AMAR JYOTI CHARITABLE TRUST Amar Jyoti is a voluntary organization rendering rehabilitative services to persons with disabilities through integrated education, medical care, vocational training, child guidance and self-employment since 1981.  It has a branch rendering similar services for the last 25 years in Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh). With the pioneering concept of integration and inclusion, Amar Jyoti is running a school in Delhi and Gwalior where over 500 and 300 children, respectively, with and without disability are studying together in equal number. 

In addition to OPD patients medical care and rehabilitative services are provided free of cost to all school children, economically weaker sections of the society and members of the Amar Jyoti staff. The institution has organized 5 National Integrated Sports Meet. Amar Jyoti also introduced Abilympics – Olympics of abilities for persons with disabilities in India.  As a nodal agency of National Abilympic, Association of India it co-ordinates the Regional, National and International Abilympics. India hosted the 6th International Abilympics in 2003. Amar Jyoti is running a community based rehabilitation project in 10 urban slums of East Delhi where all necessary services for rehabilitation are provided.

To appear in the Entrance examination for admission to the Master of Physiotherapy, candidates should have fulfilled atleast ONE of the following conditions:

a. Successful completion of an undergraduate physiotherapy degree (B.Sc. (PT) / BPT) from a recognized college/institute/university within India of not less than 4½ years duration (including 6 months of internship) with 55% of aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NC/Orthopedically Disabled) in their university exams. Candidates who have completed 3 ½ years course from recognise collage / institute / collage/ or university and an additional bridge course of one (1) year will be considered equivalent to 4 ½ years course.

b. An undergraduate physiotherapy qualification (B.Sc. (PT) / BPT etc.) of 3 ½ years duration from a recognized college/institute/university plus at least ten (10) years of work experience.

c. Registration with Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy is mandatory

Candidates who have applied for registration will have to:

1) Provide a receipt issued by DCPTOT.

2) Provide registration certificate at the time of Counselling.

SC/ST/OBC - NC CANDIDATES:

A Scheduled Caste/Tribe/Other Backward Class - Non creamy layer candidate while applying for admission will be required to submit a certificate that establishes that he/she belongs to that particular category from a competent authority, as listed below along with the application form.

3.    Your photograph in digital form with Maximum Size : 30Kb, Image Dimension : 150W X 200H pixel resolution and the Image should be in JPEG

Steps for Online Application Registration (OARS Portal) process:-

1.    On visiting the website for filling the application form, the candidates will be allotted a password to access the application form after registering into Application portal using a valid email – id. While you initiate the process of application you will get a password through your email, which is required to be used till the admission process is completed. Hall ticket can also be downloaded only by using this password (Keep record of your username and password for your reference).

2.    Start filling up the application form with all details as per the following steps:

5.    Complete the online application form and pay Application Fee of -

BAMS – Ayurveda: Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees)

- by using Net banking/ Debit card/ Credit card.

If transaction of payment failed, you will receive SMS (due to network technical error). In this case, you need to pay once again after sometime to make the payment successful and after successful payment you may click “submit” button for pdf form of application.

6.    Refund of Application Fee (if transaction failed) : -

If transaction failed, the debited amount will be refunded automatically to your account within 10 working days.

7.    Once submitted, a pdf form of application will be generated and you will receive SMS stating “You have successfully submitted your application and Registration Number is” as well as by e-mail.

8.    Keep a soft copy of submitted application form for future reference without fail.

Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration with any of the following examinations: 'Sangeet Prabhakar' from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad /Rajasthan Sangeet Sansthan, Jaipur.' Sangeet Visharad' from Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapith, Lucknow/Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai /Prachin Kala Kendra/Chandigarh.

B.P.Ed.

Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

(i) Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (47.50% marks for SC candidates)and having at least participation in Inter College/Inter Zonal/District/School competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India.

OR

Bachelor Degree in Physical Education with 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC candidates).

OR

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC candidates) and studied physical education as compulsory/elective subject.

OR

Bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC candidates)and having participated in National/Inter University/State competitions or secured 1s t, 2nd or 3rd position in Inter College/Inter Zonal/District/ School competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India.

OR

Bachelor's degree with participation in International competitions or secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in National/Inter University competition in sports and games as recognized by the respective federation/AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India.

OR

Graduation with 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC candidates) and at least three years of teaching experience (for deputed in-service candidates i.e. trained physical education teacher/coaches).

(ii) The condition of gradation certificate for being eligible to get admission is not required but if a student wants to get weightage of the sports certificate, he should have to produce the gradation certificate issued by the concerned state. In case any State does not issue the Gradation Certificate, the following criteria will be adopted for accepting the Sports Certificate for admission to D.P.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed, BPES and MPES

a. In case of District Position holder, a certificate of authenticity from the concerned District Association/Federation duly countersigned by the District Sports Officer will be accepted.

b. In case of State Position holder, National Participation, National Position holder & International level a certificate of Authenticity from the concerned State Association/Federation duty countersigned by the Director of Sports of the State will be accepted.

c. In case of Inter Collegiate and All India Inter-Varsity position holders the certificate will be verified from the Director of Sports of the concerned universities.

Note: Certificates of sports and games organized by the Nehru Yuvak Kendra, Women Sports Festivals, Rural Games and Sports Festivals, Panchayats, and Invitation Tournaments will not be considered.

(iii) Physical Efficiency Test: All the eligible candidates will be required to qualify the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). However, the criteria, specifications and important Notes of the individual events as at AnnexureXIV.

Note:

a) Married female selected candidates will have to submit a certificate from SMO/MO of the Civil Hospital that she is not in family way, along with an undertaking that if during the course of study, it is found that she is in family way, her admission would be liable to be cancelled IPSO-FACTO and all dues paid by her shall be forfeited.

b) Every student (Male and Female) will submit medical fitness certificate from SMO/MO/MBBS at the time of admission. No excuse for physical activity during the course will be entertained.

c) 30% seats in each category will be reserved for female candidates for B.P.Ed. course.

M.P.Ed.

Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

(i) Education Qualification: B.Sc. (Physical Education, Health Education & Sports) with atleast 50% marks in aggregate. OR 

Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) with atleast 50% marks in aggregate.

(ii) Physical Efficiency Test: All the eligible candidates will be required to qualify the Physical Efficiency Test (Canadian Test) (PET)

 

Course Name:

PG Diploma in Yoga (PGDY)

Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

Relaxation in eligibility condition

(i) 5% relaxation in minimum eligibility condition for admission to various courses will be given to Differently Abled candidates.

(ii) There will be no rounding off percentage to determine the eligibility for admission to various courses.

Candidate who has placed under compartment is not eligible for admission to any course.

 

Course Name:

MA Yoga

Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

INSTRUCTIONS/GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION:

Before applying online, a candidate should have: -

2.    Before filling the Online Application Form, the candidates should read the Prospectus carefully.

3.    All the entries in the Application Form should be filled properly. No entry should be left unfilled.

4.    Candidates must ensure that they have all the relevant certificate(s) from the appropriate competent authority approved and notified by the Govt. of Haryana.

5.    Applications which do not have the required documents will be treated as incomplete and such applications may not be considered for admission.

6.    No registration will be allowed before or after stipulated registration dates.

7.    On application form, items marked with * are compulsorily to be filled in.

8.    Candidate will not be informed about any activity by post. It is solely Candidate’s responsibility to check web site for all activities.

9.    A tentative merit list of students will be uploaded on the University website on the dates mentioned in the Prospectus 2020-21 and will also be displayed on the Notice Board of the concerned department.

10.Candidates as per tentative merit list shall reach the concerned department of the university for verification of documents along with their original Documents, a copy of all documents (like downloaded application form, a paid copy of e-Challan of application fee, additional documents list is available on website) and Admission fee of the course/programme as mentioned in the Admission Brochure. The tentative Merit list may change after verification of original documents.

STEPS FOR ADMISSION:

1. Fill online application form by clicking the link for admissions 2020-21, available on university website www.crsu.ac.in

2. Check your name in the merit lists displayed by the concerned department on the University website.

3. If name of candidate is available in the merit list, candidate will have to report the concerned department on the scheduled dates of counseling with necessary documents along with requisite fees of the Course.

4. If the candidate does not appear before the admission committee, his/her name will not be considered for subsequent merit lists. However, the candidate may appear in open counseling if seats remain vacant.

5. Get your original documents verified by the Admission Committee of concerned department and collect your fee challan.

6. Deposit the Fee in the PNB Branch at University Campus and collect the candidate’s copy of challan from the Bank.

7. Report to the Account Branch and get issued your roll number.

8. Report to the concerned Department on the same day as per counseling schedule.
