Then sign in to your account and get access to online application form. Fill up the online application form, upload photograph, scanned copies of certificate, mark sheets and identity documents and submit.

The candidates have to pay the fees online through PayTM using ‘Pay Fees’ button. On successful payment of fees, candidates will get a payment reference number and an email confirming their admission in CODL.

About College:

COEP's precursor, The Poona Engineering Class and Mechanical School was opened in July 1854, with an aim to provide suitable learning to the subordinate officers in the Public Works Department. The School was situated in Bhawani Peth, Poona, and the accommodation consisted of three small detached houses for teaching purposes and a separate house for the Principal. In June 1865 Mr. Theodore Cooke, M.A, who held that appointment for 28 years was appointed Principal. The foundation stone of the new college was laid by His Excellency the Governor, Sir Bartle Frere, on the 5th August 1865. College was affiliated to University of Bombay in 1866. In 1868 the College moved to the New Buildings. The college was divided into three departments for matriculated and unmatriculated students. In 1879 two new classes, an Agricultural class and a Forest class, were added to the college, and the name of the college was changed from " The Poona Civil Engineering College " to " The College of Science".

The year 1987 saw the beginnings of the tectonic shift in perceptions about law as a career from one of the least attractive careers, to one of the most sought after, with the establishment of the National Law School, Bangalore. (i)  Eligibility for admission to Ph.D. Degree in Law: He/She has obtained the LL.M. Degree of Dr. R.M.L. (b)  A Master's Degree of any university recognized by UGC having at least 55% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade B in the UGC 7 point scale in any subject relevant to the proposed research work with established research credentials by way of publications; or

(c)  A Master's Degree of any university recognized by UGC having at least 55% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade B in the UGC 7 point scale in any subject relevant to the proposed research work with long term in-depth practical experience in the area to be researched.

However, there shall be a relaxation of 5% in the aforesaid minimum 55% marks for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) of U.P./differently-able categories. Provided that a candidate with the aforesaid qualifications in Social Sciences or Humanities shall be admitted to the Programme, if the research he/she intends to pursue, interfaces with the discipline of law. A candidate whose result is awaited may also apply, however he/she must possess the requisite eligibility requirement on the date of Entrance Test.

GLA University was started with the establishment of GLA Institute of Technology & Management offering B.Tech and MCA programs, in the year 1998 by the current Chancellor Shri Narayan Das Agrawal.
