GRADUATE PHARMACY APTITUDE TEST (GPAT) is a national level entrance examination for entry into M.Pharm programmes. Till 2018, it was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The Test will now be conducted by the NTA.

This test facilitates institutions to select suitable Pharmacy graduates for admission into the Master''s (M.Pharm) program. The GPAT is a three hour computer based online test which is conducted in a single session. The GPAT score is accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges. A few scholarships and other financial assistance in the field of Pharmacy are also given on the basis of the GPAT score.

NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY (NTA) will conduct computer based Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test 2019 (GPAT - 2019) on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. for admission to M. Pharma or its equivalent courses across the country. The result of GPAT - 2019 will be declared by February 8, 2019 as GPAT Score which will be accepted by around 800 participating pharmacy institutes. GPAT is accepted by all AICTE approved institutions, universities and colleges. Candidates must apply separately to the desired GPAT - 2019 participating institutes with the GPAT Score 2019. Then, each participating institute will release their respective cut – off GPAT Score which candidates should meet to get qualified for admission to that particular institute. Candidates are advised to see the details of the admission process of each participating institute of GPAT - 2019 on their respective website.

Eligibility GPAT - 2019:

The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry students) or equivalent from a recognized university. Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree B. Pharmacy (10+2+4) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2019-20 can also apply for GPAT - 2019 computer-based test (CBT). B.Tech. (Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology)/ equivalent candidates are not eligible to apply. The candidate must be a citizen of India. There is no age restriction for appearing in GPAT - 2019.

TEST PATTERN

The medium of Question Paper shall be in English only. GPAT is an online computer-based test of 3 hours duration with 125 objective type questions. There are 4 marks for a correct answer. There shall be negative marking for wrong answers, for each wrong answer 1 mark shall be deducted. At the test Centre, each candidate will be seated at a desk with a computer terminal and he/she will be provided with rough papers for calculations and a PEN/PENCIL. After the test, candidate must leave the rough papers at the desk. Rough work cannot be done on any other paper/sheet, as nothing will be allowed inside the examination room/hall.

How to Apply:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Candidates have to apply for GPAT- 2019 “Online” ONLY by accessing the website www.ntagpat.nic.in. The Application Form other than online mode would not be accepted, in any case. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. More than one application i.e. Multiple application forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected

No corrections can be made at a later stage after submission of an application. No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application including e-mail etc.

Follow following 4 (Four) Steps to Apply Online:

Step 1: Register for Online Application Form and note down system generated Application Number. The candidate should supply all the details while filling the Online Application Form and is also required to create PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter his/her Answer. After successful submission of the personal details, Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future correspondence. For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Application Number and created Password.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form Candidate can login with the system generated Application Number and created Password for completing the Application Form.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images of Candidate Photograph and Candidate Signature: Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format. Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb. 1. Size of scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb. The photograph should be coloured or black/white (but clear contrast).Note: Upload the correct Photograph and Signature as the facility for correction in images will not be given.

Step 4: Pay Examination Fee by SBI MOPS (Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card/eChallan): Payment by Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Challan: The candidate has to select Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking option to pay the application fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee. After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the Confirmation Page. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee then the transaction is cancelled and amount will be refunded to the candidate's account. However the candidate has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.

All the 4 Steps can be done together and separately also.

Note:

(i)           The final submission of online Application form will remain incomplete if Step – 2, Step – 3 and Step – 4 are not completed. Such forms will stand rejected and no correspondence on this account will be entertained.

(ii)          No request for refund of fee once remitted by the candidate will be entertained

(iii)         The entire application process of GPAT - 2019 is online, including uploading of scanned images, Payment of Fees and Printing of Confirmation page. Therefore, candidates are not required to send/submit any document(s) including Confirmation page to NTA through Post/Fax/ By Hand.

(iv)         Candidates are advised to keep visiting the NTA’s website regularly for latest updates and to check their e-mails.

(v)          The NTA can make use of the data generated for the purpose of research and analysis.

All the candidates who have submitted the online application and paid the examination fee till last date will be allowed to appear in GPAT - 2019 and their admit cards will be uploaded on the website as per schedule. The NTA do neither verify the information filled by the candidates in the application form nor verify any certificate of category/educational qualification for deciding the eligibility of candidates. The certificates of educational qualification and category (if applied under reserved category) will be verified by the concerned institution. The candidates are, therefore, advised to ensure their eligibility and the category (if applying under reserved category). The NTA will, in no way, be responsible for any wrong/incorrect information furnished by the candidate(s) in their online application form. The letter/e-mails in this regard will not be entertained by the NTA.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Eligibility:

Candidates applying for admission to the MBA programme must have pursued at least a Bachelor‘s Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks at graduation level (SC/ST: Passing Marks; OBC/PWD/CW:45% as per the University Rules) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor‘s Degree may also apply.

Note: Candidates appearing in the final year examination of Bachelor‘s Degree are eligible to apply for admission irrespective of their percentage of scores obtained till the time of application, provided that they expect to fulfill the eligibility criteria when their results are declared and which must be submitted to the FMS office at the time of admission to the programme.

Doctoral Programme (Ph.D.)

Eligibility:

To be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. programme, a candidate must have obtained a Master‘s/M.Phil. degree of the University of Delhi, or any other recognized University, or a Post-graduate Degree in an allied subject equivalent thereof securing a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates having a MBA/Master‘s Degree in an allied subject from University of Delhi or equivalent would be required to write the CAT 2018 for admission to the Ph.D. programme. Executive MBA

Eligibility:

Candidates applying for admission to the two-year evening MBA Executive programme must have pursued at least a three-year Bachelor‘s Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling having secured minimum 45% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in any of the disciplines such as Arts, Commerce, social Sciences, Law, Sciences, Mathematics/ Statistics, Medicine, Engineering or Technology. Additionally, she/ he should have at least five years of experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial/government establishment/registered organization after passing the Bachelor‘s degree examination. Experience shall be determined as on the 1st April of the year of admission. Candidates should be either sponsored or produce a ―No Objection Certificate to pursue the programme from his/her present employer.

Candidates who do not fulfill all the above eligibility conditions and do not submit all the supporting documents before stipulated date may not be called for interview.

Executive MBA in Health Care Administration

Eligibility:

Candidates seeking admission to the two-year evening MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) programme must have a Bachelor Degree having secured minimum 45% aggregate marks or equivalent grade in any discipline such as Medicine (MBBS)/BDS/ BAMS/BUMS/BHMS or Master Degree with 55% marks in Biotechnology/ Genomics/ Genetics/ Nursing/ Bioengineering/ Alternative Systems of Medicine/ Paramedical Discipline/ Pharmacology/ Anthropology/ Zoology or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto. The Master / Bachelor‘s degree should be of the University of Delhi or any other recognized University/ deemed University/ Institute. The candidate should have at least five years of experience as an executive or in an administrative position in a public or private or autonomous/ registered Health Care Organization or in Health Sector after acquiring the Bachelor‘s degree. 2.    You will be directed to the On-line registration page. Fill in the required information correctly.

3.    Verify the data entered. After the registration information is confirmed, no data can be modified.

4.    You will be able to pay the registration fee as per the procedure given below. Go to the payment gateway only after you have confirmed your registration information.

5.    You will be directed to the Internet Payment Gateway of the Bank as mentioned in FMS website. Confirm payment through credit card/debit card.

It is well known that the Cooperative Movement envisaged to provide answers to the problems of rural credit in India, owes its origin to the sponsorship of Government. Beginning with Sir Fredrick Nicholson's Report in 1885 on the issue of training to the Cooperative leadership entrusted with the duty of building up the Cooperative Movement, has always been emphasized. But, it was not until 1945 that the Saraiya Committee on Cooperative Planning recommended the establishment of a CooperativeTraining College at the State level and Central level. The Cooperative Training College was established in 1947 when late Shri Vaikunth Mehta was the Minister for Finance, Cooperation and Village Industries with a view to bringing concepts of management training to the service of the Cooperatives.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Agri Business and Management

Eligibility

i)             Any graduate from a recognized University, with minimum education of 15 years (10+2+3) full time with atleast 50% marks for the General / OBC (non creamy) candidates and 45% marks for SC / ST candidates in Graduation.

ii)            Latest Valid Test scores of any one of the National level Tests - CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA /CMAT  (GMAT/GRE for foreign nationals) at the time of application. These guidelines may get modified / subject to be modified depending upon AICTE guidelines from time to time.

iii)           The percentage obtained by the candidate in the Bachelor's Degree would be based on the practice followed by the University / institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree.

iv)           Applicants who have appeared for bachelor's degree examination and awaiting results may also apply subject to fulfillment of conditions by 14/08/2017.

v)            Reservation of seats for OBC (Non Creamy) SC / ST / Physically Disability persons as per Govt. of India rules.

Admission procedure for the 25th batch of PGDM ABM (AICTE approved, equivalent to MBA status by AIU and NBA accreditated) programme commencing in the second week of June, 2017 is as given below:

The selection to PGDM-ABM programme is based on Entrance Examination which is comprising of

1.    Latest valid test score of CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT of AICTE at the time of application (GMAT/GRE for foreign nationals*)

2.    Group Discussion 

3.    Personal Interview.

Securing minimum prescribed marks in Group Discussion and Personal Interview are compulsory to become eligible for taking admission.

Note: Candidates interested in pursuing PGDM – ABM at VAMNICOM, Pune are advised to apply and appear the referred national level test directly and apply to VAMNICOM in the prescribed application form with valid score on or before 31st March, 2017.

National Board of Examinations (NBE): The Government of India established the National Board of Examinations (NBE) in 1975 with the objective of improving the quality of the Medical Education by establishing high and uniform standards of postgraduate examinations in modern medicine on All India Basis and utilizing existing healthcare infrastructure for capacity building. The prime objectives of NBE is to elevate the standards of post graduate medical education in modern medicine and conducting examinations of high standard on an all India basis. NBE provides a common national standard for evaluation of minimum level of attainment of the knowledge and competencies of post graduate and post doctoral training.

NEET-PG 2019:

·         NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses as per Section 10 (D) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. No other entrance examination, either at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses. NEET is mandatory even for foreign nationals seeking admission in medical courses in India.

·         National Board of Examinations has been notified by the Ministry of Health and Family welfare, Government of india to conduct NEET-PG 2019 on an All-India Basis.

·         NBE shall be conducting NEET-PG as a Computer Based test (CBT) on 6th January, 2019 in a Single session at all the test centres.

Important Information:

Submission of application form for appearing in the NEET-PG 2019 is to be undertaken online at the website.

·         Online submission of application form for NEET-PG 2019 for admission to MD/MS/ PG Diploma courses for 2019 academic session is available at NEET-PG website www.nbe.edu.in.

·         Application forms CANNOT be submitted offline / printed copy by post.

·         The prescribed exam fee of Rs. 2750/- (for SC/ST/PWD(PH) candidates) and Rs. 3750/- (for General/OBC candidates) should be remitted through payment gateway provided using a Credit Card or a Debit Card issued by banks in India or through Internet banking. ·         The Cutoff Date for completion of internship towards determination of eligibility for appearing in NEET-PG 2019 shall be 31st March 2019.

FEES SHALL NEITHER BE REFUNDED NOR CARRIED FORWARD IF THE APPLICATION FOR NEET-PG 2019 IS REJECTED/CANDIDATURE IS FOUND TO BE INELIGIBLE OR CANDIDATE IS UNABLE TO APPEAR IN THE EXAMINATION.

Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Management or allied subjects like Commerce, Humanities, Science, Engineering and Law etc., or a PGDM/PGDITM approved by AICTE, or Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or any other professional qualifications, which are considered equivalent to two years full time Master Degree by the University, with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade along with minimum 50% marks in Graduation.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.    Applicants with Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology as their highest qualifying degree

Applicants with Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology must have secured 65% marks or 7.00 CGPA or equivalent in the Qualifying Master’s degree (60%marks or 6.50 CGPA for OBC, 55%marks or 6.00 CGPA for SC/ST/PD). They must have pursued their Master’s degree on the basis of qualified GATE score. However there is no GATE cut off score for applicants with M.Tech/M.E as the highest qualifying degree, who are applying for Ph.D. in Engineering Discipline. Applicants with Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent from leading foreign Universities with minimum CGPA 9/10 or equivalent can be considered without GATE score.

Selection Procedure: For candidates with M.E/M.Tech as their highest qualifying degree, selection to the PhD programme will be based on a written screening test followed by an interview. However, candidates with a valid fellowship such as CSIR/NET-JRF fellowships and CSIR-NET Lectureship post their ME/M Tech, will be directly called for the interview.

2.    Applicants with Master’s Degree in Science as their highest qualifying degree

Applicants must have Master’s Degree in the relevant area with a minimum of 65% marks or 7.00 CGPA or equivalent in the Qualifying Master’s degree (60%marks or 6.50 CGPA for OBC, 55%marks or 6.00 CGPA for SC/ST/PD). They must have cleared a National level eligibility test, such as a valid UGC-CSIR-NET-JRF/Lectureship/ fellowship or NBHM/JEST/GATE and State Government Science and Technology Scheme, in the relevant disciplines.

Selection Procedure: For candidates applying with their Master’s degree in Sciences as their qualifying degree and having a valid score card/certificate in any of the National level eligibility tests listed above, selection to the programme will be based on an interview to be conducted at IIST.

Applicants applying with their JEST score should have secured a rank within the first 300.

Candidates applying with a valid GATE score in a Science discipline, having a minimum score of 500 for General Category (450 for OBC and 350 for SC/ST/PD categories), are exempted from the Ph.D. written screening test conducted by IIST. Applicants having GATE score in Science disciplines less than indicated cut-off above will not be considered for Ph.D. Admission.

3.    Applicants with Master’s Degree in Humanities/Management/Social Sciences as their highest qualifying degree

Applicants must have Master’s Degree in the relevant area of Humanities/Management / Social Sciences with a minimum of 65% marks or 7.00 CGPA or equivalent in the Qualifying Master’s degree (60%marks or 6.50 CGPA for OBC, 55%marks or 6.00 CGPA for SC/ST/PD). 4.    Candidates who have been provided research fellowships by State Government Science and Technology Scheme through competitive written test can also apply. For Candidates having research fellowship by State Government without competitive written test will have to appear for written screening test.

The Ministry of Human Resource development (MHRD), Government of India (GOI) has established National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent autonomous and self-sustained premier testing organisation for conducting efficient, transparent and international standard test in order to access the competency of candidates for admission to premier higher education institutions.

As per regulations framed under the Indian Medical Council Act -1956 and the Dentists Act-1948 and as amended from time to time, NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) 2019 (NEET (UG) - 2019) will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in Indian Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.

The NEET (UG) - 2019 will be conducted on Sunday, 5th May, 2019. The responsibility of the NTA is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and for providing an “All India Rank merit list” to the Directorate General Health Service, Government of India for the conduct of counselling for 15% All India Quota Seats and for supplying the result to States/other Counselling Authorities.

Eligibility to appear in NEET (UG) – 2019

Eligibility for appearing in NEET (UG) is as stipulated in Indian Medical Council Act-1956 and the Dentists Act-1948 as amended in 2018.

Eligibility as per related Regulations is as follows:

i.       He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.

ii.      The upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category and persons entitled for reservation under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

The Age criteria for appearing in NEET (UG) - 2019 is as follows:

·         For Candidates of Unreserved Category (UR): born on or between 05.05.1994 and 31.12.2002

·         For Candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PwD Category: born on or between 05.05.1989 and 31.12.2002

iii.     Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India intending to pursue MBBS/ BDS from a foreign Medical/ Dental Institute also need to qualify NEET (UG).

Eligibility for seats under the control of States/Deemed Universities/Central Universities/ESIC and AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU & AMU/central pool quota.

i.       Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons with Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals are eligible for admission in Medical/Dental Colleges subject to rules and regulations framed by the respective State Governments, Institutions and the Government of India as the case may be.

ii.      Foreign nationals may confirm their eligibility from the concerned Medical/Dental College/State.

Eligibility for 15% All India Quota seats

a) Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals are eligible for 15% All India Quota Seats.

b) Candidates from State of J & K

i.       Students from State of J & K are not eligible for 15% All India Quota seats as State of J&K has opted out of All India Scheme since its inception. If they claim eligibility, they must submit online Self Declaration which will be generated and printed automatically alongwith confirmation page for the record and to present the same during counselling. The Self-Declaration Form is given in information bulletin.

ii.      The online Self Declaration of the candidates will be verified at the time of counselling and if found to be false at any time, the candidature/admission of such candidates shall be cancelled and criminal proceedings may be initiated against such candidates.

iii.     Candidates from the State of J & K can appear in NEET (UG) for admission to Private Medical/Dental Colleges or any Private/Deemed University and Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune subject to the fulfilment of eligibility conditions.

·         SC/ST/PwD/Transgender: Rs. 750/-

How to Apply:

Through MDI Test

The candidates will have to appear for a MDI written test to be conducted by MDI in its Gurgaon Campus. This test is on similar lines/of the same pattern as the Common Admission Test (CAT). The MDI test will have sections on quantitative ability, logical reasoning and English language skills. The tentative dates for the MDI Test is February 24, 2019 (Sunday) for April 2019 Batch and September 1, 2019 (Sunday) for the October 2019 Batch.

Through CAT -2018

The Common Admission Test (CAT-2018) is conducted by the IIMs on Sunday, November 25, 2018. Applicants must refer to the CAT Advertisement for further details.

Through GMAT

If the applicant is applying through GMAT, the GMAT score should have validity of 5 years with reference to closing date of April & October 2019 batch respectively.

Sponsorship

The programme would admit both organization-sponsored as well as self-sponsored candidates. A sponsorship letter from the organization would be required in the case of organization-sponsored candidates. A no objection letter from the organization will be required from self-sponsored candidates.

Executive Fellowship Programme in Management (EFPM) [The programme will be on offer subject to the AICTE Approval 2018-19]

Eligibility

A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2)

OR

Five year integrated Masters Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2)

Those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply. Candidates have to complete the requirement for the course before June 30, 2019 and produce original certificate /mark sheets by September 30, 2019 failing which they may be asked to withdraw from the programme.

Selection Process

Candidates are required to take Standard Tests like CAT/GMAT/GRE/ UGC-JRF. Candidates must have taken the above-mentioned tests during January 01, 2017 –December 31, 2018. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview in April/May 2019 to MDI Campus, Gurgaon.

Note: For full-time two-year PGP alumni from MDI, IIMs & XLRI standard test scores may be waived.
