

·         Using these login credentials, candidates should fill online application form  using Application Login link given on the website.
