About College:

Maharshi Dayanand University, established as Rohtak University, Rohtak, came into existence by an Act No. 25 of 1975 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly in 1976  with the objective to promote inter-disciplinary higher education and research in the fields of environmental, ecological and life sciences. It was rechristened as Maharshi Dayanand University in 1977 after the name of a great visionary and social reformer, Maharshi Dayanand.  It had a unitary and residential character in its nascent stage, but became an affiliating University in November 1978. The University secured the recognition of University Grants Commission – the higher education regulatory body of India - for central Govt. grants in Feb. 1983.
The University is located at Rohtak in the state of Haryana - about 75 kms from Delhi on Delhi-Hisar National Highway (NH-10), and is about 240 kms fromChandigarh, the State Capital. It is well connected both by rail as well as road. Rohtak is the education hub of the State with excellent facilities for  education in all fields of knowledge.

KIIT University has announced the exam dates for KIITEE Management exam, which will be conducted in January 2017. The KIITEE Management exam will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 to Tuesday, January 31, 2017.

KIITEE Management exam is conducted for taking admission to Master of business Administration (MBA) and MBA in Rural Management programs at Management and KIIT School of Rural Management respectively for the academic year 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for KIITEE Management 2017:

·         Graduates in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA). The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned university/institution.

·         Where the university/institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, percentage score would be calculated by dividing the obtained CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

·         Those who are in the final year and expect to complete all the requirements of graduation before June 30, 2017 can also apply.

Application Procedure for KIITEE Management 2017:

·         Candidates can apply online.

·         Application form and prospectus will be available on payment of application fee of Rs. 1250/- in cash/demand draft drawn in favour of “KIIT School of Rural Management” payable at Bhubaneswar, from the following sources:

Paper Pattern for KIITEE Management 2017:

·         The entrance examination will be of two and half hours duration. There will be a total of 150 multiple choice types of questions. Specific details on number of questions for each subject/course are enumerated below.

·         If a candidate marks more than one answer for a question, the answer will be treated as incorrect and will fetch negative marks.

Established on 2nd April 2003, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa is named after Jan Nayak Chaudhary Devi Lal, the former Deputy Prime Minister of India and the former Chief Minister of Haryana.

The 21st century is being hailed as the era of biology. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) has been established under THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI MATA VAISHNO DEVI UNIVERSITY ACT, 1999.an Act of the J&K State Legislature (ACT No. XII of 1999 dated 12th May 1999) as an autonomous, highly Technical & fully Residential University.

The University started functioning as an academic unit in Aug 2004 when it was inaugurated on 19th August 2004 at the hands of the then Hon'ble President of India Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam. Dr. Kalam also delivered the first lecture to the students of the University.
