Nestled in Qutab Institutional Area, International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi was established in 1981 in collaboration with IMI Geneva (now IMD, Lausanne). IMI is India’s first corporate sponsored Business School with sponsorship from corporate houses like RPG Enterprises, Nestle, ITC, SAIL, Tata Chemicals, BOC and Williamson Magor etc. Over a period of time in the last 28 years the Institute has acquired a truly global status. In addition, all the candidates must have secured a minimum of 55 % marks in all of their public examinations starting with the secondary level. Work experience in industry or academics will be given due credit in the selection process.

Admission

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to take Common Admission Test (CAT) held by the IIMs. Scores of CAT will be considered valid for admission to the session of 2016. Alternatively, the candidates could appear in GMAT or the test conducted by IMI for the programme. The recently qualified JRF/SRF candidates can also apply in the relevant areas of specialization but they would need to appear in the test conducted by IMI. Please note that all Indian candidates who do not have a CAT score will have to appear for either GMAT or IMI internal test (which will be held only at IMI, Delhi). NRIs and foreign candidates will also need to appear in the CAT/GMAT/or IMI internal test.

Based on the scores obtained in CAT/GMAT or IMI internal test, evalution of past academic performance and relevant work experience, candidates will be called for an interview for final selection.

The Berhampur University came into existence on 2nd January 1967 being inaugurated by Dr. A.N. Khosla, the then Governor of Orissa and the first Chancellor of the University. The University was later shifted to the present site known as Bhanja Bihar, named after the celebrated poet of Orissa Kabisamrat Upendra Bhanja. 1.     MAH-MBA,MMS-CET 2016 shall be conducted only in the online mode in multiple sessions; if required, Competent Authority, using standardized equi-percentile method, will be equating scores across sessions

2.     Aspiring candidates should note that, the tests are not disclosed to anybody else other than the candidates only during the examination. The test papers are also not shared with anybody even after the exam

3.     The CET comprises multiple-choice objective type questions in the areas of Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical, Abstract Reasoning. In all, there would be 200 questions to be answered in a total time of two and half hours (i.e. One hundred and fifty minutes)

4.     It is mandatory for all aspiring candidates to Register & Confirm the Online Application Form for MAH-MBA, MMS-CET 2016 at website

5.     Application form processing fees as stated below is to be paid at any Axis Bank Branches in cash through e-Challan as per schedule during the working hours of the respective Branches. The candidates can also do online payment of the fees by Internet Payment, Credit Card, Debit Card payment gateway for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the application form processing fees. No other mode of payment shall be permitted. Paper Pattern for EMAT 2015:

The contents of the test will be questions on testing logical reasoning in addition to questions for testing numerical, data interpretation and verbal skills of the candidates.

The test will be of one hour fifteen minutes duration consisting 30 questions.

The three separate sections are those which test (i) Numerical ability & Data Interpretation (ii) Verbal ability and (iii) Logical reasoning.

Each section will consist of ten questions.

Eligibility for University of Delhi

·         The candidate should have passed or have appeared in March, April 2015 in Senior Secondary School Examination of CBSE or any other examination considered equivalent by the University of Delhi.

·         The General Category candidates should secure an aggregate of atleast 60% marks in his, her XII class examination in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by University of Delhi. Minimum percentage of marks for OBC is 54%, for SC, ST pass marks in qualifying examination, for PwD 55%, for CW 55%. Other conditions are same as for the General Category.

·         The candidate should have obtained pass mark in each of the four considered for computing the aggregate.

·         The candidate must produce the confirmed result Marksheet of the qualifying examination on the day of the Group Discussion and personal Interview to be eligible for the process of admission to the BMS, BBA programs.

·         Candidates who do not have the confirmed result and Marksheet of the qualifying examination must be produced on the day of the counselling.

Selection process:

·         Admission will be jointly based on marks scored in the qualifying board and the entrance exam.

·         Candidates who clear the entrance exam will face Group Discussion and Personal Interview (Only for BBA, BMS). For BA (Hons) Business Economics, there won’t be any interview round.

·         The mark-sheet of their qualifying exam must be produced on the Group Discussion & Interview day. As for students applying to BA Hons. (Business Economics), the mark-sheet should be produced on the day of the counselling.
