About College:

Vellore, a district capital in Tamil Nadu, has long been known for its stately fort and temple, renowned hospital and medical college, Parry's factories and the vast government industrial estate in nearby Ranipet. Vellore's history records several dynasties and powers. The Pallavas, Cholas, Pandyas, Hoysalas, Sambhurvarayars, Chalukyas, Vijayanagar, Bijapur Sultans, Mughals, Marathas, French and the British have all ruled the area at one point of time or the other. The twenty or more palaces and forts in the district reflect ancient styles and traditions. The most striking of these is the famous Vellore Fort, built in the 16th Century by Chinna Bommi Nayak of Vijayanagar. The fort was declared a national monument in 1992.

Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)

Eligibility:

Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course. 
Candidates who have studied in regular, full time and formal education alone are eligible to apply. 

(i)       10+2 or equivalent examination of Central/State Govts. with 60% aggregate marks and with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination.

(ii)      Age limit: born on or after 01.07.1996. 

(iii)    Candidates must have a valid Score, in the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (COA), India. 

(iv)   NATA exams are to be conducted at national level in major cities as exam centers and the result will be announced by NATA (in their website http://www.nata.nic.in) with the ranking list of the candidate. The eligibility and selection process considering the NATA score will be subject to any changes that NATA / COA (Council of Architecture) may propose for institutions to follow, in the current Academic year.

Admission Procedure

Selection is based on merit. Marks secured in higher secondary school examination and eligible NATA score.

·         Candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply

·         Admission will be done on Merit basis for which the merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in qualifying examination and NATA Test.

About College:

The main objective of setting up of the Indian Culinary Institute (ICI) is to institutionalize a mechanism to support efforts intended to preserve, document, promote and disseminate Indian Cuisine, meet the sectoral requirement of specialists specific to Indian Cuisine, as also of promoting Cuisine as a Niche Tourism product. The ICIs will be Centres of Excellence which will offer structured regular programmes of study specific to culinary arts and culinary management leading to graduate and post graduate level degrees, promote research and innovation, organize demand driven certificate and diploma courses, document and create data base specific to Indian cuisine and commission studies and survey on cuisine.

The need for ICI was felt as the formal education specific to Indian cuisine, a culinary art, with pan India sweep is conspicuous by its absence. There is no regular credible institutional source at apex level for supply of cuisine specialists to the Sector. Also, there was no institutional mechanism to document and disseminate knowedge related to cuisine and gastronomy. In India, at present, there is a dearth of state-of-the-art training ground to groom top-of-the-line chefs of international standards. To fill this void, the Indian Culinary Institute would provide the appropriate training platform at par with the elite “Chef Schools” functioning in different parts of the developed world.

BBA in Culinary Art

Eligibility:

A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent from a recognised Board/Council with a minimum of 50% in case of General and OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC and ST candidates Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in Entrance Examination2018 on provisional basis. The admission test is a multiple choice objective type written test (in English). Duration of the test is two hours. It consists of questions covering ENGLISH COMPREHENSION, GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & AWARENESS, LOGICAL REASONING AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS.

Step 1: A candidate can register for one paper from the morning session General.  Register at website. This will generate your SET ID.

You need to upload your latest scanned photograph (in the given format and size) at the time of online registration.

Step 2:

Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1500/- towards the test fee and for prospectus of undergraduate programmes of Symbiosis International University. The SIU Admission Cell will courier a copy of prospectus to the address registered at website

Candidates have four (4) choices for payment as follows,

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility prescribed for appearing the MAT 2018 is as follows:

Qualification Requirement: Candidate must be graduate to be eligible for MAT Graduation can be completed in any discipline.

Appearing Candidates: Final year graduation appearing candidates can also apply.

No Minimum Marks: There is no minimum marks requirement to be eligible for MAT. However, candidates have to secure passing marks in graduation.

No Age Limit: No prescribed age limit and number of attempts for appearing MAT 2018.

MAT Exam Pattern 2018

The details of MAT 2018 Exam pattern is given below:

Exam Mode: MAT is conducted in online (CBT) as well as offline mode (PBT).

Type of Questions: MAT is an objective type test with multiple-choice questions.

Number of Questions: The test contains 200 questions divided into 5 sections.

Sections Covered: There will be total 5 sections in MAT exam.

Exam Duration: The test is of 2 hours 30 minutes.

Marking Scheme: One mark will be given to each correct answer.

Negative Marking: 1/4 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

MAT 2018 Registration

Candidates desiring admission in postgraduate management courses must necessarily fill MAT application form 2018  through online mode.

There is no offline application is available to apply for MAT exam.

Application should be completed in all respects including the filling of all necessary details and uploading of signature & photograph.

After few days of the submission of application form, applicants can check their status of application form.

Candidates can submit the online application till 27th April 2018.

Registration Fee:

All the category candidates are required to pay Rs. 1271/- as application fee. GST will also be added. Payment can be processed through credit card/debit card and net banking.
